"[ABSTRAK
Pasokan peralatan dalam proyek minyak dan gas membutuhkan standar dan
spesifikasi yang tinggi dikarenakan adanya persyaratan keamanan dan kehandalan
yang juga tinggi. Keterlambatan pengiriman peralatan adalah sangat sensitif
karena sebagai dampaknya akan langsung ke seluruh proyek, sedangkan
keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek akan berdampak pada produksi awal KKKS
(Kemitraan Status Kontraktor). Hal ini akan mengganggu target produksi minyak
dan gas dari Pemerintah Indonesia. Data operasional yang menunjukkan banyak
penundaan menjelaskan ketidakefektifan manajemen rantai pasokan di PT AMN.
Kondisi ini meningkatkan keluhan dan denda dari pelanggan dan penurunan
efisiensi operasional PT AMN. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini dan meningkatkan
kepuasan pelanggan, maka diperlukan evaluasi rantai pasokan yang ada dan
pengembangan kemampuan rantai pasokan baru. Dalam hal menentukan
kemampuan rantai pasokan baru dari PT AMN, diperlukan yaitu: analisia data PT
AMN, kebutuhan pelanggan, penilaian internal, rantai pasokan yang ada, daftar
periksa kemampuan rantai pasokan, analisis SWOT, lima pilar, lanskap teknologi
rantai pasokan, game changer dan analisis manajemen risiko.
Dalam hal penentuan kemampuan rantai pasokan, PT AMN dikategorikan dalam
Adaptive Initiative atau disebut Inisiatif Continuous Improvement.

specification due to the high requirements of safety and reliability. Delay of
equipments delivery is very sensitive as the impact will be direct to the whole
project, while the delay of project completion will disrupt PSC‟s (Partnership
Status Contractor‟s) initial production. Ultimately, this would disrupt oil and gas
production target of Government of Indonesia. Operational data shows that a lot
of delay is caused by the ineffectiveness of supply chain management at PT
AMN. These conditions increase complaints and penalties from customers while
at the same time decrease operational efficiency of PT AMN. To overcome this
problem and enhance customer satisfaction requires the evaluation of existing
supply chain and development of new supply chain capabilities. In terms of
determining new supply chain capabilities of PT AMN, it requires the data
analysis of PT AMN in terms of, customers need, internal assessment, existing
supply chain, check-list supply chain capabilities, SWOT analysis, five pillars,
and landscape of supply chain technology, game changer and risk management
analysis. In terms of determining supply chain capabilities, PT AMN is

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk menentukan kemampuan baru rantai pasok di Pageo berdasarkan evaluasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi strategi rantai pasok, dengan menggunakan kerangka pikir rantai pasok Dittmann (2013). Pageo, salah satu perusahaan jasa di industri hulu minyak dan gas menghadapi tantangan internal dan eksternal yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bisnisnya. Penentuan kemampuan baru rantai pasok diawali dengan menganalisa masukan dari pelanggan Pageo, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penilaian internal terhadap sistem rantai pasok yang ada di Pageo saat ini, lalu dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi terhadap external megatrends yang mempengaruhi rantai pasok Pageo, dilanjutkan dengan analisis situasi kompetisi yang dihadapi Pageo, kemudian evaluasi teknologi yang digunakan Pageo dan evaluasi teknologi yang ada di pasar, dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisa resiko yang dapat mempengaruhi bisnis Pageo. Dengan mempertimbangkan dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang disebutkan diatas, Pageo perlu menentukan kemampuan baru rantai pasok yang diperlukan untuk mengelola sumber daya dan aktivitas perusahaan secara terintegrasi untuk memastikan keberhasilan pemenuhan order dari pelanggan melalui implementasi berbasis proyek sesuai dengan waktu, biaya yang optimal dan kebutuhan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan, dan fleksibel (one stop services) dengan dukungan pemasok dan rekanan yang handal. Pageo juga memerlukan aplikasi sumber daya manusia yang terintegrasi secara kesisteman, termasuk sistem pengembangan karyawan, sistem penilaian karyawan dan sistem kompensasi karyawan untuk mengembangkan dan mempertahankan karyawan terbaik dalam perusahaan Pageo.

