"[ABSTRAK
Stres kerja merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan dan kesalamatan kerja yang dapat dialami oleh pekerja di semua sektor dan berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan psikosomatik. Faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja adalah kondisi pekerjaan berupa konten dan konteks pekerjaan, karakteristik individu, dan kondisi situasional. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pegawai di lingkungan Unit ‘X’ Badan Litbang Kesehatan. Populasi pegawai dibedakan berdasarkan perbedaan jabatan, yaitu fungsional umum dan fungsional peneliti yang memiliki tugas, tanggung jawab, dan tekanan pekerjaan yang berbeda. Disain penelitian adalah cross sectional. Metode yang digunakan adalah sequential explanatory, yaitu pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner terstuktur dan pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menemukan perbedaan prevalensi tingkat stres yang signifikan antara pegawai fungsional umum dan fungsional peneliti. Dari pegawai yang mengalami stres, lebih banyak 3,7 kali fungsional umum dibandingkan fungsional peneliti. Faktor karakteristik individu yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja adalah usia dan jabatan. Faktor karakteristik pekerjaan dan situasional yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pegawai fungsional umum adalah beban kerja, jam kerja, gaya manajemen, hubungan interpersonal, ergonomi, dan perjalanan, sedangkan pada pegawai fungsional peneliti adalah beban kerja, rutinitas, gaya manajemen, aturan kerja, ergonomi, interaksi antara keluarga dan pekerjaan, dan perjalanan. Hal yang berkaitan dengan konteks pekerjaan juga dapat menyebabkan stres kerja pegawai. Diperlukan penanggulangan stres yang komprehensif untuk pegawai dan instansi untuk mengurangi tingkat stres pegawai.

"ABSTRAK
Stres kerja merupakan psychological hazard yang terkadang tidak terlihat, dan
tidak diperhatikan oleh managemen perusahaan, padahal dampak dari bahaya
psikososial tersebut jika tidak segera direspon dalam jangka waktu tertentu dapat
menimbulkan dampak yang merugikan. Tenaga Analis Kesehatan merupakan
salah satu pekerja yang berisiko mengalami stres kerja, dikarenakan rutinitas
pekerjaannya yang monoton dan selalu berinteraksi dengan bahaya biologis
merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab stres kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada
Tenaga Analis Kesehatan di laboratorium X. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui
faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan stres kerja pada tenaga Analis kesehatan di
Laboratorium X adalah beban kerja, rutinitas kerja, jadwal kerja, dan bahaya
biologis.

Work stress is psychological hazard that are sometimes not seen, and go
unnoticed by the management company, but the impact of the psychosocial
hazards if not immediately responded in a certain period of time can cause adverse
impacts. Health Analyst is one of the workers at risk of occupational stress, due to
the monotonous routine work and always interacting with biological hazards is
one of the causes of work stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the
factors associated with work stress on Health Analyst at X Laboratory. From the
research lab, the causes factors of work stress on health Analyst at X Laboratory

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko stres kerja pada pekerja kesehatan di remote site. Peneliti melakukan studi potong lintang pada Januari-Juni 2023 dengan melibatkan 103 responden dari berbagai industri. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen penelitian COPSOQ III untuk mengukur stres kerja dan faktor risikonya. Pada 103 responden industri Oil & Gas, pertambangan, dan konstruksi menunjukkan usia, durasi shift, dan lama kerja tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan stres kerja. Namun, jenis industri dan jenis kelamin memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan jenis stres tertentu. Pekerja kontrak lebih cenderung mengalami stres kerja, burnout, dan stres kognitif. Faktor risiko psikososial seperti tuntutan pekerjaan, konflik peran, kecepatan kerja, dan tuntutan emosional juga berhubungan dengan stres kerja. Tuntutan pekerjaan, kecepatan kerja, dan konflik peran mempengaruhi skor stres kerja, menjelaskan 26,5% variasi skor stres. Pekerja pelayanan kesehatan di remote site PT. X mengalami stres kerja yang signifikan, dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti beban kerja, kecepatan kerja, dan konflik peran. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar ada penyesuaian beban kerja, fleksibilitas shift kerja, dukungan sosial, serta kejelasan peran dan penghargaan untuk mengurangi stres kerja. Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk memahami dan menangani stres kerja di kalangan pekerja pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya di remote site.

