"[ABSTRAK
Pencemaran udara memiliki dampak yang sangat merugikan, salah satunya adalah para polisi jalan raya yang selama bekerja terpajan udara tercemar. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji partikulat udara, black carbon dan unsur logam dari personal monitoring pada polisi jalan raya khususnya polisi satuan penjaga dan pengatur yang bertujuan untuk menentukan konsentrasi serta komposisi dari partikulat sehingga dapat dijadikan referensi berbasis ilmiah sebagai langkah untuk membuat keputusan dan kebijakkan yang tepat dalam menanggulangi resiko dari penyakit akibat terpajan ditempat kerja.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Gravimetri untuk mengetahui konsentrasi dari partikulat serta analisis refaktorimeter dan EDXRF untuk mengetahui komposisi yang terdapat pada partikulat yang memajan polisi di jalan raya khususnya polisi satuan penjaga dan pengatur. Hasil yang diperoleh pada konsentrasi PM2,5 belum melebihi baku mutu OSHA maupun ACGIH namun telah melebihi baku mutu harian dari PP No. 41 Tahun 1999 yaitu 65 μg/m3 , USPA 65 μg/m3 dan WHO 25 μg/m3. Untuk Komposisi black carbon dan unsur logam belum melebihi baku mutu ACGIH 300 μg/m3. Sedangkan Konsentrasi Pb telah melebihi baku mutu yang telah ditetapkan USEPA yaitu 0,15 μg/m3.

ABSTRACT
Air pollution has very harmful effects, one of which is the highway police particularly The Guard and Regulator Unit which are exposed to polluted air during work. This study examine airborne particulates, carbon black and metal elements from personal monitoring of the highway police, especially police guard and regulator unit aiming to determine the concentration and composition of particulate matter that can be used as scientific reference as a step to make the right decisions and policy in tackling the risk of disease due to exposure in the workplace.
The method used in this research is the analysis Gravimetry to determine the concentration of particulates and refaktorimeter and EDXRF analysis to determine the composition contained in the particulates which exposes traficc police. Results obtained at a concentration of PM2.5 has not exceeded the quality standard OSHA or ACGIH but have exceeded the daily quality 65 μg/m3 based on PP 41, 1999, 65 μg/m3 based on USPA and 25 μg/m3 based on WHO. For the composition of black carbon and metal elements have not exceeded the standard quality 300 μg/m3. "ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini mengkaji jumlah konsentrasi pajanan personal partikulat khusunya PM10 dan PM2,5 pada Polisi SAT-GATUR (Satuan Penjagaan dan Pengaturan) Polda Metro Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis Gravimetri untuk mengetahui konsentrasi pajanan personal partikulat. Hasil dari penelitian konsentrasi pajanan personal partikulat PM10 dan PM2,5 yaitu belum melebihi baku mutu yang ditetapkan NIOSH, OSHA dan ACGIH namun telah melebihi baku mutu udara ambien yang ditetapkan oleh Peraturan Pemerintah No.41 Tahun 1999 dan Air Quality Guideline WHO.


ABSTRACT

This study examines the number of personal exposure concentrations of particulates especially PM10 and PM2.5 in police SAT - GATUR GATUR (Satuan Penjagaan dan Pengaturan) Polda Metro Jaya . The method which is used in this research is by using Gravimetry analysis to determine personal exposure concentrations of particulates. The results from studies of personal exposure concentrations of particulate matter PM10 and PM2.5 are not exceeded to quality standards established NIOSH, OSHA and ACGIH but has exceeded to the ambient air quality standards set by Government Regulation No.41 Year 1999 and the WHO Air Quality Guidelines.

"ABSTRAK
Pencemaran udara yang mengandung Particulate Matter (PM) baik dalam jangka
panjang maupun pendek telah diketahui dapat menyebabkan kematian dan efek
kesehatan terutama pada jantung serta paru-paru. Polisi Satgatur Polda Metro Jaya
merupakan salah satu pekerja yang terpajan akan pencemaran udara tersebut. Maka
dari itu penulis melakukan penelitian pada Polisi Satgatur Polda Metro Jaya untuk
mengetahui gambaran konsentrasi pajanan PM 10 dan 2,5 yang berasal dari
pencemaran udara terutama hasil pembakaran kendaraan bermotor di Pos Polisi
Harmoni, Bundaran HI dan Bundaran Senayan. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis Gravimetri untuk mengetahui
konsentrasi dari partikulat. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu konsentrasi
PM 2,5 dan 10 terbesar di Bundaran Senayan pada shift 1 disaat hari kerja dan jika
dibandingkan dengan standar ACGIH, NIOSH dan OSHA belum melebihi nilai
ambang batas. Akan tetapi jika dibandingkan dengan WHO, sudah melebihi nilai
ambang batas.