This thesis discusses about the determination of the new supply chain capability in Pageo by evaluating the internal and external factors that influence the supply chain strategy using the supply chain framework introduced by Dittmann (2013). Pageo, as one of the upstream oil and gas service company, faced internal and external challenges that may defer and inhibit its growth. The step for determining the new supply chain capability is initiated by analyzing the inputs from Pageo customers, then assessing internal supply chain system, progress to evaluating the external megatrends that influence the supply chain, assessing the competition environment, evaluating the technology used within the company and the technology available in the market then followed by appraising the risks that may impact the business. Taking into consideration all the above foundation elements and analyzing them, Pageo needs to determine the new capability to manage and track the company resources and activities with integrative way to ensure the successful order fulfillment through project based implementation that meet the required time, the optimized cost and the specification required, and flexible (one stop services) with the support of the reliable supplier/partner. "Laporan magang ini membahas perlakuan akuntansi atas akun pendapatan dari penjualan unit real estat pada PT AMN, yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor real estat, serta prosedur audit yang dilaksanakan oleh KAP ABC atas akun pendapatan tersebut. Laporan magang ini juga membahas kesesuaian antara perlakuan akuntansi atas akun pendapatan PT AMN dengan PSAK 23 dan PSAK 44. Berdasarkan prosedur audit, PT AMN telah menyajikan akun pendapatan secara wajar dalam laporan keuangannya. Perlakuan akuntansi atas akun pendapatan PT AMN sesuai dengan PSAK 23 dan PSAK 44. Prosedur audit yang dilaksanakan oleh KAP ABC pun telah sesuai dengan ISA.

This internship report explains accounting treatment for revenue from sale of real estate unit in PT AMN, a company focusing on real estate sector, and audit procedures performed by KAP ABC for the revenue. This internship report also explains the compliance of accounting treatment for revenue of PT AMN with PSAK 23 and PSAK 44. Based on the audit procedures, PT AMN has fairly stated its revenue in the financial statement. The accounting treatment for revenue of PT AMN complies with PSAK 23 and PSAK 44. Audit procedures performed by KAP ABC have also complied with ISA.

"Integrasi rantai suplai delivery mobil di Indonesia dan kontribusinya dalam menunjang keunggulan kompetitif rantai suplai belum banyak di teliti oleh peneliti kontenporer di indonesia. Permodelan rantai suplai dengan sistem dinamis ditujukan untuk memahami perilaku dari  sistem sehingga dapat menunjang aktivitas analisa problem, dan menunjang proses perbaikan rantai suplai agar tercipta rantai delivery mobil yang efektif dan efisien di Indonesia. Dengan membangun model dan menganalis hasil simulasi di dapatkan sebuah konseptual model yang menunjukan peranan Integrasi sistem informasi, dan integrasi penggunaan fasilitas bersama di antara pabrik, distributor, pelabuhan, gudang mobil, dan outlet penjualan mobil terhadap penurunan waktu tempuh dan penurunan stok dalam rantai suplai. Hasil simulasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan ilmiah dalam proses pengambilan keputusan  maupun proses desain strategi rantai suplai deliveri mobil  yang efektif dan effisien di Indonesia.

Cars supply chain Integration in Indonesia and its contribution to supporting supply chain competitive advantage has not been widely studied by contemporary researchers in Indonesia. Supply chain modeling with a dynamic sistem aims to understand the behavior of the sistem. With understanding sistem behavior will support problem analysis activities, and support the supply chain improvement process in order to create an effective and efficient vehicle supply chain in Indonesia. By building a model and analyzing simulation results, a conceptual model produced to shows the role of information sistem integration, and the integration of shared facilities between factories, distributors, ports, car warehouses, and car sales outlets in order to reduce delivery time and decrease stock in the supply chain. This study produces a casual loop diagram model for explaining the structure of the sistem so that it can support the supply chain company in the decision making process and supply chain strategy design process in Indonesia.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai manajemen logistik dan rantai pasokan mengenai sistem distribusi deterjen X pada perusahaan manufaktur PT XYZ dalam industri FMCG menggunakan metode system dynamics. Penelitian ini disusun melalui rancangan studi kasus dengan mengadaptasi model The Beer Distribution Game Sterman, 2000 dan model yang diajukan Yifei Xu 2013 . Penelitian memiliki tiga 3 tujuan, yakni; 1 Menggambarkan sistem distribusi deterjen X saat terjadi kasus overstock inventory dalam model CLD dan SFD , 2 Menganalisis penyebab terjadinya overstock inventory, dan 3 Menganalisis kebijakan yang tepat untuk menciptakan efisiensi holding cost. Penelitian ini menumukan bahwa terdapat dua 2 key variable decision, yakni; Maximum Safety Stock Coverage Coefficient_M dan Inventory Threshold Level for Discount Applied untuk efisiensi holding cost pada PT XYZ. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan tiga 3 alternatif skenario untuk efisiensi holding cost dengan mengubah besaran koefisien kedua key variable decision dalam rentang yang mungkin dilakukan PT XYZ. Alternatif skenario yang mampu menciptakan efisiensi holding cost adalah skenario 3, yang menciptakan efisiensi holding cost sebesar 14.70 dibandingkan dengan base skenario.

