"Pada saat KKKS (Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama) ingin menjalankan sebuah proyek maka diharuskan untuk mengajukan usulan dokumen usulan yaitu AFE (Authorization For Expenditure) kepada BPMIGAS. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memonitoring kegiatan KKKS, data yang ada dalam dokumen tersebut akan mencangkup mengenai pengerjaan proyek tersebut seperti informasi lengkap KKKS mengenai kegiatan yang diusulkan, mengetahui rincian biaya proyek, pengandalian biaya, pertahapan proyek dan pemeriksaan keuangan. Dari banyaknya dokumen yang akan diperiksa tentunya acap kali sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam proses pemeriksaan sehingga perlunya perubahan dalam bisnis proses lama menjadi bisnis proses yang baru yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses pemeriksaan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode BPR (Business Process Reengineering). Dalam proses perekayasaan ulang tersebut nantinya akan dibantu oleh Sistem Informasi untuk memudahkan dalam memonitor pergerakan tahapan untuk setiap dokumen usulan.

AFE (Authorization For Expenditure) is the proposal document to BPMIGAS when KKKS (Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama) want to run a project. They submit the document to monitor the activities in project, the data contained in the document will covers the construction project as complete information such as project cost detail, project cost control, project phase and auditing. When the document come will be checking to complete contain, if contain document is complete the next process is reviewing, often in delay process in reviewing make planning to start a project in KKKS will be pending so that need for improve business process make more efficiency with BPR (Business Process Reengineering). In the reengineering process, system information will be helped flow of movement monitoring proposal document stages for each document."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai proses e-business yang dilakukan oleh PT Perhutani Alam Wisata (Palawi Tour & Travel). Untuk mengetahui proses yang dilakukan dapat dilihat dari beberapa faktor, antara lain faktor organisasi, faktor manajemen dan faktor lingkungan. Dalam penelitian ini, permasalahan yang ada adalah untuk melihat apakah faktor organisasi, faktor manajemen dan faktor lingkungan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap proses adopsi e-business yang dilakukan oleh PT Perhutani Alam Wisata (Palawi Tour & Travel).
Metode yang digunakan untuk menemukan jawaban atas permasalahan yang ada adalah dengan survey bersifat deskriptif (kuantitatif) yang dilakukan satu kali dalam satu periode (single crosssectional design) melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan, manajemen dan pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan kegiatan operasional dari PT Perhutani Alam Wisata (Palawi Tour & Travel) dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Stepwise Regression.
Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor manajemen menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap proses adopsi ebusiness yang dilakukan oleh Palawi Tour & Travel, sedangkan dua faktor lainnya yaitu faktor organisasi dan lingkungan tidak memiliki pengaruh terlalu besar terhadap proses adopsi e-business.

The focus of this study is discusses about e-business processes are carried out by PT Perhutani alam Wisata (Palawi Tour & Travel). To find out the process undertaken can be seen from several factors, that is, organizational factors, management factors and environmental factors. In this study, the problem is to see whether organizational factors, management factors and environmental factors have a positive influence on the adoption of e-business is conducted by PT Perhutani Alam Wisata (Palawi Tour & Travel).
The method used to find answers to problems that exist is a descriptive survey (quantitative) done once per period (single cross-sectional design) through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The population of this research is that employees, management and related parties to the operations of PT Perhutani Alam Wisata (Palawi Tour & Travel) with a sampling method that is probability sampling. Type of data collected are the primary data and secondary data using Stepwise Regression analysis techniques.
The results obtained in this study is a factor of management factors that influence the adoption of e-business processes performed by Palawi Tour & Travel, while the other two factors, organizational and environmental factors do not have too much influence on the adoption of e-business.

