"Penelitian ini menggunakan teori difusi inovasi, dan strategi penelitiannya adalah "studi kasus", penelitian dilakukan pada sekolah yang memanfaakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi sebagai layanan pembelajaran pada daerah terpencil. Dengan cara melakukan analisis proses difusi melalui elemenelemennya, yaitu Inovasi, Saluran Komunikasi, Waktu, dan Sistem Sosial pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri 3 Cibeber, Kabupaten Lebak Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan didalam penelitian digambarkan bagaimana sebuah organisasi sekolah membuat keputusan untuk mengadopsi sebuah inovasi melalui proses klowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation, dan confirmation. Sehingga inovasi dianggap sebagai solusi yang lebih baik dan lebih efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menganalisis apa yang menjadi pendukung dan hambatan pada proses difusi inovasi serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi inovasi aktor pendidik di dalam sekolah model pusat sumber belajar.

This study uses the Theory of diffusion of innovation and uses "case studies" as the research strategy. The research was conducted at school that utilize Information and Communication Technology as an education service in remote areas. It's analyze the process of diffusion through its elements, namely Innovation, Communication Channel, Time, and Social Systems at State Primary School 3 Cibeber, Lebak Banten. This study used a qualitative approach. This study described how a school organization made its decision to adopt an innovation through knowledge process, persuasion, decision, implementation and confirmation. Therefore innovation is considered as a better and more effective solution. This research aimed analyze the supporters and obstacles in the process of innovation diffusion and also the factors that influence educator actors innovation adoption in school model learning center.

"Our principal concern in this book is to understand three important ideas: learning, technology and innovation, and to examine these ideas and the relationships between them in situ; that is, we examine a number of cases of learning technologies in action in two countries, England and Brazil. The purpose of our study is to provide an explanation of the means to, and constraints on, improvements to educational policies and practices, with particular reference to innovation. We have a plethora of theoretical models that in attempting to deal with causal relations usually come to the conclusion that there are socio-economic-cultural constraints, but these observations largely remain at an abstract level and/or come to very general conclusions that are not of particular help to practitioners in the field. These issues can only be properly addressed after examining the empirical reality and having a spectrum of cases to analyze. By combining the theoretical and the practical, our aim is to explain how and under what conditions new modes of learning can be put into practice successfully and sustainably, in order for the learner to develop innovatory skills and dispositions for work and in the life course."

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara computer self-efficacy dengan technology acceptance pada Guru SMA. Variabel computer self-efficacy diukur dengan alat ukur Computer Self-Efficacy CSE yang dikembangkan oleh Compeau dan Higgins 1995 yang juga telah diterjemahkan dan diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Sementara itu, variabel kedua yaitu technology acceptance yang dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yaitu perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use. Kedua faktor ini diukur dengan alat ukur Technology Acceptance Model TAM yang dikembangkan oleh Davis 1989 dan telah diterjemahkan dan diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Partisipan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 77 guru SMA baik negeri maupun swasta yang ada di DKI Jakarta. Hasil uji korelasi dengan Pearson Correlation menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara technology acceptance dengan computer self-efficacy pada guru SMA.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to see if there is any correlation between computer self efficacy and technology acceptance in high school teachers. The first variable named computer self efficacy, will be measured with the translated version of Computer Self Efficacy CSE inventory developed by Compeau and Higgins 1995 . Meanwhile, the second variable is the technology acceptance that has two factors, which are perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. This variable will be measured with the translated version of Technology Acceptance Model TAM inventory developed by Davis 1989 . There are 77 participants from both public and private schools around DKI Jakarta area. Based on the Pearson Correlation test, we found out that there is a positive and significant correlation between the technology acceptance and the computer self efficacy in high school teachers. "

"ABSTRAK
Genome Sequence Analysis for genetic datasets by using ORF (Open Reading Frames) techniques is an interesting area of research for bioinformatics researchers nowadays. There is a strong research focus on comparative analysis between genetic behaviors and diversity of different species. Contrary to whole genome sequence analysis, scientists are now trying to concentrate specifically on layered analysis to get a better insight of relevancy among genetic datasets. This phenomenon will help to better understand species. An ORF statistical analysis for genetic data-sets of species Chimera Monstrosa and Poly Odontidae is presented. For completion of this analysis, we use a hybrid approach that combines a generic mechanism for statistical analysis with specific approach designed for out performance. At first instance, genetic datasets are refined for better usage at next level. These sets are then passed through layers of filters that perform DNA to Protein translation. Statistical comparison is performed during this translation. This layered architecture helps in better understanding of the degree of similarity and differences in genomic sequences. "
