"Kompaktifikasi dimensi ekstra 5D dengan suku kinetik hukum pangkat (power law), telah berhasil menggulung satu dimensi ekstra, serta memperoleh informasi radius dan kestabilannya. Namun dari kajian tersebut didapatkan kompaktifikasi yang bersifat anti-de sitter (Ads) pada empat dimensi. Hal yan menunjukkan bahwa lagrangian yang dipilih belum sesuai dengan lagrangian alam semesta tempat kita berada yang mengharuskan bersifat de sitter (dS).

The 5D extra dimension compatibility with the power law kinetic terms, has succeeded in rolling an extra dimension, and obtained information on its radius and stability. However, from this study, it was found that anti-de sitter compactification (Ads) in four dimensions was obtained. This shows that the selected lagrangian does not match the universe we are in, which requires it to be de sitter (dS)."

Kuantisasi Lagrangian model point-coupling bergantung densitas menghasilkan
Lagrangian Hartree-Fock yang terdiri atas suku direct dan exchange.
Identitas Fierz diaplikasikan pada suku exchange agar bisa disusun bersama
dengan suku direct membentuk Lagrangian efektif. Dengan menggunakan persamaan
Euler-Lagrange akan didapat persamaan gerak dan massa efektif sistem.
Dari Hamiltonian sistem diperoleh energi ikat sistem per nukleon, massa
efektif, tekanan dan kompresibilitas. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, kontribusi
suku exchange kecil pada massa efektif nukleon materi nuklir simetrik. Namun
pada keadaan lain, kontribusi yang signi kan terlihat pada energi ikat
per nukleon di materi nuklir simetrik dan materi netron, massa efektif materi
netron, dan energi ikat per nukleon pada densitas rendah dari materi netron.

Lagrangian which contained direct and exchange terms. Fierz identity applied
to the exchange term to be rearranged together with the direct term to obtain
the e ective Lagrangian. By using the Euler-Lagrange equation, we will obtain
the equation of motion and the e ective mass of the system. From the Hamiltonian
will obtain the binding energy per nucleon, e ective mass, pressure
and compressibility. The results show that the exchange term contribution
is small on nucleon e ective mass of symmetric nuclear matter. But in the
other conditions, the signi cant contribution are observed on binding energy
per nucleon of asymmetric nuclear matter, neutron e ective mass, and binding

"Meningkatnya jumlah konsumsi makanan beku di Indonesia dapat menyebabkan risiko terjadinya penyakit bawaan makanan yang semakin besar. Hal ini mungkin terjadi karena makanan beku termasuk ke dalam makanan yang berisiko tinggi terkontaminasi. Oleh karena itu, industri pangan yang memproduksi makanan beku memerlukan tindakan pengendalian dan keamanan pangan untuk menjaga kualitas dan mutu makanan yang diproduksi. Industri X merupakan salah satu industri pengolahan pangan skala kecil yang memproduksi frozen food dan menghasilkan sekitar 2000 produk setiap bulannya. Diketahui bahwa belum ada penerapan HACCP sebagai sistem keamanan pangan produk yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan higiene sanitasi sebagai syarat dasar HACCP dan merumuskan rancangan HACCP pada Industri X. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Evaluasi penerapan higiene sanitasi berdasarkan Permenperin No. 75/M-IND/PER/7/2010 tentang Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh penjamah makanan yang bekerja di Industri X. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian 13 aspek higiene sanitasi, diperoleh persentase penerapan higiene sanitasi sebesar 81,3% atau telah memenuhi persyaratan. Rekomendasi rencana HACCP terdiri dari 5 prinsip HACCP yang mengacu pada SNI CAC RCP 1:2011.

The increasing number of frozen food consumption in Indonesia can lead to a greater risk of foodborne illness. This may happen because frozen food is included in foods that are at high risk of contamination. Therefore, the food industry that produces frozen food requires control and food safety measures to maintain the quality and quality of the food produced. Industry X is a small-scale food processing industry that produces frozen food and produces around 2000 products every month. It is known that there has been no implementation of HACCP as a food safety system for the products produced. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of sanitation hygiene as a basic requirement of HACCP and formulate a HACCP design in Industry X. The study was conducted descriptively using primary data collected through observation and interviews. Evaluation of the application of sanitation hygiene based on Minister of Industry Regulation No.75/M-IND/PER/7/2010 regarding Good Manufacturing Practices. The sample of this research is all food handlers who work in Industry X. Based on the results of the assessment of 13 aspects of sanitation hygiene, the percentage of sanitation hygiene implementation is 81.3% or has met the requirements. The HACCP plan recommendation consists of 5 HACCP principles which refer to SNI CAC RCP 1:2011."

