Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility pada Bank XYZ berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip United Nation Global Compact. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dan menggunakan kerangka assessment menurut United Nation Global Compact. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CSR Bank XYZ telah memenuhi kriteria CSR sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip United Nation Global Compact.

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaporan dan pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap profit, people dan planet dalam konsep triple bottom line dan pelaporan corporate social responsibility sesuai dengan standar Global Reporting Initiative. Data dikumpulkan dari Tim SR yang bekerja di PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. berpengaruh positif terhadap profit, people dan planet. Pelaporan corporate social responsibility telah diungkapkan cukup lengkap dan jelas di dalam Sustainability Report berdasarkan standar Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
Hasil penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. untuk melengkapi komponen - komponen yang tidak dilaporkan di dalam sustainability report tahun 2012. Untuk pembuatan Sustainability Report selanjutnya, perusahaan diharapkan dapat melakukan kegiatan CSR sesuai dengan ISO 26000 dan melaporkan kegiatan CSR sesuai dengan standar GRI - G4.

This study discusses the reporting and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk . The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of corporate social responsibility to profit , people and planet in the concept of the triple bottom line and corporate social responsibility reporting in accordance with the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative . Data collected from the SR team working in PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk .
The results showed that corporate social responsibility at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk positive effect on profit , people and planet . Corporate social responsibility reporting has been disclosed sufficiently complete and clear in the standard Sustainability Report based on the Global Reporting Initiative ( GRI ) .
The results provide advice to PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk to complement components - components which are not reported in the sustainability report in 2012 . To manufacture the next Sustainability Report , the company is expected to perform activities in accordance with the ISO 26000 CSR and CSR reporting activities in accordance with GRI standards - G4.

Laporan ini membahas penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility Health Check pada PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN). Metode pengukuran dari Corporate Social Responsibility Health Check terdiri dari aspek input, output, outcome, dan impact serta pengukuran business value dan social value yang diciptakan dari
program CSR. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa program CSR PGN telah berhasil menciptakan dampak bagi masyarakat walaupun dampak bagi bisnis PGN sendiri masih rendah. Hasil pengukuran akan diikuti oleh rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja program CSR PGN sekaligus penciptaan dampak dari program CSR di masa depan.

"ABSTRAK
Gagasan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) menekankan bahwa tanggungjawab perusahaan bukan lagi mencari profit semata, melainkan juga tanggungjawab sosial dan lingkungan. Pelaksanaan CSR bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan dan mendorong pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Undang- Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 Tentang Perseroan Terbatas memberikan kewajiban CSR. Namun pelaksanaan tidak sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik karena tidak semua perusahaan paham dalam pelaksanaannya. Kagum Group merupakan salah satu perusahaan grup yang melakukan tanggung jawab sosial lingkungannya yang dinamakan Kagum Social Responsibility (KSR). Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam tesis ini adalah pemahaman CSR, implementasi CSR yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas, dan analisis implementasi CSR Kagum Group terkait kegiatan community development KSR. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu CSR hanya melihat pada kewajiban yang diberikan oleh undang-undang saja dan bukan menjadi kesadaran moral dan etika bisnis dalam suatu perusahaan sehingga implementasi CSR masih terdapat kekurangan terutama program yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan CSR. Kagum Group tidak melaksanakan kegiatannya sesuai dengan undang-undang karena anggaran yang dilakukan hanya berasal dari salah satu anak perusahaannya yaitu Kagum Hotel dan masih bersifat sukarela.

ABSTRACT
The idea of corporate social responsibility (CSR) emphasize that financial profit has not been a company?s only duty but also responsibility to the community. CSR could give benefit for sustainable development. Companies are obliged by the law Number 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liability to implement CSR, however in the reality is far away from what regulations has been stated because many companies did not understand how to implement it. Kagum Group is one of many companies that implement the CSR, they called Kagum Social Responsibility (KSR). The issues in this research are about the understanding and implementation of CSR according to the Law and also the Analysis of the CSR implementation of the Kagum Group regarding KSR community development. Method that used in this paper is judicial normative. The result of this research is the company did CSR just because of the regulation instead of moral ethics in business so there are a lot of lacks in the CSR implementation especially programs for activities in CSR. CSR implemented by Kagum Group did not follow the regulations because the budget that used for CSR come from one of its subsidiary and it is not obliged.

