"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif leader member exchange dan iklim organisasi secara signifikan terhadap employee engagement perawat di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak / unit bersalin. Selain itu juga untuk menganalisis lebih dalam mengenai leader member exchange dan iklim organisasi apa sajakah yang memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan dari employee engagement. Berdasarkan teori dari Litwin dan Stringer (1968) dimensi iklim organisasi adalah structure, responsibility, reward, risk, standard, support, conflict, identity, dan warmth. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 134 perawat di Rumah Sakit X, Y, dan Z dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program SPSS dengan memakai metode descriptive statistics dan regresi linier untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang pengaruh leader member exchange dan iklim organisasi terhadap employee engagement perawat di Rumah Sakit X, Y, dan Z. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel leader-member exchange tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel employee engagement. Sedangkan untuk variabel iklim organisasi hanya dimensi responsibility, reward, risk, standard, dan conflict yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel employee engagement. Dimensi structure, support, dan warmth tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement perawat.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to analyze the significant positive influence of leader-member exchanges and organizational climate to the employee engagement of nurses in mother and children hospital/maternity unit. Moreover, this research is also to more deeply analyze the types of leader member exchanges and organizational climate that significantly influence to the increase of employee engagement. Based on the theory of Litwin and Stringer (1968), the dimensions of organizational climate are structure, responsibility, reward, risk, standard, support, conflict, identity, and warmth. The data collection conducted by distributing the questionnaire to 134 nurses in Hospital X, Y and Z with total sampling method. "Tesis ini membahas pengaruh struktur organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan Biro Kepegawaian Departemen Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Struktur organisasi dianalisa dengan menggunakan indikator yang diturunkan dari Teori Organisasi Robbins, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan dianalisa menggunakan Teori Kualitas Pelayanan dari Parasuraman,Zeithaml dan Berry. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya korelasi antara struktur organisasi yang digunakan dengan kualitas pelayanan, maka restrukturisasi organisasi pelayanan publik sangat penting dikaji demi terciptanya kualitas pelayanan masyarakat yang efektif dan efisien.

This thesis discusses the influence of organizatonal structure of the quality of Bureau Officer Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Organizational Structure analyzed by using indicators that are derived from the Organization Theory by Robbins, analyzed the quality of services while using the Service Quality Theory of Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry. This research is quantitative research design with descriptive. Results of research to find the correlation between the organizational structure that is used with the quality or services, the restructuring of public service organization is very important in order to review the quality of public services effectively and efficiently."

"ABSTRAK
Isu penerimaan gratifikasi oleh dokter dari perusahaan farmasi mempengaruhi reputasi organisasi Kementerian Kesehatan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penerapan manajemen isu untuk mempertahankan reputasi Kementerian Kesehatan sebagai organisasi pemerintah di bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen isu gratifikasi, cara mempertahankan reputasi organisasi, dan komunikasi yang dibangun di dalam Kementerian Kesehatan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma konstruktifis dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada tiga informan, yang kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan coding.Hasil analisa menerangkan bahwa dalam mempertahankan reputasi organisasinya, Kementerian Kesehatan menggunakan lima tahapan manajemen isu, yakni identifikasi isu, analisa isu, penyusunan dan pengembangan rekomendasi, implementasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi yang dikembangkan dengan mengkombinasikan model dari Doorley dan Garcia dengan Howard Chase.

