"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan seberapa besar pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap corporate image dan repurchase intention di PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Thamrin, Jakarta. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Lisrel versi 8.72.
Hasil riset 135 responden menyatakan bahwa keberadaan program CSR mampu memperkuat serta menambah citra positif yang dibangun perusahaan. Kegiatan CSR yang aktif mampu meningkatkan pembelian kembali produk Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM). Selain itu, hasil riset juga menyatakan variabel corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention di PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Thamrin Jakarta, sedangkan variabel corporate image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention dan belum mampu meningkatkan pembelian kembali.

This research aims the customers who use saving products use to examine great influence of CSR toward corporate image and repurchase intention at BSM, Thamrin, Jakarta. All of the data is analized using structural equation modelling (SEM) supported by Lisrel version 8.72.
Result from 135 respondents shows that CSR program able to strengthen and increase positive image for company. The activities CSR is capable to increase the repurchase intention for BSM product. Interestingly, the result shows that variable of CSR take significant effect to repurchase intention in Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), while variable corporate image doesn’t have a significant effect to repurchase intention and has not been able to increase the repurchase intention.

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap Corporate Image dan Repurchase Intention BMT serta untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Corporate Image dan Repurchase Intention tersebut. Sampelnya adalah nasabah dari BMT yang dimanipulasi dengan narasi CSR dan yang tidak dimanipulasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan structured approach yang dikategorikan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori accidental sampling menggunakan non-random/non-probability sampling dengan 110 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yang menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji beda rata-rata dua populasi dengan independent sample t-test dan Mann Whitney-U menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 18. Hasil penelitian adalah Corporate Social Rensponsibility CSR terbukti mampu meningkatkan Corporate Image BMT secara langsung dan Repurchase Intention produk/jasa BMT secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Keberadaan CSR di BMT terbukti mampu meningkatkan citra yang sudah dibangun BMT serta meningkatkan pembelian kembali produk/jasa BMT.

This thesis aims to find out whether csr influence Corporate Image and Repurchase Intention of BMT as well as to find out relation between the Corporate Image and the Repurchase Intention. The research location is BMT in Jakarta. The samples are customers of BMT who being manipulated with narrative about csr and who not being manipulated. This study used a structured approach that categorized as quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study is included in the category of accidental sampling using non random non probability sampling with 110 respondents. Methods of data collection using survey method and using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis method used the average difference of two populations with independent sample t test and Mann Whitney U using SPSS version 18. Results of the study is Corporate Social Responsibility CSR shown to improve Corporate Image of BMT directly and Repurchase Intention products services of BMT directly and indirectly. The existence of CSR in BMT is proven to improve the image that has been built by BMT and increase the repurchase of products services of BMT.