This study aims to analyze the risk factors of occupational stress among healthcare workers in remote sites. The researchers conducted a cross-sectional study in January-June 2023 involving 103 respondents from various industries. The COPSOQ III research instrument was used to measure occupational stress and its risk factors. Out of the 103 respondents in the Oil & Gas, mining, and construction industries, it was observed that age, shift duration, and length of service were not significantly related to occupational stress. However, the type of industry and gender were significantly related to certain types of stress. Contract workers were more likely to experience occupational stress, burnout, and cognitive stress. Psychosocial risk factors such as job demands, role conflicts, work pace, and emotional demands were also associated with occupational stress. Job demands, work pace, and role conflicts influenced occupational stress scores, explaining 26.5% of the stress score variation. Healthcare workers in remote sites at PT. X experienced significant occupational stress, influenced by factors such as workload, work pace, and role conflicts. Based on these findings, it is suggested that adjustments be made to workload, shift flexibility, social support, as well as role clarity and rewards to reduce occupational stress. Further research is needed to understand and address occupational stress among healthcare workers, especially in remote sites."

"Penelitian ini membahas faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Faktor bahaya psikososial yang diteliti adalah beban kerja, konflik peran, ambiguitas peran, hubungan interpersonal, dan lingkungan fisik.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah semikuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara.
Hasil penelitian dari 97 responden guru SMAN didapatkan sebanyak 32% mengalami stres kerja ringan, 35% stres kerja sedang, dan 33% stres kerja berat. Bahaya psikososial yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan stres kerja adalah faktor hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan fisik.

This research discussed psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress among public high school teachers in West Jakarta. This research assessed psychosocial hazard factors that consists of workload, role conflict, role ambiguity, interpersonal relationship, and physical environment.
This is a semiquantitative research with cross-sectional study design which aimed to identify the psychosocial hazard factors that related to work stress level among public high school teachers di West Jakarta. Questionnaire and interview were used to collect data.
The result of 97 respondents from five public high school showed that 32% teachers experienced mild work stress, 35% teachers experienced moderate work stress while 33% teachers experienced severe work stress. Psychosocial hazard factors that having significant relationship to work stress are interpersonal relationship and physical environment.

"Stres kerja adalah kondisi yang menyebabkan karyawan merasa tertekan, bosan, dan tidak nyaman dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Sekitar 50-60% dari hari kerja yang hilang disebabkan oleh stres kerja dan jumlah ini cenderung meningkat di Eropa. Semenjak merebaknya COVID-19, seluruh negara di dunia mulai memberlakukan Work from Home (WFH) atau bekerja dari rumah. Oleh karena situasi yang mendesak, WFH dapat berpotensi menjadi stressor bagi pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat stres kerja dan hubungan antara karakteristik pekerja serta penerapan WFH pada pekerja PT LTI yang bekerja dari rumah selama masa pandemic COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner stres kerja NIOSH Generic Job Stres Questionnaire dan kuesioner pelaksanaan WFH dari ILO yang didistribusikan secara daring kepada 62 responden. Sebanyak 66,1% responden mengalami stres kerja ringan. Variabel karakteristik pekerja yang terbukti signifikan memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja pada penelitian ini adalah jumlah anak, usia anak dan lokasi kerja. Pada variabel penerapan WFH variabel yang terbukti signifikan memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja adalah kesejahteraan dan produktivitas pekerja yaitu pada elemen pertanyaan: digitalisasi dan implikasi hukum serta kontrak kerja. Hambatan dalam bekerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan sedangkan variabel kepercayaan dan budaya organisasi tidak memilki hubungan yang signifikan dengan stres kerja.

Job stress is a condition that causes employees to feel pressured, bored, and uncomfortable when doing work. About 50-60% of all lost workdays are caused by work stress and this number is increased in Europe. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, all countries in the world have started implementing WFH (work from home). Due to the urgency of the situation, WFH can potentially be a stressor for workers. This study aims to analyze the level of work stress and the relationship between worker characteristics and the application of WFH to PT LTI Work From Home Worker’s during pandemic COVID-19. This study used a cross sectional approach using the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire and the ILO's WFH implementation questionnaire distributed using G-form to 62 respondents. As many as 66,1% of respondents experienced mild work stress. Variables of worker characteristics that were shown to have a significant relationships with work stress in this study were the number of children, children's age and work location. Meanwhile, in the variable of WFH implementation that were shown to have a significant relationship with work stress are the well-being and productivity of workers, on the question elements: digitalization, legal and contractual implications. The work obstacles have a significant relationship, while trust and organizational culture don’t have a significant relationship with work stress."