"Industri asuransi rangka kapal (H&M) memperoleh profitabilitas rendah yang berdampak pada keberlanjutan industri asuransi, salah satunya terjadi pada bisnis fakultatif di reasuransi PT. ABC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis proses bisnis asuransi H&M yang dijalankan saat ini, (2) mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang menyebabkan ketidakefektifan proses bisnis, (3) mengevaluasi parameter underwriting, dan (4) merancang bisnis proses baru di reasuransi PT. ABC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif. Metode delphi dilakukan terhadap tujuh expertise di industri asuransi H&M yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling untuk mendukung pengumpulan data. Business process digambarkan menggunakan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Analisis proses bisnis diselesaikan menggunakan root-cause analysis, value added analysis, waste analysis, dan direct weighting analysis digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat relevansi parameter underwriting. Transformasi business process dilakukan dengan (1) menambahkan parameter risiko yang penting diperhatikan dalam proses underwriting,(2) menghapus aktivitas waste dan non value added,(3) meningkatkan aktivitas analisis risiko yang memberikan business value added terhadap proses akseptasi bisnis (underwriting),(4) memperbaiki manajemen data dengan mengoptimalkan adminsitrasi sebagai agen bank data dan sistem, dan (5) pengaplikasian pricing rate untuk menjaga tarif dan kecukupan premi. Analisis statistik yang menunjang penilaian tingkat risiko dan pricing rate untuk menjaga kecukupan premi sangat diperlukan untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Hull and Machinery (H&M) insurance industry suffered low profitability which impacted the sustainability of insurance industry, one of which occurs in reinsurance company PT. ABC. This study aim to (1) analyze current business process of H&M insurance,(2) identify problem of business process uneffectiveness,(3) evaluate underwriting parameters, and (4) propose new business process in PT. ABC. This study use qualitative method. Delphi method is carried out to seven expertises in H&M insurance who are choosen by purposive sampling to support data collection. Business processes are described by Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Business process analysis is completed by using root-cause analysis, value added analysis, waste analysis, and direct weighting analysis specifically used to determine underwriting parameters relevancy degree. Business process transformation is carried out by (1) completing underwriting parameters,(2) eliminating waste and non-value added activities,(3) increasing risk analysis activities that provide business value added to the underwriting process,(4) improving data management by optimizing administration as a data bank agent and system, and (5) applying pricing rates to maintain tariff and premium adequacy. Statistical analysis that supports the assessment of the risk level and pricing rate that maintain premium adequacy are urgently needed for proceeding observation."

"ABSTRAK
Perbedaan pola pembelian pelanggan pada e-commerce menuntut UKM fashion di Indonesia yang ingin mengadopsi e-commerce untuk dapat menyesuaikan dan memperbaiki bisnis prosesnya agar dapat beroperasi secara lebih efisien. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan usulan rancangan perbaikan proses bisnis UKM dengan metode Business Process Reengineering BPR agar dapat mengadopsi e-commerce secara efisien. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan memodelkan proses bisnis UKM pada kondisi awal sehingga masalah yang ada dapat diidentifikasi. Selanjutnya proses bisnis UKM akan melewati dua tahap perbaikan, tahap pertama adalah pengadopsian e-commerce pada proses bisnis awal dan tahap perbaikan selanjutnya adalah penerapan praktik terbaik BPR dalam e-commerce. Semua tahapan tersebut dimodelkan menggunakan alat Business Process Management Notation BPMN melalui perangkat lunak iGrafx. Tahap adopsi e-commerce mempersingkat waktu proses bisnis UKM sebesar 24,28 dan pada tahap penerapan praktik terbaik BPR dapat mempersingkat waktu sebesar 67,63

ABSTRACT
Differences in customer purchasing patterns on e commerce forced fashion SMEs in Indonesia who wanted to adopt e commerce to be able to adjust and improve their business processes to operate more efficiently. Therefore it is necessary to propose the design of business process improvement of SMEs with Business Process Reengineering BPR method to be able to adopt e commerce efficiently. This research began by modeling SME s current business processes to identified its problems. The SME s business process would be improved within two steps, the first step was the adoption of e commerce to the initial business process and the next step of improvement was the application of best practice of BPR in e commerce. All the steps were modeled through Business Process Management Notation BPMN tool using iGrafx software. The adoption e commerce phase shortened the business process time by 24,28 and the application of best practice BPR phase shortened the time by 67,63."