"Dengan semakin meningkatnya era globalisasi, di dunia usaha semakin menyadari bahwa perusahaan tidak lagi dihadapkan pada tanggung jawab yang mengacu pada single bottom line yaitu nilai perusahaan (corporate value) yang direfleksikan dalam kondisi keuangannya saja, namun juga harus memperhatikan aspek sosial dan lingkungannya. Karena, menggantungkan semata-mata kepada kesehatan finansial belum tentu menjamin perusahaan bisa tumbuh secara berkelanjutan (sustainable). Tujuan dari karya akhir ini adalah melakukan analisis aktivitas Corporate Social Responsibilily pada Bank Syariah Mandiri sebagai bagian dari tanggung jawab yang bersifat sosial dari suatu perusahaan, untuk mengetahui konsep dan pelaksanaan program CSR pada Bank Syariah Mandiri, prosedur kebijakan dalam pengambilan keputusan rentang kegiatan CSR, tingkat efektivitas pelaksanaan CSR Bank Syariah Mandiri, dan manfaat-manfaat yang diterima oleh para stakeholder khususnya karyawan, nasabah, dan masyarakat atas pelaksanaan CSR di Bank Syariah Mandiri. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa Bank Syariah Mandiri telah melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan sosial kepada karyawan. masyarakat, dan nasabah. Pelaksanaan manajemen program CSR telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan terprogram, kegiatannya sangat tergantung pada pemimpin divisi yang terkait dengan CSR, yang dalam menentukan jenis kegiatan CSR memperhatikan prioritas kegiatan, manfaat/faedah. mengatasi, mencegah masalah sosial, bersifat menguntungkan bagi perusahaan, dan anggaran dana yang tersedia. Secara menyeluruh efektivitas program CSR yang dilaksanakan selama ini oleh BSM telah berjalan dengan baik, hanya saja terdapat kekurangan, dimana sampai saat ini BSM tidak memiliki aturan yang secam ekaplisit dan khusus untuk rnenilai penyaluran dana CSR dari pihak BSM kepada pihak terkait. lmplementasi tingkat tanggung jawab sosial pada BSM bukan hanya sekedar memberikan bantuan dan sumbangan dana tetapi juga mengembangkan pemberdayaan sosial dan pemberdayaan ekonomi begitupun dengan nasabah dan karyawan BSM yang telah merasa puas terhadap tanggung jawab sosial yang BSM berikan kepada mereka. Adapun manfaat-manfaat yang diterima oleh karyawan, nasabah, dan masyarakat contohnya adalah adanya peningkatan pertambahan kualitas sarana dan prasarana umum peningkatan kemandirian masyarakat secara ekonomis, serta peningkatan kualitas hidup bagi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.

In the globalization era, companies no longer face single bottom line responsibilities where corporate values are reflected not only by their financial conditions but also their social and environment aspects. Companies' sound financial conditions do not guarantee the sustainability of companies' growth. Therefore, the pllrpose of this theses is to analyze Corporate Social Responsibility activities in Bank Syariah Mandiri as part of corporate responsibilities and to find out about the concept and application of CSR program in Bank Syariah Mandiri, the procedures in making policy decision concerning CSR activities, the effectiveness of CSR program in Bank Syariah Mandiri, and the benefits received by its stakeholders especially its employees, customers, and society from CSR program in Bank Syariah Mandiri. Based on this study, Bank Syariah Mandiri has been implementing various social activities to its employees, society, and customers. The management of CSR program has been well programmed where its activities really depend on head of dlvision related to CSR who in determining CSR activities looks upon priority, benefit. social problem solving, corporate profitability, and budget availability. In whole, the effectiveness of CSR program in BSM is good, Nevertheless, until now BSM still does not have explicit and special rules to assess the donation of CSR fond from BSM. The CSR implementation in BSM is not only giving charity and donation but also empowering the society's social and economic condition as well as giving satisfaction to lhe customers and employees. The benefits received by stakeholders are, for example, the quality improvement of public facilities, the society's economic independence improvement and the sustainable increase of society 's quality of life."

"Indonesia  merupakan negara yang terdiri dari berbagai agama yang didominasi oleh penduduk beragama Islam. Kehadiran bank syariah di Indonesia menjadi hal yang penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan layanan perbankan yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Pertumbuhan jumlah nasabah bank syariah yang cukup besar belum mampu memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan bank syariah itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu penting bagi bank syariah untuk membuat nasabah menjadi loyal dengan membangun yang baik di mata nasabah. Kegiatan corporate social responsibility (CSR) dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan reputasi dan persepsi suatu brand di mata konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan brand equity bank syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan dua dimensi dari CSR yaitu philanthropic responsibility dan ethical responsibility serta dua dimensi dari brand image yaitu functional image dan symbolic image. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah bank syariah yang aktif menggunakan layanan perbankan syariah dalam 1 tahun terakhir dan pernah mengetahui mengenai kegiatan CSR yang dilakukan bank syariah yang mereka gunakan. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling SEM) dengan software Lisrel 8.8 untuk mengolah data kuesioner yang memiliki skala likert 1- 5 dari 230 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ethical responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap functional dan symbolic image. Sedangkan philanthropic responsibility tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap functional symbolic image. Selain itu functional dan symbolic image berpengaruh positif terhadap brand equity.