"Stres kerja sebagai salahsatu bagian dari bahaya psikososial telah menjadi perhatian tidak hanya di negara maju namun juga di negara berkembang. Namun belum banyak penelitian yang membahas faktor penyebab stres di industri jasa khsusunya jasa pengujian, inspeksi dan sertifikasi. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengungkap hubungan faktor pekerjaan, faktor individu dan lingkungan dengan stres kerja. Faktor pekerjaan meliputi jadwal kerja, beban kerja, gaji/ pendapatan, pengembangan karir, budaya organisasi, kontrol pekerjaan dan hubungan interpersonal. Faktor individu meliputi usia, pendidikan, jabatan, status kepegawaian, status pernikahan dan kebiasaan merokok. Sedangkan faktor lingkungan meliputi dukungan orang terdekat, olahraga/ hoby dan kontak sosial dengan kegiatan . Penelitian dilakukan di perusahaan jasa pengujian, inspeksi, dan sertifikasi di Wilayah Jawa Tengah yang meliputi Cabang Semarang, Unit Pelayanan Kudus, Unit Pelayanan Surakarta, dan Cabang Cilacap, dengan jumlah 123 dari 172 populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan scross sectional dengan kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari kuesioner Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) dan NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionaire yang dimodifikasi sesuai kebutuhan peneliti. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada responden di Wilayah Jawa Tengah secara daring dan dihasilkan bahwa sebanyak 34,1% pegawai mengalami stres kerja rendah dan 65% mengalami stres kerja sedang-tinggi. Penelitian menjelaskan bahwa beban kerja, kebiasan merokok, dukungan orang terdekat dan kontak dengan kegiatan memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja di PT X. Sedangkan usia, pendidikan, masa kerja, jabatan, status kepegawaian, status pernikahan, jadwal kerja, gaji/ pendapatan, budaya organisasi, pengembangan karir, kontrol pekerjaan, hubungan interpersonal dan olahraga tidak memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka perusahaan perlu melakukan tindakan yang dapat menurunkan risiko stres kerja seperti pengaturan beban kerja dan family gathering

Work stress as a part of psychosocial hazards has become a concern not only in developed countries but also in developing countries. However, there is not much research that discusses the factors that cause stress in the service industry, especially testing, inspection, and certification services. This research focuses on uncovering the relationship between work factors, individual factors, and environmental factors with work stress. Job factors include work schedule, workload, salary/income, career development, organizational culture, job control, and interpersonal relationships. Individual factors include age, education, position, employment status, marital status, and smoking habits. Meanwhile, environmental factors include support from people closest to you, sports/hobbies, and social contact with activities. The research was conducted at testing, inspection, and certification service companies in the Central Java Region which included the Semarang Branch, Kudus Service Unit, Surakarta Service Unit, and Cilacap Branch, with a total of 123 out of 172 populations. This research used a cross-sectional approach with a questionnaire adapted from the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) questionnaire and the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire which was modified according to the researcher's needs. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents in the Central Java Region online and it was found that 34.1% of employees experienced low work stress and 65% experienced moderate-high work stress. Research explains that workload, smoking habits, support from those closest to you and contact with activities are related to work stress at PT X. Meanwhile, age, education, length of service, position, employment status, marital status, work schedule, salary/income, organizational culture, career development, job control, interpersonal relationships, and sports have no relationship with work stress. Based on the results of this research, companies need to take actions that can reduce the risk of work stress, such as managing workloads and family gatherings"

"The aim of this research is to determine the relation between organizational climate, source of occupational distress (role conflict, role ambiguity, work load) with the distress outcome such as work distress strain, work satisfaction and the urge to quit the organization.
Existing theories show that organizational climate is a form of occupational distress source. The outcome that emerged as human interaction and source of occupational distress is work satisfaction/dissatisfaction, the urge to quite the organization and work distress strain. In order to examine a distress model, organization characteristic variable such as organizational climate can be related to the outcome: strain, work satisfaction and quitting urge, and mediator variable of occupational distress source (role conflict and ambiguity as well as work load).
Seven questioners are used as tools of data collector, which are verified its validity already with corrected item total correlation method and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach statistic technique. SEM or track analysis is used to test the relation and model with LISREL program serial 8.3, and to test the different work distress strain, one track ANOVA statistic technique.
The research result shows that there is a significant relation between organizational climates to work distress strain, between organizational climates to the urge to quit. Variable of occupational stress source also can be explained in this research. This variable proved to be mediating relation in work distress strain and the quitting urge but not as mediating variable between organizational climates to work satisfaction as bigger direct influence come from organizational climate variable.
Theoretical model posed in this research can be accepted. Further more by looking at the correlation between all research's variables can produce alternative model which can be accepted. Analysis result of difference of work distress strain shows that employees at unit have higher work distress strain compare to those at immigration unit."