ABSTRACT
Air pollution which contained Particulate Matter (PM) both the short and long term
has been known to cause deaths and health effects especially on the heart and lungs.
Police Satgatur Polda Metro Jaya is one of the workers who can be exposure.
Therefore, this study talked about overview of particulate matter 2,5 and 10 personal
exposure which came from air pollution especially gas emissions from motor vehicles
in Police Station Harmoni, Bundaran HI and Bundaran Senayan. The method which
is used in this research is to use Gravimetry analysis to determine the concentration of
particulates. Results obtained at a biggest concentration of PM 2,5 and 10 is in
Bundaran Senayan on shift 1 while weekday and if compared to ACGIH, NIOSH and
OSHA has not exceeded the quality standards. But if compared to WHO, has
exceeded the quality standards."

ABSTRAK
Apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan komprehensif mengenai aspek CPOB dengan perannya sebagai personil kunci dalam industri farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi di PT. Konimex diperlukan untuk memberikan pembekalan ilmu mengenai peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker; keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis pekerjaan kefarmasian; penerapan CPOB di PT. Konimex; dan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PT. Konimex. Apoteker bertanggung jawab sebagai personil kunci dalam industri farmasi yaitu penanggung jawab bagian produksi, bagian pemastian mutu, dan bagian pengawasan mutu. Apoteker sebagai personil kunci memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan dan menjaga kualitas produk sesuai persyaratan dengan keahlian yang dimiliki dan pemahaman CPOB. Aspek CPOB untuk menghasilkan produk yang konsisten berkualitas adalah manajemen mutu, personalia, bangunan dan fasilitas, peralatan, sanitasi dan higiene, produksi, pengawasan mutu, inspeksi diri dan audit mutu, penanganan keluhan terhadap produk, penarikan kembali produk dan produk kembalian, dokumentasi, kualifikasi dan validasi. Permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PT. Konimex adalah perlunya peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya sanitasi terhadap proses produksi. Pelatihan CPOB secara berkala diharapkan dapatmengatasi hal tersebut.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacists are required to have comprehensive capabilities regarding GMP aspects as the key personnel in the pharmaceutical industry. Profession Practices in PT. Konimex required to know roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists; skills, and practical experience pharmacy work; GMP implementation in PT. Konimex; and problems of pharmaceutical in PT. Konimex. Pharmacists as key personnel in the pharmaceutical industry are responsible in production, quality assurance, and quality control. Pharmacists as key personnel play an important role in determining and maintaining quality product in accordance with the requirements with its expertise and GMP knowledge. GMP aspects to produce a consistent product quality are quality management, personnel, buildings and facilities, equipment, sanitation and hygiene, production, quality control, self inspection and quality audit, the handling of complaints against products, product recalls and product returns, documentation, qualification and validation. PT. Konimex need an improvement of the importance of sanitation understanding to the production process as its pharmaceutical problems. Reguler GMP training is expected to overcome it.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis konsentrasi pajanan personal debu PM2.5 dan kadar hs-CRP pada petugas mekanik di Pusat Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Unit Pulo Gadung tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengukur konsentrasi pajanan debu PM2,5 yang dilakukan melalui pengukuran personal sampling dengan menggunakan alat Leland Legacy Pump dan Sioutas Cascade Impactor kepada 12 petugas penguji mekanik, serta kadar hs-CRP dalam darah petugas didapatkan dari hasil analisis sampel darah petugas dengan menggunakan metode ELISA.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata konsentrasi pajanan personal PM2.5 selama pekerja pada periode penelitian yang diterima oleh petugas penguji mekanik PKB unit Pulo Gadung adalah sebesar 354,09 μg/m3 dan kadar hs-CRP pada petugas mekanik PKB unit Pulogadung berkisar antara 0.4 sampai 7.2 mg/L dan 50% responden berisiko tinggi terkena penyakit kardiovaskular.