Indonesia is a country with a population consisting of various religions, with a predominantly Muslim population. The presence of Islamic banking industry in Indonesia is important to fulfill banking service needs which comply to sharia teachings. The growth of Islamic banking customers which is quite large to date has not been able to provide a significant influence on the growth of Islamic banking themselves. Therefore, it is important to improve customer loyalty by creating good image seen from the customers perspective. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities are one way to improve brand reputation and perception on consumers perspective. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether the CSR affects brand image (BI) and brand equity (BE) of islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses two dimensions of CSR (philanthropic responsibility and ethical responsibility), and two dimensions of BI (functional image and symbolic image). Respondents in this study were islamic banking customers who actively used the islamic banking services over the past 12 months and had learned about CSR activities carried out by the Islamic banking they were using. Using the Analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on Lisrel 8.8 software, this study processes the data which were obtained through 230 returned questionnaires from respondents with using Likert scale of 1 to 5 as a tool. The results of this study indicate that ethical responsibility has a positive effect on functional and symbolic image, while philanthropic responsibility does not positively influence the functional and symbolic images. On the other side, functional and symbolic images have a positive effect on BE.

"Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) telah menjadi gagasan luas di pasar global. Pemerintah Indonesia mendorong Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) mewujudkan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) melalui Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan (TJSL) yang disahkan Peraturan Menteri PER-05/MBU/04/2021. Sebagai Bank Himbara, Bank Mandiri, Bank Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), dan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) secara konsisten menunjukkan prestasinya dalam program-program CSR. Tujuan penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh empat dimensi CSR yakni Philanthropy Responsibility, Ethical Responsibility, Legal Responsibility, dan Economic Responsibility terhadap Brand Equity (BE) dengan peran mediasi Corporate Image (CI) dan Trust (TR). Metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan disjoint two-stage approach digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan 393 sampel nasabah milenilal dan z Bank BUMN di seluruh Indonesia. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa CSR tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap BE. Sementara itu, TR dan CI secara positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh antara CSR dan BE. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa praktik CSR yang berhasil akan meningkatkan citra bank di benak nasabah. Nasabah merasa bahwa mereka berkontribusi secara sosial karena menerima layanan dari organisasi yang bertanggung jawab secara sosial. Praktik CSR menciptakan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap layanan keuangan bank. Oleh karena itu, reputasi dan kepercayaan berkontribusi dalam membangun BE bagi perusahaan.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a widespread notion in the global market. The Government of Indonesia encourages State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) to realize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) which has been approved by Ministerial Regulation PER-05/MBU/04/2021. As BUMN’s Bank, Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) consistently show their achievements in CSR programs. The purpose of this study explores the influence of four dimensions of CSR namely Philanthropy Responsibility, Ethical Responsibility, Legal Responsibility, and Economic Responsibility on Brand Equity (BE) with the mediating role of Corporate Image (CI) and Trust (TR). The Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with a two-stage disjoint approach was used to test the hypothesis with 393 samples of millennial customers and z state-owned banks throughout Indonesia. The results of the study show that CSR does not have a significant direct effect on BE. Meanwhile, TR and CI positively and significantly mediate the effect between CSR and BE. This finding developed that successful CSR practices will improve the bank's image in the minds of customers. Customers feel that they are contributing socially by receiving services from socially responsible organizations. CSR practices create customer trust in bank financial services. Therefore, reputation and trust contribute to building BE for the company.