ABSTRACT
Gratification acceptance issues by doctors from pharmaceutical companies affect organization reputation of Ministry of Health. Therefore, it is necessary to implement issues management to maintain reputation of Ministry of Health as a government organization in health sector. This study aims to describe issue management of gratification, how to maintain organization reputation, and communication built within Ministry of Health.This research uses qualitative descriptive approach with constructivist paradigm by collecting data through in depth interview to three infromants, the the data was analyzed by using coding.The result of analysis explain that in maintaining organization reputation, Ministry of Health uses five stages of issue management, such as identification, analysis, preparation and development of recommendation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation that developed by combining models from Doorley and Garcia with Howard Chase."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran iklim keselamatan di PT XY yang merupakan perusahaan jasa pertambangan yang bekerja di area divisi concentrating PT Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Data diambil pada Bulan Oktober – November 2022 dari area North South, SAG-Mill 1, dan SAGMill 2 dengan kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari NOSACQ-50 yang meliputi 7 variabel iklim keselamatan di tempat kerja. Kemudian, dilakukan wawancara beberapa pekerja sebagai bahan analisis mendalam untuk pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keseluruhan iklim keselamatan PT XY ada pada angka 3,2 (Cukup Baik). Faktor Prioritas dan komitmen manajemen menunjukkan angka 3,2 (Cukup Baik), Pemberdayaan manajemen keselamatan menunjukkan angka 3,2 (Cukup Baik), Keadilan manajemen keselamatan menunjukkan angka 3,1 (Cukup Baik), Komitmen tenaga kerja terhadap keselamatan menunjukkan angka 3,3 (Cukup Baik), Prioritas keselamatan tenaga kerja dan tidak ditolerirnya bahaya dan risiko menunjukkan angka 3,1 (Cukup Baik), Pembelajaran, komunikasi, dan inovasi menunjukkan angka 3,3 (Cukup Baik), dan Kepercayaan terhadap keefektifan sistem keselamatan menunjukkan angka 3,2 (Cukup Baik).

This study aims to obtain an overview of the safety climate at PT XY, which is a mining service company working in the area of the PT Z concentrating division. This research uses a cross-sectional study design with a semi-quantitative approach. Data was taken in October - November 2022 from the North South, SAG-Mill 1, and SAGMill 2 areas using a questionnaire adapted from NOSACQ-50 which includes 7 climate variables of safety at work. Then, conducted interviews with several workers as material for in-depth analysis for discussion. The results showed that PT XY's overall safety climate was at 3.2 (Good Enough). Priority and management commitment factors show a score of 3.2 (Pretty Good), Empowerment of safety management shows a score of 3.2 (Pretty Good), Equity in safety management shows a score of 3.1 (Pretty Good), Workforce commitment to safety shows a score of 3, 3 (Pretty Good), Priority of labor safety and intolerance of hazards and risks shows a score of 3.1 (Pretty Good), Learning, communication, and innovation shows a score of 3.3 (Quite Good), and Trust in the effectiveness of safety systems shows a score 3.2 (Fair enough)."

"Tenaga kesehatan mengalami tingkat stres dan kelelahan yang tinggi, yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap well-being dan bagaimana mereka memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien. Organizational justice terbukti menjadi prediktor well-being tenaga kesehatan. Sebaliknya, hubungan antara workplace spirituality dan well-being tenaga kesehatan belum diteliti lebih lanjut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara workplace spirituality, organizational justice dan well-being tenaga kesehatan, serta untuk menentukan apakah employee engagement berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan ini. Sebuah survei cross-sectional dilakukan dengan sampel tenaga kesehatan dari sebuah rumah sakit di Jakarta. Pertanyaan mengenai organizational justice, workplace spirituality, employee engagement, dan well-being diberikan. Structural Equation Model digunakan untuk menguji model mediasi yang diusulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational justice berhubungan secara signifikan dan positif terhadap well-being tenaga kesehatan, sedangkan workplace spirituality tidak berhubungan secara signifikan. Selanjutnya, employee engagement memediasi hubungan antara spiritualitas tempat kerja, keadilan organisasi dan well-being, sehingga dampak positif lebih besar untuk tenaga kesehatan dengan tingkat engagement yang tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan organizational justice secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan well-being tenaga Kesehatan dengan meningkatkan employee engagement. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menguji generalisasi dari temuan ini dan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi intervensi untuk meningkatkan keadilan organisasi dalam pengaturan kesehatan.