This study discusses supply chain management in distribution system of detergent X in PT XYZ in FMCG industry by using system dynamics method. This study was conducted in case study design by adapting The Beer Distribution Game Sterman, 2000 and Yifei Xu 2013 model. The aims of study are 1 to capture the distribution system of detergent X when it was at overstock inventory period in CLD and SFD model, 2 to analyze the causes of overstock inventory phenomenon, and 3 to analyze the right policy to reach holding cost efficiency. This study found that there are two 2 key variables decision Maximum Safety Stock Coverage Coefficient M and Inventory Threshold Level for Discount Applied to reach holding cost efficiency in PT XYZ. There are three 3 alternatives scenario which are developed to reach holding cost efficiency. Scenarios are applied by adjusting the key variables decision rsquo coefficient. In this study, The 3rd scenario could reach holding cost efficiency by reducing 14.70 holding cost in comparison to base scenario."

"Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah di dalam dokumen RUPTL Rencana Usaha Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik PT X 2017-2026 telah direncanakan beberapa lokasi LNG storage berdasarkan kebutuhan LNG multi klaster pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar gas, namun demikian masih diperlukan pengujian optimisasi agar diperoleh skema logistik LNG yang handal dan efisien. Konsep pemikiran strategis dalam penyusunan tesis ini dibatasi pada optimisasi logistik LNG multi sumber LNG hingga storage yang berfungsi sebagai hub LNG di masing-masing klaster. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh biaya suplai LNG paling minimum.
Metoda penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model optimisasi Mixed-Integer Linear Programming MILP dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak optimisasi Lingo. Hasil perhitungan optimisasi menunjukan bahwa dari 11 jenis kapal dengan ukuran beragam terpilih 3 kapal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan LNG di 5 tempat selama 10 tahun. Kapal tersebut berukuran 140.000 m3 sebanyak 2 unit dan 150.000 m3 sebanyak 1 unit dan 125.820 m3 atau 126.277 m3 untuk disewa yang setiap tahunnya akan memiliki rute perjalanan yang berbeda-beda. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil optimasasi biaya transportasi LNG dari sumber ke titik demand berkisar dari 0,24 ndash; 0,5 USD/mmbtu.

The background of this analysis is based on the RUPTL Electricity Power Supply Business Plan document of PT X year 2017 2026 saying that there is a plan to have several LNG storage in several location to fulfill multi cluster of gas power plant demand, thus it still needs to be optimized to have the most reliable and efficient LNG logistic scheme. The concept of strategic thinking in this thesis is to optimize LNG logistic from multi source to several storage which will act as hub in each cluster. The objective of this study is to achieve the lowest cost of LNG supply chain.
Optimization method used in this research is mixed integer linear programing MILP model using Linggo software. The optimization results show that from 11 vessels with various sizes available selected 3 vessels to be purchased and 1 vessel to be rent to meet LNG demand in 5 places for 10 years. Those vessels are 2 unit 140.000 m3 and 1 unit 150.000 m3 for constructed and 125.820 m3 or 126.277 m3 for rent that will have different routing every year. Thus, based on the optimization the lowest the LNG transportation costs from source to all demands are in range from 0.24 to 0.5 USD mmbtu.