"Tesis ini membahas tentang implementasi tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakakat pada program kemitraan yang dilakukan terhadap Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk mencapai penilain Proper Emas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan yang dilaksanakan PTPN VII (Persero) sebagai wujud implementasi tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan, telah sesuai dengan konsep Triple Buttol Line dan Carroll`s CSR Pyramid. Namun, program kemitraan yang dilaksanakan untuk pengembangan kewirausahaan belum menunjukkan pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang sesungguhnya.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan agar perusahaan memperhatikan secara utuh tentang penerapan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam program kemitraan dengan melakukan perubahan pada SOP yang telah dibuat untuk mendukung pencapaian Proper Emas dengan membuka ruang musyawarah antara PTPN VII (Persero) bersama UMKM mitra binaan untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan dan potensi UMKM mitra binaan, melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan yang lain seperti pemerintah, tokoh masyarakat lokal, perguruan tinggi dan LSM/NGO dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, memulai program kemitraan yang memberikan fokus perhatian kepada pengembangan kewirausahaan bagi pemula.

This thesis focused on corporate social responsibility implementation on entrepreneurship development through community empowerment by the partnership program conducted for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to achieve Gold Proper assessment. This research is qualitative descriptive. Results of study showed that Partnership and Community Development Program conducted by PTPN VII (Persero) as a form of corporate social responsibility implementation, has been accordance with the concept of Triple Buttom Line and Carroll`s CSR Pyramid. However, the partnership program implementation for entrepreneurship development has not shown the real implementation of community empowerment.
Based on results of study, the researcher suggests that the companies should pay attention to their implementation of community empowerment by making changes to SOPs have been made to support the achievement of Gold Proper with open space for discussion between PTPN VII (Persero) together with SMEs trained partners to analyze for needs and potential of SMEs trained partners, involving another stakeholders such as governments, local community leaders, universities and NGOs in empowering the community, start the partnership program that provides focused attention to entrepreneurship development for beginners."

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan desain program tanggung jawab sosial berdasarkan analisis aspek materialitas dan stakeholder di Rumah Sakit Mata X sehingga program tersebut sesuai dengan strategi rumah sakit dan terwujud rumah sakit yang berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan observasi awal, rumah sakit ini telah melakukan aktivitas tanggung jawab sosial namun tidak memberikan nilai tambah kepada rumah sakit. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjawab pertanyaan penelitian mengenai bagaimana analisis aspek materialitas, stakeholder engagement dan desain program tanggung jawab sosial Rumah Sakit Mata X. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori stakeholder, teori legitimasi, dan teori stewardship. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada satu unit rumah sakit yaitu Rumah Sakit Mata X. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa data yang bersifat langsung yang didapat oleh peneliti dari pihak yang bersangkutan dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa program tanggung jawab sosial dan tindakan engagement yang disesuaikan dengan aspek materialitas dan kategori stakeholder rumah sakit yaitu key player, context setter, dan the crowd.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to provide a corporate social responsibility (CSR) design program based on materiality aspects and stakeholder analysis at X Eye Hospital in accordance with hospital strategies and became a sustainable hospital. Based on the initial observation, this hospital has done their corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities but did not give value-added to the hospital. Therefore, this study is expected to answer research questions to find out materiality aspects, stakeholder engagement analysis and CSR design program at X Eye Hospital. The theory used in this research are stakeholder theory, legitimacy theory, and stewardship theory. This study is a qualitative research using a case study approach in one hospital unit that is X Eye Hospital. This study uses primary data in the form of direct data obtained by researchers from the parties concerned and secondary data. Data collection methods were conducted by interviews, observations, and document study. The result of the study shows several CSR design program and engagement activities adjusted to the materiality aspects and stakeholder categories i.e key player, context setter, and the crowd."

"Perkembangan industri telah menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan daya dukung lingkungan, konflik sosial dan kesenjangan ekonomi. Dunia industri mengembangkan konsep CSR sebagai tanggung jawab terhadap masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penerapan CSR berkelanjutan, mengevaluasi strategi dan merumuskan strategi prioritas progam CSR. Pendekatan penelitiannya menggunakan kuantitatif. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan metode gabungan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode analisis untuk menganalisis data kualitatif menjadi data kuantitatif pada penelitian ini adalah Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT). Hasil penelitian didapatkan dua rekomendasi strategi penerapan CSR yaitu strategi pemberdayaan; dan strategi pemberian bantuan secara langsung. Strategi pemberdayaan yaitu: membuka program magang, membuat program CSR pemberdayaan UMKM, peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan, memberikan pelatihan keahlian bersertifikat, memberikan penyuluhan pentingnya perilaku sehat. Sementara strategi pemberian bantuan secara langsung yaitu: memberikan bantuan pada instansi pendidikan, bantuan penyediaan air bersih, Memberikan bantuan berupa material sisa produksi. Perusahaan berkewajiban menerapkan CSR tiga bidang pembangunan berkelanjutan yaitu ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan.