Healthcare workers (HCWs) experience high levels of stress and burnout, which can negatively impact their wellbeing and patient care. Organizational justice has been shown to be a predictor of HCW wellbeing. In contrast, the relationship between workplace spirituality and HCW wellbeing is less clear. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between workplace spirituality, organizational justice and HCW wellbeing, and to determine whether employee engagement act as mediator in this relationship. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with a sample of HCWs from a hospital in Jakarta. Measures of organizational justice, workplace spirituality, employee engagement, and wellbeing were administered. Structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed mediation model. Results indicated that organizational justice was significantly and positively related to HCW wellbeing, while workplace spirituality was not significantly related. Furthermore, employee engagement mediated the relationship between workplace spirituality, organizational justice, and wellbeing, such that the positive relationship was stronger for HCWs with high levels of employee engagement. These findings suggest that interventions aimed at improving organizational justice may indirectly improve HCW well-being by increasing employee engagement. Further research is needed to test the generalizability of these findings and to explore potential interventions for improving organizational justice in healthcare settings."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari leader member exchange, human resource management practices, dan psychological empowerment terhadap extra role performance dengan mediasi organizational commitment pada karyawan Indonesia di Kedutaan X. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 280 karyawan Indonesia di Kedutaan X. Model penelitian menggunakan 7 hipotesis yang diuji oleh Structural Equation Modeling SEM .Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap extra role performance. Organizational commitment memediasi hubungan antara leader member exchange, human resource management practices, dan psychological empowerment dengan extra role performance.Kata kunci: leader member exchange, human resource management practices, psychological empowerment, extra role performance, organizational commitment.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to know the impact between leader member exchange, human resource management practices, and psychological empowerment on extra role performance mediated by organizational commitment of Indonesian employee at Embassy X. This study using 280 respondents of Indonesian employees at Embassy X and Structural Equation Model SEM method is used for analyzing data.The results declare that organizational commitment is positively related to extra role performance and acts as mediator between leader member exchange, human resource management practices, psychological empowerment and extra role performance. "

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Organisasi Pembelajaran dan Work Engagement terhadap Perilaku Inovatif. Selain itu, Work Engagement juga diamati sebagai variabel mediator dalam hubungan antara Organisasi Pembelajaran dengan Perilaku Inovatif. Perilaku Inovatif mengacu pada dimensi dalam Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) oleh Janssen (2000) yaitu Idea Generation, Idea Promotion, dan Idea Realization. Sementara itu, Organisasi Pembelajaran mengacu pada Dimension of Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) oleh Marsick dan Watkins (2003) yang terdiri dari Continuous Learning, Dialogue & Inquiry, Team Learning, Embedded System, Empowerment, System Connection, dan Provide Leadership. Work Engagement mengacu pada Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) oleh Schaufeli, Bakker & Salanova (2006) yang terdiri dari Vigor, Dedication, dan Absorption. Data dikumpulkan melalui self reported questionnaire kepada 97 orang karyawan PT Teknologi Global, suatu perusahaan teknologi informasi di Indonesia (bukan nama sebenarnya). Analisis data dilakukan dengan SPSS 23 menggunakan regresi linear dan General Linear Model (GLM). Untuk memperoleh analisis yang lebih komprehensif, dilakukan in-depth interview kepada beberapa pemimpin di PT Teknologi Global sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif dari Organisasi Pembelajaran dan Work Engagement terhadap Perilaku Inovatif. Selain itu penelitian juga menemukan bahwa Work Engagement memediasi hubungan antara Organisasi Pembelajaran dengan Perilaku Inovatif.

ABSTRACT
This research's purpose is to determine the influence of Learning Organization and Work Engagement to Innovative Behavior. Besides, Work Engagement was also observed as a mediating variable in the relationship between Learning Organization and Innovative Behavior. Innovative Behavior was measured using Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) items by Janssen (2000), consisting of Idea Generation, Idea Promotion, and Idea Realization. Learning Organization was measured using Dimension of Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) by Marsick and Watkins (2003), consisting of Continuous Learning, Dialogue & Inquiry, Team Learning, Embedded System, Empowerment, System Connection, and Provide Leadership. Work Engagement was measured using Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) by Schaufeli, Bakker & Salanova (2006), consisting Vigor, Dedication, and Absorption. Data was collected through self-reported questionnaire from 97 employees of PT Teknologi Global, one of Indonesian IT company (not the real name). Data were analyzed with SPSS 23 using linear regression and General Linear Model (GLM). The research result indicated the positive influence of Learning Organization and Work Engagement to Innovative Behavior. To obtain more comprehensive analysis, individual in-depth interviews were conducted with PT Teknologi Global's leaders as informants. The research result indicated the positive influence of Learning Organization and Work Engagement to Innovative Behavior. Furthermore, the research also found that Work Engagement mediates the relationship between Learning Organization and Innovative Behavior."