"Tesis ini membahas pemecahan masalah distribusi produk perdagangan umum yang ada di PT Rajawali Nusindo. Pembahasan mencakup analisis rantai pasok pada distribusi produk perdagangan umum, analisis penciptaan nilai dari produk perdagangan umum, dan pemberian alternatif strategi yang sesuai untuk mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa PT Rajawali Nusindo perlu secara konsisten menerapkan strategi rantai pasok efisien sebagai langkah yang tepat untuk memposisikan diri di masa depan sebagai perusahaan distribusi dan perdagangan yang terpercaya.

The focus of this study is to find solution for a problem in consumer goods distribution at PT Rajawali Nusindo. The purpose of this study is to analyze supply chain in consumer goods distribution, analyze value creation in consumer goods, and give alternatives strategy matched for the company to reach its vision and mission.
The result of the study suggests that PT Rajawali Nusindo should be consistently implement efficient supply chain strategy as the right tep to position the company in the future as a trusted distribution and trading company."

"House of Risk (HOR) merupakan metode yang mengintegrasikan antara dua model penelitian yaitu metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan House of Quality (HOQ) yang berfokus pada penentuan tindakan pencegahan terhadap sumber risiko yang telah tereliminasi. Pada penelitian ini, House of Risk digunakan sebagai alat untuk menangani risiko terkait proses supply chain PT Odyssey Shipping Lines. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengidentifikasi aktivitas rantai pasok menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) lalu menentukan kejadian risiko apa saja yang terjadi pada proses rantai pasok PT Odyssey Shipping Lines beserta memberikan langkah mitigasi yang tepat untuk risiko-risiko signifikan yang dialami PT Odyssey Shipping Lines. Proses identifikasi dan analisis tersebut dilakukan bersama dengan para ahli yang berpengalaman di bidangnya. Setelah melakukan pengolahan data dengan House of Risk (HOR) tahap 1 maka diperoleh 20 kejadian risiko dan 35 penyebab risiko. Berdasarkan perhitungan Pareto, terdapat 16 agen risiko yang mencakup 80% dari total Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) dan dipilih sebagai prioritas mitigasi. Penyebab risiko dengan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) terbesar adalah kesalahan dalam kalkulasi forecasting yang telah ditetapkan dengan nilai sebesar 720. Lalu pada House of Risk (HOR) tahap 2 diperoleh nilai efektivitas tertinggi yaitu sebesar 5737 yaitu Pengawasan yang lebih dari supervisor untuk memastikan keberlangsungan pekerjaan.

House of Risk (HOR) is an integration between two research models, namely the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and the House of Quality (HOQ) which focus on determining preventive measures for eliminated risk sources. In this study, the House of Risk is used as a tool to deal with risks related to the supply chain activity in PT Odyssey Shipping Lines. This research begins by identifying the activities of supply chain using Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), determining the risk events and creating the mitigation strategy to the most significant risks. The process of identification and analysis is carried out together with experts who are experienced in their fields. After processing the data with the House of Risk (HOR) stage 1, 20 risk events and 35 risk causes were obtained. Based on Pareto calculations, there are 16 risk agents covering 80% of the total Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) and are selected as mitigation priorities. The cause of the risk with the largest Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) value is the miscalculation when forecasting that has been set with a value of 720. Then in the House of Risk (HOR) stage 2, the highest effectiveness value was obtained which was 5737, namely to give more supervising process.

Pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh TELKOMSEL dengan komunitas tersebut adalah salah satu pendekatan CRM untuk mengikat pelanggan dengan melakukan social bonding terhadap pelanggan. Competition in Telecommunication Industry especially cellular operator is very competitive after price war has been considered a very effective tools by cellular operators to attract customer to get into their products. TELKOMSEL strategy to retain their market share as a market leader and to keep their customers from churning to other operators or unsubscribe their services one way or another is by creating a prepaid community which is simPATIzone a community for simPATI one of the Prepaid Product from Telkomsel. The approach which have been done by Telkomsel is one of the CRM approach to bond the customers by doing a social bonding to the customers. After this program running for about 5 years it need to be evaluate whether this program align with company objectives. The Analysis will be done to this membership program. by comparing the ARPU (Average Revenue per User), LoS (Length of Stay), and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) from the membership compare to simPATI subscriber non community."
