Kegiatan PKP Praktek Kerja Profesi yang dilaksanakan di industri farmasi yaitu PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Cikarang bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat memahami penerapan CPOB Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik di industri farmasi mengetahui secara garis besar gambaran pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi dan mendapatkan pengetahuan wawasan serta pengalaman praktis secara langsung dalam penerapan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi Selama kegiatan PKP calon apoteker ditempatkan di bagian Pemastian Mutu sehingga memperoleh kesempatan untuk membuat protokol dan laporan validasi proses QA Matrix serta mengikuti pelatihan dan kegiatan induksi ke bagian lain seperti QC R D Logistik dan Teknik Adapun tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah Pembuatan Laporan Validasi Proses Tablet Asam Traneksamat yang merupakan validasi ulang karena adanya perubahan alat pada proses pencampuran dan perubahan jumlah sampel pada evaluasi kebocoran kemasan

"Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh industri farmasi untuk menjamin mutu, khasiat, dan keamanan obat adalah dengan menerapkan pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Industri Farmasi memiliki tiga personil kunci, yaitu kepala bagian produksi, kepala bagian pengawasan mutu, dan kepala bagian pemastian mutu yang harus dijabat oleh Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA yang dilaksanakan di PT Konimex bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, serta memahami penerapan CPOB di PT Konimex. PT Konimex secara keseluruhan telah menerapkan prinsip CPOB dengan baik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa penyusunan protokol validasi proses produk Heltiskin dan Konigen Cream. Secara keseluruhan, protokol validasi proses telah seseuai dengan ketentuan yang direkomendasikan dalam POP CPOB dan Guidance for Industry Process Validation: General Principles and Practices FDA.
Pharmaceutical industry should implements GMP guideline to ensure the quality, efficacy, and safety of the product. Pharmaceutical industry has three key personnel as head of production, head of quality control, and head of quality assurance which are pharmacist. Apothecary internship at PT Konimex aims to understand the role of pharmacist and the implementation of GMP guideline at PT Konimex. Overall, PT Konimex has implement every aspect of the GMP guideline so well. Special task given was arrangement of process validation protocol of Heltiskin and Konigen Cream. Overall, the process validation protocol has fulfilled the POP CPOB and Guidance for Industry Process Validation General Principles and Practices FDA recommendation."

Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Axia periode bulan April tahun 2015 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Axia dilakukan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu analisis hubungan sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan pendapatan di apotek dengan modal minimal.

di apotek. Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di Apotek SAFA diperlukan untuk
mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di apotek serta
memahami praktik kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan non teknis kefarmasian di
Apotek SAFA. Apoteker bertugas dalam memimpin, mengatur, mengawasi,
dan bertanggungjawab terhadap seluruh kegiatan apotek. Apoteker Pengelola
Apotek (APA) di Apotek SAFA belum sepenuhnya menjalankan fungsinya
sesuai dengan Undang-Undang dan peraturan yang berlaku dalam mengelola
semua kegiatan yang berlangsung di Apotek SAFA baik manajerial maupun
pemberian pelayanan kefarmasian yang baik bagi pelanggan Apotek SAFA.
Pengelolaan apotek di Apotek SAFA mencakup administrasi, manajemen pengadaan, penyimpanan, penjualan dan pelayanan telah berjalan dengan cukup baik.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di industri farmasi dilaksanakan di Departemen
Quality PT. Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama delapan
minggu dari tanggal 6 Juli sampai dengan tanggal 28 Agustus 2015. PKP di
industri farmasi bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker,
memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, memahami
penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), dan memiliki gambaran
nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi.
Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran
apoteker penting untuk menghasilkan obat-obatan yang aman, bermutu, dan
berkhasiat. Apoteker di Departemen Quality berperan dalam pemastian kesesuaian
setiap proses dari awal hingga akhir. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil
memperoleh gambaran umum dari pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PT.
Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals., khususnya di bidang Stability Study. Berdasarkan
pengamatan, PT. Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals telah menerapkan seluruh aspek
CPOB dengan baik.
Profession Internship at pharmaceutical industry was held at Quality Department
of PT. Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals. This activity was held for eight weeks from

2015. Profession internship at pharmaceutical industry
was intended to make apothecary student understand the role of pharmacist, have
insight into the implementation of pharmaceutical practice, understand the
implementation of Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), and know the issues
in pharmaceutical practice in pharmaceutical industry. Based on the activities,
pharmacists in Quality Department play a role in ensuring compliance at every
stage of the process, especially in Stability Study. Based on the observation, PT.
Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals have applied all aspects of CPOB."