Industrial development has caused a decrease in the carrying capacity of the environment, social conflicts, and economic inequality. The industrial world has developed the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a responsibility to society. This study analyzes the implementation of sustainable CSR, evaluates strategies, and formulates priority strategies for CSR programs. This study uses a quantitative research approach. Furthermore, this study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The analytical methods for analyzing qualitative data into quantitative data in this study are the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT). The study results obtained two recommendations for implementing CSR strategies, namely the empowerment strategy and direct assistance strategies. The empowerment strategies include opening apprenticeship programs, creating MSME empowerment CSR programs, increasing knowledge and skills, providing certified skills training, and providing counseling on the importance of healthy behavior. The strategies for direct assistance include assisting educational institutions, providing clean water, and reusing leftover production materials. In addition, companies must implement CSR in three areas of sustainable development: economic, social, and environmental.

"Isu keberlanjutan menjadi semakin penting seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran terkait permasalahan lingkungan dan sosial oleh berbagai pihak. Oleh karena itu, sudah semakin banyak perusahaan yang melakukan kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) serta mendukung Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) untuk mengatasi isu keberlanjutan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah program CSR PT X telah sejalan dengan strategi perusahaan serta dapat mendukung SDGs. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat program CSR di Desa Belok Sidan yang tidak sejalan dengan tujuan rencana pembangunan berkelanjutan perusahan. Sedangkan, tujuan pertama dan ketiga rencana strategis pembangunan berkelanjutan tidak terdapat dalam program CSR di Desa Belok Sidan dan Desa Mambal. Selain itu, dari sepuluh permasalahan sosial di tiga desa, sembilan merupakan permasalahan generic social impacts dan dua merupakan permasalahan social dimensions of competitive context. PT X tidak mengangkat salah satu permasalahan social dimensions of competitive context menjadi program CSR. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan kategori permasalahan sosial Porter dan Kramer, program CSR PT X pada ketiga belum menggunakan pendekatan strategic CSR, dan masih menggunakan pendekatan responsive CSR. Program CSR PT X di tiga desa sudah mendukung SDGs dengan fokus yang berbeda pada masing-masing desa. Secara keseluruhan program CSR PT X lebih banyak fokus mendukung empat SDGs yaitu No Poverty, Responsible Consumption and Production, Good Health and Well Being, dan Life on Land.

The issue of sustainability is becoming increasingly important along with the increasing awareness of environmental and social issues by various parties. Therefore, more companies are carrying out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to address this sustainability issue. The purpose of this research is to evaluate wheter PT X’s CSR program is in line with the company’s strategy and can support the SDGs. The results of this research indicate that there are CSR programs in Belok Sidan Village which are not in line with the objectives of the company's sustainable development plan. Meanwhile, the first and third objectives of the sustainable development strategy plan are not included in the CSR program in Belok Sidan Village and Mambal Village. In addition, out of the ten social problems in three villages, there are nine generic social impact problem and two social dimensions of the competitive context problem. PT X do not raise one of the social dimensions of the competitive context problems into a CSR program. Therefore, based on Porter and Kramer's social problem category, CSR program of PT X at three villages has not used a strategic CSR approach, and still using a CSR responsive approach. PT X's CSR programs in three villages have been able to support the SDGs with different focus in each village. Overall, PT X's CSR program focuses more on supporting the four SDGs, namely No Poverty, Responsible Consumption and Production, Good Health and Well Being, dan Life on Land."

"Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Persewan Terbatas menyebutkan bahwa perusahaan harus membuat laporan tahunan tentang pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan. Dengan perkembangan CSR melahirkan United Millennium Declaration yang menghasilkan Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) dengan kesepakatan bahwa hal yang menjadi prioritas adalah menghapuskan kemiskinan dan kelaparan. Kemiskinan bukan saja menjadi tangung jawab pemerintah namun juga merupakan tanggung jawab perusahaan yang diwujudkan dalam kcgiatan CSR. Kegiatan CSR yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan harus dilaporkan setiap tahunya dalam laporan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan.
Perusahaan yang digunakan dalam pembahasan adalah. Yayasan Danamon Peduli yang merupakan yayasan yang mendukung kegiatan komunitas yang berkelanjutan dan melibatkan sukarelawan. Program yang dijalankan oleh Yayasan Danamon Peduli mencakup Pasarku Bersih, Sehat, Sejahtera; Cepat Tanggap Bencana; Bantuan Beasiswa; Program Pengembangan Ekonomi Berkelanjutan termasuk di dalamnya Pengelolaan Sampah Terpadu; dan sebagainya.
Program yang dijalankan oleh Yayasan Danamon Peduli dapat menanggulangi kemiskinan dan juga memiliki dampak terhadap perubahan social masyarakat dalam hal kepribadian individu seperti kemandirian, kemampuan bersaing, kepemimpinan, kepercayaan diri, dan berkurangnya gaya hidup konsumtif. Selain itu, program juga memiliki dampak terhadap instansi terkait dan cabang Danamon Simpan Pinjam (DSP).
Kegiatan yang-dilakukan oleh Yayasan Danamon Peduli telah diungkapkan sesuai dengan kriteria mandatory bahkan dilengkapi dengan kriteria pengungkapan voluntary. Dari basil analisis dan pembahasan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa program yang dijalankan oleh Yayasan Danamon Peduli merupakan program penanggulangan kemiskinan seperti bantuan beasiswa, pengelolaan sampah terpadu yang mampu menyerap tenaga kerja bahkan menciptakan laban pekerjaan baru kaitannya dengan penciptaan kompos. Efektifitas program juga dapat diandalkan karena penerima manfaat Iangsung memperoleh bantuan yang diberikan dan merasakan langsung dampak atas program yang dijalankan Yayasan Danamon Peduli.

Based on Government Rule No. 40 Tahun 2007 about Corporation says that a company has to make annual report about social and environment responsibility activity. Movement about CSR increase rapidly and make United Millennium Declaration to produce Millennium Development Goals with agreement priority is eliminate poverty and famine. Poverty is’nt only government duty but also a company duty that realize in CSR activity. CSR activity achievemenl by a company must be reported yearly in company social responsibility report.
Company used in this thesis is Danamon Peduli Foundation. Danarnon Peduli Foundation is a foundation that support community-driven development and projects that are sustainable and emphasize volunteerism. Program AclJ.vily of Danamon Peduli Foundation are My Clean, Healthy, and Prosperous Market; Relief, Recovery, Rebuild (3R); Scholarship; Program Development include is Danamon Go Green, etc.
Programs Activity that operate by Danamon Peduli Foundation can be poverty alliviation programs and have impact to social community changes in their personality such as independency, competitive capability, leadership fell of confidence, and decrease in consumptive lifestyle. Therefore, programs nave impact to related government institution and DSP units.
Activities that operate by Danamon Peduli Foundation have been disclosed based on mandatory criteria and have been completed by voluntary criteria. From analysis and discussion has conclusion that programs activity by Danamon Peduli Foundation are poverty alliviation program such as scholarship. Danamon Go Green that can create work force for new work field Programs effectivity are reliable because the beneficiary can feel 'directly the impact and the contribution of the programs.

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris pada pengaruh
diversitas gender dewan komisaris dan direksi, ukuran dewan komisaris dan direksi,
gender CEO serta gender komisaris independen terhadap tanggung jawab sosial
perusahaan yang diukur dengan menggunakan tingkat pengungkapan tanggung

yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014 dengan total sampel 130
pengamatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi
linier berganda dengan program Eviews.
Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa diversitas gender dewan direksi dan
ukuran dewan direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap tanggung jawab sosial
perusahaan. Sedangkan diversitas gender dewan komisaris, ukuran dewan
komisaris, gender CEO, dan gender komisaris independen tidak memiliki pengaruh
pada tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan.
ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of board gender
diversity, board size, CEO?s gender and independent commissioner?s gender on
corporate social responsibility (CSR) measured by the disclosure of CSR
information. The sample of this study is manufacturing companies listed on
Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 with a sample size of 130 observations. The data
analysis technique used in this study is multiple linier regression by Eviews
program.