"Sektor ketenagalistrikkan menjadi salah satu pekerjaan yang berisiko dengan gangguan akibat paparan tekanan panas. Tekanan panas terjadi akibat dari kombinasi faktor-faktor lingkungan kerja, faktor-faktor pekerjaan dan faktor-faktor individu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2022 dengan 58 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa apparent temperature yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 26oC - 42oC, dengan kelembaban relatif berkisar antara 38,1% hingga 58,2% dan dry bulb antara 24,8 oC hingga 37,7 oC. Setelah dinilai dengan menggunakan basic thermal risk assessment ditemukan bahwa mayoritas responden tergolong ke dalam kategori low- moderate yaitu 28 responden (48,3%), kemudian very high sebanyak 15 responden (43,1%) dan high sebanyak 5 responden (8,6%). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor individu yaitu usia, indeks massa tubuh, ketersediaan air minum, status aklimatisasi dan status kesehatan dengan tingkat risiko heat stress (nilai p <0,05). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perusahaan disarankan untuk melakukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk pengendalian tekanan panas berupa pengendalian teknik, pengendalian administratif dan juga personal untuk meminimalisasi risiko heat stress.

The electricity sector is one of the riskiest jobs with disruptions due to exposure to heat stress. Heat stress occurs as a result of a combination of work environment factors, work factors and individual factors. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design conducted in March-June 2022 with 58 respondents. The results showed that the apparent temperature ranged from 26oC - 42oC, with relative humidity ranging from 38.1% to 58.2% and dry bulb between 24.8oC to 37.7oC. After being assessed using a basic thermal risk assessment, it was found that the majority of respondents belonged to the low-moderate category, namely 28 respondents (48.3%), then very high as many as 15 respondents (43.1%) and high as many as 5 respondents (8.6% ). The measurement results show that there is no significant relationship between individual factors, namely age, body mass index, availability of drinking water, acclimatization status and health status with the level of risk of heat stress (p value <0.05). Based on this, the company is advised to make further efforts to control heat stress in the form of technical control, administrative control and also personal control to minimize the risk of heat stress."

"Besarnya proporsi pegawai perempuan dengan status menikah yang bekerja di puskesmas Padasuka menghadapi tekanan dari berbagai aspek sehingga menimbulkan beberapa masalah dalam kinerja pegawai. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi kinerja pegawai perempuan menikah yang mempunyai anak dipengaruhi oleh konflik peran ganda dan stres kerja. Jenis penelitiannya kuantitatif dan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder pada bulan april-mei 2014. Sumber informasi 11 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan informan mengalami konflik ringan pekerjaan–keluarga 36,4% dan keluarga-pekerjaan 27,3%, mengalami stres kerja ringan yang berasal dari pekerjaan 36,4% dan luar pekerjaan 27,3% sehingga menyebabkan kinerja menjadi rendah. Diharapkan pimpinan melibatkan pegawai dalam mengambil strategi untuk mengatasi konflik ini.

The magnitude proportion of women employees with the status married who work in health centers Padasuka face pressure from various aspects, giving rise to some problems in the performance of employees. The research aims to identify the performance of employees married who have children affected by the conflict and the dual role of work stress. Types of quantitative and qualitative research, techniques of primary and secondary data collection in April-May 2014. Sources of information from 11 people. The results showed the informant suffered a mild work-family conflict by 36.4% and 27.3% family-work, light work stress stemming from work 36.4% and 27.3% outside of work, causing the performance to be low. It is expected that leaders engage employees in taking the strategy to resolve this conflict.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran stres kerja dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada perawat di rumah sakit Bhayangkara Tk. III Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan desain studi cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perawat di rumah sakit Bhayangkara Tk. III Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner online dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 24,4% perawat mengalami stres kerja dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja, ambiguitas peran, hubungan interpersonal, usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja dengan stres kerja. Pihak rumah sakit Bhayangkara Tk. III Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak diharapkan agar memperhatikan tingkat stres kerja yang dialami perawatnya dan membuat strategi serta tindakan untuk mengendalikan faktor-faktor yang dapat berhubungan stres kerja.

This study aims to analyze the description of work stress and the factors of work-related stress on nurses at Bhayangkara Tk. III Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak in 2022 Hospital. This research uses quantitative research methods with a cross sectional study design approach. The sample of this study were nurses at Bhayangkara Tk. III Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak Hospital. Data were collected by filling out online questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive and inferential statistics using logistic regression analysis. The results showed that as many as 24.4% of nurses experienced work stress and there was a significant relationship between workload, role ambiguity, interpersonal relationships, age, gender, years of employment with work stress. The Bhayangkara Tk. III Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak Hospital is expected to pay attention to the level of work stress experienced by nurses and make strategies and actions to control factors that can relate to work stress."