This study aimed to measure and analyze personal exposure concentrations of PM2,5 and testosterone level in blood on mechanic in Pusat Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) unit Pulo Gadung in 2015. This research is using quantitive descriptive study by measuring the concentration of PM2,5 through personal sampling measurement by using Leland Legacy Pump and Sioutas Cascade Impactor to 12 mechanics and levels of hs-CRP in blood obtained from analyze mechanics's blood samples using ELISA.
The result showed the average personal exposure concentrations of PM2.5 in the study period received by the clerk of mechanical testing amounted to 354,09 μg/m3 and the range levels of hs-CRP in blood on mechanic officer is 0.4 -7.2 mg/L and 50% of respondents at high risk for cardiovascular disease.

"ABSTRAK
Kebakaran hutan dan lahan merupakan masalah yang hampir setiap tahunnya
terjadi di provinsi Riau. Berdasarkan data AQMS kota Pekanbaru, konsentrasi PM10
mengalami peningkatan hingga level berbahaya pada saat terjadinya bencana kebakaran
hutan tersebut. Sementara SO2 masih berada pada level ISPU sedang. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kenaikan pajanan PM10 akibat
kebakaran hutan dan lahan dengan kejadian hipertensi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan
adalah cross sectional study dan dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2016 ? Juni 2016. Sampel
penelitian sebanyak 97 orang pasien rawat jalan Puskesmas Melur dan Puskesmas Rejosari
periode kebakaran hutan tahun 2015 (September ? Oktober 2015). Hasil penelitian pajanan
PM10 selama 4 hari tidak signifikan secara statistik terhadap kejadian hipertensi di Kota
Pekanbaru tahun 2015. Berdasarkan tingkatan ordinal, kategori pajanan PM10 pada tingkat
tidak sehat memiliki OR terbesar yaitu 2,65 (CI 95% 0,48 ? 14,56), kategori sangat tidak
sehat OR sebesar 2,22 (CI 95% 0,34 ? 14,5) dan kategori berbahaya OR 1,69 (CI 95% 0,05
? 50,83). setelah di kontrol variabel konfounding yaitu indeks masa tubuh (IMT),
pendidikan, jenis kelamin, usia, dan riwayat keluarga yang menderita hipertensi.

ABSTRACT
Land and forest fires was a problem that almost occur in the Riau Province every
year. Based on Air Quality Monitoring Sytem (AQMS) data in Pekanbaru, the
concentration of PM10 increased to dangerous level during fire forest episode. While SO2
still at the moderate level. This objective of this study was to determine the relationship
PM10 exposure during land and forest fires in 2015 with hypertension. This design study of
research was cross sectional study and was conducted in February 2016 - June 2016. The
sample was 97 outpatient Rejosari health centers and Melur health centers during fire forest
period in 2015 (September-October 2015). Results of research PM10 exposure for 1 to 8
days was not statistically significant with hypertension in Pekanbaru city in 2015. Under
the ordinal level, exposure category PM10 at unhealthy levels that have the greatest risk
with OR 2.65 (95% CI 0,48 ? 14,56), the category very unhealthy OR of 2.22 (CI 95%
0,34 ? 14,5) and hazardous category OR 1.69 (CI 95% 0,34 ? 14,5), after being controlled
by the variables of body mass index (BMI), education, gender, age, and family history of
hypertension."

"[Particulate Matter (PM) terutama partikel <2,5 μg/m3 atau PM2.5, adalah
komponen utama yang terkandung dalam asap dari bahan bakar biomassa. Efek
yang terkait dengan paparan jangka panjang PM2,5 meliputi peningkatan gejala
pernapasan bagian bawah, penyakit paru obstruktif kronik dan penurunan fungsi
paru. Salah satu pengguna bahan bakar biomassa yang cukup tinggi di Sumatera
Barat adalah usaha rumah makan, tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis asosiasi
faktor lingkungan dengan konsentrasi PM2,5 pada waktu masak di dapur rumah
makan Kota Solok dan menganalisis konsentrasi PM2,5 pada waktu masak dengan
fungsi paru pekerja dapur rumah makan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dekriptif
analitik dengan menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional, dengan jumlah sampel
adalah 71 orang (total sampling). Analisis multivariat hubungan faktor lingkungan
dengan PM2,5 pada waktu masak didapatkan hubungan signifikan ventilasi OR:
5,655 (95% CI: 0,780 ? 40,994) dan lama waktu masak OR: 12,013, (CI: 1,113 ?
129,714). Analisis multivariat hubungan PM2,5 pada waktu masak dengan
gangguan fungsi paru, yaitu PM2,5 OR: 3,60 (CI: 95%, 0,921 ? 14,072), Umur
OR: 1,443, (CI 95%, 0,380 ? 5,477), dan masa kerja OR: 13,854, (95% CI: 3,283
? 58,388). Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara faktor lingkungan dengan
konsentrasi PM2,5 pada waktu masak yaitu variabel lama masak dan ventilasi.
Sedangkan untuk konsentrasi PM2,5 pada waktu masak ada hubungan yang
bermakna dengan gangguan fungsi paru pekerja dapur dengan dikontrol oleh