"ABSTRAK
Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efek dari Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Persepsi Kualitas, dan Citra Perusahaan terhadap Niat Pembelian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilengkapi dengan contoh studi kasus Indosat sebagai perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar ketiga di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur mana dari tiga konstruk yang mempengaruhi niat pembelian lebih dari yang lain dan untuk mensimulasikan langkah strategis yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Convenience sampling digunakan untuk penelitian ini dan sampel terdiri sekitar wilayah Jabodetabek. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memang CSR, Persepsi Kualitas, dan Corporate Image niat beli masing-masing pengaruh pelanggan.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is to examine the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Perceived Quality, and Corporate image towards the Purchase Intention in Indonesia. This research is was completed with a case study example of Indosat as the third largest telecommunication company in Indonesia. Moreover, this research aims to measure which of the three construct that affect purchase intention more than the others and to simulate the strategic move that may be implemented to improve the company?s performance. Convenience sampling was used for this research and the samples consists around Jabodetabek area. The hypotheses are tested using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The results shows that indeed CSR, Perceived Quality, and Corporate Image each influences customer?s purchase intention."

"This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic corporate governance, size of the Board of Commissioners, the composition of the Board of Commissioners, Frequency of Meetings of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the Audit Committee Independent, The composition of the Audit Committee Number of Meetings Audit Committee, Profitability and Liquidity on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (case study on the bank Sharia in Indonesia). This research is a quantitative study using scientific research in the form of positive economics. The nature and type of this research is descriptive method used is based on a survey of the literature. Data used is secondary data obtained from www.btgo.id and corporate websites. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 22. The population in this study are all Islamic banks registered in Bank Indonesia during the period 2012 to 2014. While the sample is determined by using purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 10 banks with observations for 3 years.
Based on the results of multiple regression analysis with significance level of 5%, then the results of this study concluded: (1) Islamic Corporate Governance consisting of Existence and expertise Sharia Supervisory Board has no significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. (2) The size of the BOC significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. (3) The composition of the Board of Commissioners has no significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. (4) The frequency of the number of board meetings no significant effect on the disclosure of disclosure of corporate social responsibility. (5) The size independent audit committee has no significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. (6) The composition of the independent audit committee has no significant effect on the disclosure of corpora te social responsibility. (7) The number of meetings of the audit committee has no significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. (8) Profitability has no significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. (9) Liquidity no significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk memiliki proses dan tahapan perencanaan strategis yang sesuai dengan teori perencanaan strategis di dalam Corporate Social Responsibility di dalam penelitian ini, meskipun tanpa adanya panduan khusus di dalam proses pelaksanaannya.

This thesis discusses the background, process, and supporting and barrier factors of PT Bank Muamalat Tbk strategic planning in establishing Baitulmaal Muamalat foundation as the implementing of Corporate Social Responsibility. "Program kemitraan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah adalah salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial (Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR) perusahaan, khususnya Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Skripsi ini mengkaji pelaksanaan program kemitraan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan pelaksanaannya dalam bentuk program kemitraan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan BUMN diamanatkan dalam ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor Per-05/MBU/2007 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan sebagai peraturan pelaksananya. Pada intinya ketentuan tentang pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) wajib memperhatikan antara lain mengenai kriteria calon mitra binaan, kewajiban BUMN pembina dan mitra binaan, sumber dana program kemitraan, mekanisme penyaluran dana, kualitas pinjaman dan lain sebagainya. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. telah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kewajiban yang telah dipenuhi PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. sebagai BUMN pembina sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor Per-05/MBU/2007 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan. Namun dalam ketentuan yang mengatur mengenai program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan tidak diatur mengenai sanksi bagi BUMN yang tidak melakukan progam kemitraan dan bina lingkungan.

The implementation partnership program of SOE is contained in the law number 19 Year 2003 about State-Owned Enterprise and Minister of State Enterprises Regulation No. PER-05/MBU/2007, dated 27 April 2007, on the Partnership Program of SOE with Small Business and Environmental Development Program as the rule?s executioner. Bank Mandiri Tbk. as a SOE builder regulated as Minister of State Enterprises Regulation No. PER-05/MBU/2007, dated 27 April 2007, on the Partnership Program of SOE with Small Business and Environmental Development Program.
