"Breakdown merupakan sebuah aplikasi manajemen proyek berbasis JavaScript yang dapat dijalankan melalui perambah (browser). Breakdown mengadopsi kombinasi konsep breakdown structure dengan bentuk treetable dan formula Excel yang digabungkan untuk membuat aplikasi yang bersifat modular sehingga dapat digunakan secara modular dan dilepas-pasang sesuai kebutuhan. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan library Analisa Harga Satuan (AHS) yang terstandarisasi dengan tujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam menentukan kebutuhan-kebutuhan dan menghitung anggaran biaya yang diperlukan dalam sebuah proyek. Hasil pekerjaan pengguna menggunakan aplikasi selanjutnya dapat diekspor ke dalam berkas Excel. Dari segi kecepatan respons aplikasi pada beberapa perambah yang diujikan, diperoleh rata-rata waktu respons 6.22 milidetik apabila aplikasi dijalankan pada perambah Mozilla Firefox. Berdasarkan pengujian fungsionalitas dan kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi diperoleh nilai rata-rata 2.88 untuk keseluruhan sistem (menggunakan kuesioner PSSUQ dengan nilai 1 sebagai nilai tertinggi).

Breakdown is a JavaScript based project management application that can be run through a browser. Breakdown adopts a combination of breakdown structure concept in treetable form and Excel formula to create a modular application, so it can be used in a modular and removable as needed. The application comes with library of Unit Price Analysis (AHS) which is standardized to provide convenience for the user in determining requirements and calculate cost estimate of a project.

The result can be export into Excel file. In terms of time response of the application on several browsers that are tested, gained an average 6.22 miliseconds response time when the applicaton is run through Mozilla Firefox. Rejection of candidates when applying for jobs is a common thing. Rejection, which often is not accompanied by reasons from the company, does not allow candidates to spot mistakes on their CV. Reviewin is built with the main feature of providing CV review services from experienced alumni and students of the University of Indonesia (UI) for alumni and students of UI who need it. This final project consists of several key activities which are requirements gathering, web application development, and evaluation. Core features such as reviewing CV, sending CV review requests, finding reviewers, and editing profiles, are successfully deployed on reviewin.me. Based on the evaluation results, the tested features have met the product owner's expectations, obtained 93% usability rate, and can handle at least 1000 visitors simultaneously."

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran manajemen proyek berbasis construction extension of PMBOK Guide 2016 terhadap kinerja proyek menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan terdapat 163 indikator dari 13 variabel yang terdapat pada construction extension of PMBOK Guide 2016 yang mempengaruhi kinerja biaya, mutu, waktu dan safety. Indikator yang mempengaruhi kemudian dianalisa menggunakan Importance Performance Map Analysis dengan hasil nilai performa variabel sebagai berikut: - Inisiasi Proyek 6.73 , Manajemen Biaya 8.57 , Manajemen Jadwal 8.44 , Manajemen K3L 8.11 , Manajemen Keuangan 5.96 , Manajemen Komunikasi 6.70 , Manajemen Lingkup 7.69 , Manajemen Mutu 7.99 , Manajemen Pengadaan 6.77 , Manajemen Proyek Terpadu 6.42 , Manajemen Resiko 6.50 , Manajemen,Stakeholder 6.56 , Manajemen Sumber Daya 6.58 . Nilai performa variabel dan indikator tersebut dijadikan indek kinerja proyek yang digunakan untuk mengukur penerapan manajemen proyek. Dan digunakan untuk menentukan strategi manajerial yang efektif agar meningkatkan kinerja proyek, dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya manajemen dengan pelaksanaan manajemen proyek berbasis Construction Extension of PMBOK Guide.

The study was conducted on one of the Indonesian construction companies that have used PMBOK as a reference in the implementation of project management but the current application is only partial and still not optimal even began to be abandoned. The number of loss projects, schedule implementation late, poor quality and frequent occurrence of accidents so that the need to evaluate the implementation of project management. This research was conducted to find out the role of project management based on construction extension of PMBOK Guide 2016 on project performance using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study indicate there are 163 indicators of 13 variables contained in the construction extension of PMBOK Guide 2016 that affect the performance cost, quality, time and safety. The influencing indicators are then analyzed using Importance Performance Map Analysis with the result of the variable performance values as follows Project Initiation 6.73 , Cost Management 8.57 , Schedule Management 8.44 , Management K3L 8.11 , Financial Management 5.96 , Communication Management 6.70 , Management Scope 7.69 , Quality Management 7.99 , Procurement Management 6.77 , Integrated Project Management 6.42 , Risk Management 6.50 , Management Stakeholder 6.56 , Resource Management 6.58 . The performance values of these variables and indicators are used as the project performance index used to measure the implementation of project management. And used to determine effective managerial strategies to improve project performance, and improve the efficient use of management resources with the implementation of project management based on Construction Extension of PMBOK Guide.