been proved to increase lower respiratory disorder, chronic obtructive pulmonary

disorder among restaurant kitchen workers. This was a cross-sectional study with

"Profesi apoteker dalam menjalanankan pekerjaan kefarmasian harus sesuai dengan standar kompetensi dan praktek kefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan agar calon apoteker dapat memahami peran dan tanggung apoteker dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Praktek kerja di apotek dan industri farmasi dapat menjadi gambaran calon apoteker dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian di lingkup pelayanan kefarmasian maupun industri. Pelaksanaan praktek kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2021 di Apotek Atrika dan pada bulan April - Mei 2021 di PT. Harsen Laboratories. Kegiatan praktek profesi apoteker diharapkan sebagai wadah untuk meningkatkan ilmu dan mengembangkan keterampilan calon apoteker yang nantinya dapat diaplikasikan saat melakukan praktik profesi apoteker.

"Diabetes Melitus DM merupakan gangguan metabolik dari berbagai penyebabhiperglikemia kronik dengan gangguan metabolisme karbohidrat lemak danprotein akibat adanya kecatatan sekresi insulin kerja insulin maupun keduanya. Penyakit DM tipe 2 merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian atau sekitar2 1 dari seluruh kematian di dunia.
Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan usia riwayat keluarga DM asupan zat gizi gaya hidup dan indeks antropometri terhadap risiko diabetes melitus serta mengetahui faktor risiko dominan terhadap kejadian DM pada Satpol PP di wilayah kerja Kota Administratif Jakarta Timur Tahun 2015.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiancross sectional study Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah diabetes mellitus dan variabel independen adalah usia riwayat keluarga DM asupan karbohidrat lemak protein serat konsumsi gula konsumsi alkohol kebiasaan merokok IMT lingkar pinggang RLPP RLPTB. Pengambilan sampel dilakukandengan teknik simple random sampling Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian inisejumlah 150 responden.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubunganantara asupan karbohidrat pvalue 0 004 asupan lemak pvalue 0 003 RLPP pvalue 0 006 dan konsumsi gula pvalue 0 009 dengan kejadian DM. Faktor risiko dominan kejadian DM pada pegawai Satpol PP di wilayah kerja KotaAdministratif Jakarta Timur tahun 2015 adalah asupan lemak OR 20 538 95 CI 2 573 163 939 asupan karbohidrat OR 2 7 95 CI 1 359 6 233 danRLPP OR 0 39 95 CI 0 176 0 878.

Diabetes mellitus DM is a metabolic disorder of various causes of chronichyperglycemic with carbohydrate fat and protein metabolism disorder caused bydefects in insulin secretion insulin mechanism or both of them DM type 2 is oneof the main causes of death around 2 1 of death in the world.
The main objective of this study was to determine the relation between age family historyof DM nutrients intake life style and anthropometry index to the risk of DM andto determine the dominant risk factor to DM in civil service police unit at East Jakarta in 2015.
The study was a cross sectional study The dependent variablewas diabetes mellitus and independent variables were age family history of DM carbohydrate fat protein and fiber intake sugar and alcohol consumption smoking habit BMI waist circumference waist to hip ratio WHR and waistto height ratio WHtR Simple random sampling was used as a samplingtechnique a required sample size for this study were 150 participants.
The results show that there were significant relationship between carbohydrate intake pvalue 0 004 fat intake pvalue 0 003 WHR pvalue 0 006 and sugarconsumption pvalue 0 009 to DM The dominant risk factors to DM in civil service police unit at East Jakarta in 2015 were fat intake OR 20 538 95 CI2 573 163 939 carbohydrate intake OR 2 7 95 CI 1 359 6 233 and WHR OR 0 39 95 CI 0 176 0 878.