"Jasaboga yang tidak sesuai dengan prinsip higiene dan sanitasi dan sistem HACCP berpotensi menyebabkan foodborne disease dan dapat menyebabkan penyakit, kematian dan kerugian ekonomi. Sepanjang tahun 2018 hingga 2019, foodborne disease diderita oleh 614 santri akibat mengonsumsi makanan dari PMT di Indonesia. Dapur umum yang dimiliki oleh Pesantren X adalah jasaboga khusus yang praktiknya jauh dari pengawasan Kementerian Kesehatan RI dan BPOM. Penelitian deskriptif ini mengidentifikasi pemenuhan persyaratan fisik higiene sanitasi, penerapan prinsip higiene sanitasi dan HACCP pada proses penyediaan makanan terpusat, serta memeriksa kualitas bakteriologis pada makanan, tangan penjamah, dan peralatan pengolahan makanan di Pesantren X Depok. Pemeriksaan higiene sanitasi mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI nomor 1096 Tahun 2011 dan HACCP mengacu pada SNI 01-4852-1998. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jasaboga Pesantren X belum memenuhi persyaratan teknis higiene sanitasi untuk jasaboga tipe A1, penerapan prinsip higiene sanitasi sudah baik pada kegiatan pemilihan bahan makanan, pengolahan makanan, dan pengangkutan bahan makanan, namun namun masih belum memenuhi syarat pada tahap penyimpanan bahan makanan, penyimpanan makanan jadi dan penyajian makanan. Perilaku dan tingkat pengetahuan makanan terkait kemananan pangan masih kurang baik. Jasaboga di Pesantren X masih belum sesuai dengan sistem HACCP. Tidak ditemukan bakteri E. coli pada usap tangan penjamah makanan, peralatan pengolahan makanan, dan sampel makanan jadi.

Catering that isnt in comply with the principles of hygiene and sanitation and the HACCP system has the potential to cause foodborne diseases which lead to health and economic losses. Throughout 2018 to 2019, foodborne diseases occur in 614 Islamic boarding schools (IBS) students after eating foods produced by catering. IBS X catering is a special type of catering which is far from being supervised by the Ministry of Health and BPOM. This descriptive research aims to identify the physical requirements for sanitation hygiene compliance, the application of sanitation hygiene principles and HACCP in centralized food provision, and to examine bacteriological quality of processed food, food handlers hands, and food processing equipment at IBS X catering. Sanitation hygiene refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of Indonesia 1096 of 2011 while HACCP refers to SNI 01-4852-1998. The results indicate that the activity IBS X catering isnt comply with the technical requirements of sanitation hygiene for type A1 catering, the application of sanitation hygiene is still poor at raw and processed food storing, and processed food serving. Food handlers behavior and the knowledge about food safety is not adequate. IBS X catering activities are not comply with the HACCP system. No E. coli bacteria were identified in food handlers hand, food processing equipment, and processed food samples."

"Foodborne disease saat ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global. Sebagian besar kasus foodborne disease disebabkan oleh makanan yang disajikan oleh berbagai penyedia fasilitas layanan makanan, seperti rumah makan dan restoran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan higiene sanitasi di Tempat Pengelolaan Pangan rumah makan golongan A1 dan A2 serta restoran dan penerapan Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) dalam tiap tahapan penyelenggaraan makanan. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara kepada seluruh penjamah makanan di Rumah Makan X (golongan A1), Rumah Makan Y (golongan A2), dan Restoran Z Kota Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek yang paling banyak tidak terpenuhi adalah pada higiene bangunan, penanganan makanan, dan penggunaan pelindung saat menjamah makanan, dan Rumah Makan X (golongan A1) menjadi rumah makan yang paling memerlukan perhatian dan pembinaan lebih lanjut karena jumlah ketidaksesuaiannya paling besar pada seluruh aspek higiene sanitasi dan HACCP. Diharapkan kepada pemilik usaha untuk memperbaiki ketidaksesuaian pada aspek higiene sanitasi yang belum terpenuhi dan menerapkan prinsip HACCP pada tiap proses pengelolaan makanan di tempat usahanya.

Foodborne disease is currently still a global health problem. Most cases of foodborne disease are caused by food served by various food service providers, such as food stalls and restaurant. This research aims to provide an overview of the implementation of sanitation hygiene in Food Management Places in food stalls group A1 and A2 and restaurant and the application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) in each stage of food management. The research was conducted descriptively using primary data collected through observation and interviews with all food handlers at Food Stall X (group A1), Food Stall Y (group A2), and Restaurant Z, Depok City. The results of the research show that the aspects that are most often not fulfilled are building cleanliness, food handling, and the use of protection when handling food, and Food Stall X (group A1) are the food stall that require the most attention and further development because the number of non-conformities is the largest in all aspects of hygiene sanitation and HACCP. It is hoped that all owners will correct any discrepancies in sanitation hygiene aspects that have not been fulfilled and apply HACCP principles in every food management process at their place of business."
