"ABSTRAKDirektorat Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika sebagai instansi pemerintah wajib menjalankan amanat Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 82 Tahun 2012 Pasal 23 yaitu setiap penyelenggara sistem informasi harus memastikan interoperabilitas sistem informasi yang dikelolanya dengan sistem informasi lain yang terkait Jaminan interoperabilitas dapat dipenuhi jika tersedia mekanisme evaluasi interoperabilitas untuk sistem informasi Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja Information Systems Interoperability Maturity Model dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi penerapan interoperabilitas di lingkungan organisasi Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata rata interoperabilitas sistem informasi di dalam organisasi berada pada Level 1 Manual dibutuhkan perbaikan agar interoperabilitas mencapai level yang diharapkan.

Directorate General of Informatics Applications as a government agency shall execute the mandate of the Government Regulation No 82 of 2012 Article 23 that every information system operators must ensure interoperability between their information systems and the other related information systems The guarantee of interoperability can be met if there is available a mechanisms to evaluate the interoperability of information systems This study using Information Systems Interoperability Maturity Model with a qualitative approach to evaluate the implementation of interoperability within the organization The result of this study showed that the average level of information systems interoperability in organization is at Level 1 Manual needed improvement to achieve interoperability at the desired level."

"Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi berkembang sangat pesat. Salah satu teknologi yang berkembang pesat dan jamak digunakan adalah SMS (Short Message) yang dapat digunakan melalui telepon selular. Dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan prima kepada civitas akademika khususnya mahasiswa serta prosentase jumlah mahasiswa STMIK MDP yang menggunakan telepon selular (+ 90% ) memberikan peluang untuk memberikan layanan melalui sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi akademik menggunakan teknologi SMS. Pengguna dalam hal ini mahasiswa dapat mengakses seluruh informasi yang disediakan dengan hanya menggunakan sebuah identifikasi unik misalnya nomor pokok mahasiswa (NPM). Fitur pelayanan dan informasi yang dapat diberikan oleh aplikasi ini antara lain informasi untuk mahasiswa baru, registrasi, kalender akademik, jadwal kuliah dan daftar nilai mahasiswa (DNS). Perancangan aplikasi sistem informasi akademik berbasis teknologi SMS ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayaanan cepat dan prima yang muaranya adalah kepuasan pengguna khususnya mahasiswa.

Analisis tematik, Business Model Canvas, Value Chain, PESTEL, SWOT, Critical Success Factors, dan McFarlan Strategic Grid diterapkan untuk memahami berbagai perspektif strategis. Keselarasan antara bisnis dan sistem informasi diidentifikasi sebagai kunci untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis secara efektif dan efisien. Hasil penelitian menyajikan rencana strategis SI/TI implementatif untuk PT XYZ, yang terdiri atas rekomendasi strategi SI, strategi TI, dan strategi manajemen SI/TI.

Information Systems (IS) are acknowledged as a key component for organizational success, with strategic IS/IT management being crucial to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. This research focuses on the strategic planning of IS/IT within the context of PT XYZ, addressing challenges such as the lack of analysis on IS/IT strategies and insufficient focus on the strategic planning of enterprise information system architecture. Through a qualitative approach and primary data collection via interviews, the study analyzes the current situation of IS/IT and proposes strategic recommendations aligned with the company's vision and mission. Thematic analysis, Business Model Canvas, Value Chain, PESTEL, SWOT, Critical Success Factors, and McFarlan Strategic Grid are applied to understand various strategic perspectives. The alignment between business and information systems is identified as key to achieving business goals effectively and efficiently. The research results present an implementable strategic plan for IS/IT at PT XYZ, comprising recommendations for IS strategy, IT strategy, and IS/IT management strategy."