"Alih daya menjadi salah satu praktik yang umum di dunia industri Indonesia. Di PT. X jumlah tenaga kerja alih daya jauh lebih banyak dibandingkan karyawan tetapnya (perusahaan induk). Penerapan mekanisme alih daya memiliki tantangan tersendiri sehubungan dengan penerapan standar keselamatan dan produktivitas yang tinggi di PT. X. Data kecelakaan kerja 2019 – 2022 di PT. X menunjukkan semua kecelakaan kerja terjadi pada pekerja alih daya yaitu sebanyak 111 kasus, tidak terjadi pada pekerja tetap, sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai dan menanggulangi berbagai faktor risiko spesifik yang berkaitan dengan penerapan alih daya di PT.X. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan alih daya di perusahaan, mengidentifikasi kondisi atau temuan yang paling signifikan berhubungan dengan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan menganalisis penyebab dasar kecelakaan kerja yang paling dominan dan kaitannya dengan mekanisme alih daya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengukur faktor risiko pada masing-masing unit analisis dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, pengamatan, pengolahan data primer dan sekunder terkait alih daya. Diawali dengan analisis data kecelakaan kerja tahun 2019 -2022 di PT. X, diteruskan dengan identifikasi penyebab kecelakaan paling signifikan berdasarkan hasil investigasi kecelakaan dan kaitannya dengan karakterisktik alih daya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecelakaan kerja di PT. X berhubungan dengan sejumlah faktor risiko yaitu bekerja dalam keadaan terluka atau sangat kelelahan, beban dan risiko kerja tinggi, tuntutan dan frekuensi kerja lembur, adanya rework, adanya penugasan ganda di luar fungsi atau jabatan pekerja, komunikasi lintas fungsi yang tidak efektif, dan prosedur kerja multitafsir atau sulit difahami. Faktor risiko tersebut berhubungan dengan karakteristik alih daya yaitu faktor tekanan ekonomi dan disorganisasi. Tidak didapati hubungan antara faktor kegagalan regulasi dan kecelakaan kerja di PT. X. Disimpulkan bahwa mekanisme alih daya berhubungan dengan kecelakaan kerja di PT. X dan pencapaian Operasi Bebas Kecelakaan.

Outsourcing is a common practice in the Indonesian industry. At PT. X, the number of outsourced workers is far more than the permanent employees (parent company). The implementation of the outsourcing mechanism has its own challenges in relation to the application of high standards of safety and productivity at PT. X. Work accident data 2019 – 2022 at PT. X shows that all work accidents occur in outsourced workers as many as 111 cases, not in permanent workers, so it is necessary to conduct a study to identify, assess and overcome various specific risk factors related to the implementation of outsourcing at PT.X. The purpose of this research is to analyze the risk factors related to outsourcing activities in the company, identify the most significant conditions or findings related to the occurrence of work accidents and analyze the most dominant basic causes of the work accidents and their relation to outsourcing mechanisms. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach to measure the risk factors in each unit of analysis by conducting questionnaires, observations, primary and secondary data processing related to outsourcing. Starting with the analysis of work accident data for 2019-2022 at PT. X, continued with the identification of the most significant accident causes based on the results of accident investigations and their relation to outsourcing characteristics. The results showed that work accidents at PT. X relates to a number of risk factors, namely working in a state of injury or extreme fatigue, high workload and risk, demands and frequency of overtime work, rework, multiple assignments outside the function or position of workers, ineffective cross-functional communication, and multi-interpretation work procedures. or difficult to understand. These risk factors are closely related to the characteristics of outsourcing, namely economic pressure factors and disorganization. There was no effect of regulatory failure factors on work accidents at PT. X. It is concluded that the outsourcing mechanism is related to work accidents at PT. X and the achievement of Accident Free Operation."

"Tesis ini menganalisis dua faktor yang mempengaruhi burnout, yaitu persepsi terhadap human resource management dan perceived organizational support. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengukuran burnout pada 45 orang sampel karyawan Bank X. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor persepsi terhadap manajemen SDM pada dimensi pengembangan pribadi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap burnout. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan bahwa perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kebijakan dan dukungan organisasi oleh manajemen SDM terhadap karyawan yang mengalami burnout.

This thesis analyzes two factors that affect burnout, the perception of human resource management and perceived organizational support. This research is quantitative by measuring burnout in the sample of 45 employees of Bank X. The study found that factors in the perception of human resource management dimension's - personal development the most influence on burnout. Based on the research results, the researchers suggest that this problem needs to be disseminated by the organization's policies and human resource management support for employees experiencing burnout."
