"Tesis ini membahas tentang pelatihan kepemimpinan dalam perspektif kepemimpinan profetik. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis verbatim, menggunakan dua orang tim pakar sebagai penilai. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa muatan kepemimpinan profetik, proses transfer materi pelatihan dan rekomendasi kurikulum pelatihan kepemimpinan profetik pada pelatihan kepemimpinan organisasi kepemudaan. Secara khusus, distribusi materi pada kurikulum pelatihan kepemimpinan di tiga organisasi kepemudaan yaitu IPNU (aspek kompetensi 65 %, aspek etika 35 %), KAMMI (aspek kompetensi 62%, aspek etika 38 %), dan HMI (aspek kompetensi 52 %, aspek etika 48 %).

This Thesis discusses leadership training in Prophetic Leadership perspective. Analysis in this study uses a qualitative method of analysis techniques verbatim, using a two-person team of experts as assessors. The results of this study in the form of charge prophetic leadership, the process of transfer of training materials and recommendations prophetic leadership training curriculum on youth leadership training organization. In particular, the distribution of matter in the leadership training curriculum in three youth organizations namely IPNU (65% competence aspects, ethical aspects 35%), KAMMI (62% competence aspects, ethical aspects 38%), and HMI (52% competence aspects, ethical aspects 48%)"

"Tesis ini membahas tentang perumusan kompetensi kepemimpinan pemuda dan rancangan pelatihan kepemimpinan pemuda. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang mengidentifikasi kunci yang diharapkan stakeholder pada kepemimpinan pemuda dengan menggunakan alat Glasgow Leadership Competencies Framework. Rancangan kepemimpinan pemuda dirumuskan menggunakan konsep pelatihan berbasis kompetansi yang bertujuan memenuhi kompetensi pemuda yang dihasilkan dari penelitian. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen wawancara dan instrumentasi.

This study examined the formulation of youth leadership competency and the design of youth leadership training. The approach involved qualitative research methods whereby the competencies identified and explored. Glasgow Leadership Competencies Framework used as the conceptual basis of analysis. Youth leadership training design reviewed as a Competency Based Training/CBT, the way ini which to mediate the youth competencies. Data are gathered using in depth interview and documentation instruments.

"This study is motivated by the change projects sustainability problem based on the study of PKP2A II LAN (2016) study team, identified after Level IV and Level III Leadership Training (Diklatpim). After the training, there are still some milestones or goals of the projects that have not been achieved. Medium-term and long-term goals have not been assessed because the new Diklatpim only review the general implementation of change projects during the training session. The change projects produced in the process of Diklatpim to achieve short-term goals may have a prospect to be expanded, enabling it to maintain its sustainability and to provide benefits for the region especially in the provision of public services. The current conditions rely solely on the alumni of Diklatpim and their mentors, which makes it somewhat difficult to maintain the sustainability of the change projects effectively.
This study aims to provide an alternative policy solution for regional governments to improve the sustainability and increase the scale of the Diklatpims change projects. Using literature study methods and qualitative approach, a collaborative model of innovation actors in the regional government for the development of innovation projects is developed. The collaborative model resulting from this study is called the WPPPA Model. This model is a collaboration model between Widyaiswara, Researcher, Planner and Diklatpim Alumni. The successful collaboration process undertaken by key innovation actors will be useful to maintain the sustainability of change projects on a broader scale and increasing the outcome of regional innovation sourced from the change projects."

"[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara Servant Leadership dan Team Effectiveness pada Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit X Penelitian tersebut didasari pertimbangan bahwa masih ada kesenjangan Kompetensi Kepemimpinan Kelompok pada Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit X serta belum tercapainya target kinerja pada semua unit kerja . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Servant Leadership dan Team Effectiveness ( r = 0,64 dan p lebih kecil dari 0,05). Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak tujuh puluh orang, mereka merupakan bawahan dari Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Servant Leadership Questionnare (SLQ) yang diadaptasi dari Barbuto & Wheeler (2006) dan Team Effectiveness Questionnare (TEQ) dari Larson & LaFasto (1989). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti mengusulkan program intervensi untuk meningkatkan Servant Leadership melalui Pelatihan Coaching dan Servant Leadership kepada manajer sebagai atasan dari Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit X. Hasil pelatihan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Coaching dan perilaku Servant Leadership atau kepemimpinan yang melayani bagi para manajer. Selanjutnya para manajer diharapkan mampu melakukan Coaching kepada Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan, terutama dalam menerapkan kepemimpinan yang melayani sehingga efektivitas tim akan meningkat.;The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between Servant Leadership and Team Effectiveness on Section Heads and Heads of Nurses in Hospital X. This research is based on the fact that there is a gap in leadership competencies cluster on Section Heads and Heads of Nurses as well as unachieved performance target in all units. This research shows that Servant Leadership is significantly related to Team Effectiveness (r=0,64, p<0,05). Data collected from 70 respondents, they are subordinate of the Section Heads and Heads of Nurses. Instruments used in this research are Servant Leadership Questionnaire (SLQ), adapted from Barbuto & Wheeler (2006) and Team Effectiveness Questionnaire (TEQ), by Larson & LaFasto (1989). Based on this finding, researcher proposes an intervention program to enhance Servant Leadership through Coaching and Servant Leadership Training to the managers as the superior of the Section Heads and Heads of Nurses. These training results are expected to enhance the managers’ ability in coaching and in displaying behaviors that reflect Servant Leadership. Furthermore, managers are expected to coach the Section Heads and Heads of Nurses, especially in implementing the servant leadership which will ultimately improve the team effectiveness, The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between Servant Leadership and Team Effectiveness on Section Heads and Heads of Nurses in Hospital X.
