The research on m-Health applications reveals that privacy and security remain significant concerns in these applications. Indonesia itself frequently faces incidents of user data breaches in m-Health applications. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate compliance with privacy policies based on applicable law and analyze the extent to which m-Health applications in Indonesia protect user privacy and maintain application security from a technical perspective. The assessment includes evaluating privacy policy compliance with Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) and conducting static and dynamic application security analysis using tools such as MobSF and Fiddler (proxy). This analysis aims to identify security vulnerabilities based on a standard, specifically Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE). The results indicate that the highest privacy policy compliance score reaches only 65%, and each application is suspected of having at least one weakness in the implemented security features. Consequently, it can be concluded that the privacy policies of m-Health applications in Indonesia are not fully aligned with the provisions of the UU PDP. Additionally, there are still numerous security vulnerabilities in m-Health applications that could be exploited."

"In this book, present a number of computational medicine topics at several scales: from molecules to cells, organs, and organisms. At the molecular level, tools for the analysis of genome variations as well as cloud computing resources for medical genetics are reviewed. Then, an analysis of gene expression data and the application to the characterization of microbial communities are highlighted. At the protein level, two types of analyses for mass spectrometry data are reviewed, labeled quantitative proteomics and lipidomics, followed by protein sequence analysis and a 3D structure and drug design chapter. Finally, three chapters on clinical applications focus on the integration of biomolecular and clinical data for cancer research, biomarker discovery, and network-based methods for computational diagnostics."

"Rapid progress in health research has led to generation of new knowledge and innovative practices in management of illness. This has resulted in a significant challenge for health professionals, if today we discovered a new therapy through research, when will this discovery be regularly prescribed or utilized to treat all patients suffering from this condition? Knowledge translation is the non-linear and often complicated process of translating knowledge into routine health practices. Technology enabled knowledge translation (TEKT) is the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) to accelerate knowledge translation. With the ubiquity of the internet, the proliferation of different approaches in communication and social networking, and the continuously improving technologies from netbooks to smartphones, there are rich opportunities for TEKT in health education, service delivery, and research."
