"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial dari humas organisasi berbasis keagamaan di era digital, serta menjabarkan ketepatan formulasi social media tools yang digunakan oleh humas organisasi tersebut, terutama terkait penggunaan konten dan dalam kaitannya dengan membangun brand image organisasi. Dari hasil studi kasus penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dapat mendorong terciptanya eWOM, sehingga nantinya terlihat beragam opini publik yang berkembang mengenai organisasi, yang akhirnya memunculkan persepsi, membangun brand awareness, lalu membentuk image tersendiri terkait organisasi. Sehingga tercermin bahwa media sosial dan komunitas merupakan medium komunikasi antara anggota organisasi dan brand mempunyai peran penting dalam membangun brand image organisasi.

This research conducted to understand social media utilization of PR of religious organization in the digital era, and outline the accuracy of the formulation of social media tools used by PR in that organization, especially regarding to use content and due to build the brand image organization. Case study in this research shows that social media can encourage the creation of eWOM, eventually it will be coming up a variety of public opinion about the organization, which cause build the perception and build brand awareness, in the end will be create its own image related to the organization. It also concluded that social media and community as a medium of communication between the members of the organization and the brand has a very large role in building brand image organization, especially religious organization.

"Banyak perusahaan telah menggunakan twitter sebagai salah satu sarana promosi karena rendahnya biaya yang perlu dikeluarkan untuk menjalankan program promosi ini. Pengguna media twitter di Indonesia telah mencapai angka 50 juta pengguna dan jumlah tersebut terus bertambah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah promosi dengan eWom melalui sosial media twitter dan brand image mempengaruhi repurchase intension, dan apakah brand image mampu memediasi pengaruh eWom terhadap repurchase intention pembeli di starbuck caffe Indonesia. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan regresi linear sederhana, regresi berganda, dan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel eWom memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel brand image, variabel eWom dan brand image mempengaruhi repurchase intention, akan tetapi brand image belum mampu memediasi pengaruh eWom terhadap repurchase intention. Dapat dikatakan bahwa brand image tidak memperkat pengaruh eWom terhadap keinginan untuk konsumen melakukan pembelian kembali"

"Perkembangan industri halal secara global sangat menjanjikan. Perkembangan tersebut dapat dirasakan bagi Indonesia sebagai negara dengan penduduk Muslim terbesar di dunia. Media memegang peran penting terhadap perkembangan industri halal terutama dengan adanya perkembangan media sosial yang sangat cepat dan luas. Salah satu kelompok pengguna media sosial tersebut adalah Gen M. Gen M merupakan kelompok milenial muslim yang memiliki karakteristik melek akan teknologi, berdaya juang, muda, dan modern. Berdasarkan perkembangan pengguna media sosial dari tahun ke tahun yang terus meningkat tentu memberikan peluang baru dan besar bagi banyak industry termasuk industri fesyen yang didalamnya termasuk industri modest fesyen. Perusahaan pada industri telah merubah cara pemasaran mereka dengan lebih berfokus melakukan pemasaran menggunakan platform di media sosial. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh social media advertising terhadap perilaku pembelian konsumen Muslim terutama bagi Gen M. Penelitian ini juga akan memeriksa apakah terdapat efek moderasi brand image terhadap variable penelitian. Penelitian ini akan menggabungkan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dengan model S-O-R. Survei dilakukan terhadap 253 responden dengan menggunakan metode self-administered questioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aspek hiburan, kredibilitas, ease of use, dan konten dalam social media advertising dapat mempengaruhi brand image dan juga perilaku pembelian konsumen Gen M secara positif dan signifikan. Ditemukan juga bahwa Brand Image dapat memoderasi pengaruh hiburan, ease of use, dan konten social media advertising terhadap consumer buying behavior Gen M.

The development of the global halal industry is very promising. This development can be felt for Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. The media plays an important role in the development of the halal industry, especially with the rapid and widespread development of social media. One group of social media users is Gen M. Gen M is a Muslim millennial group who has the characteristics of being literate in technology, fighting spirit, young, and modern. Based on the development of social media users from year to year, which continues to increase, it certainly provides new and great opportunities for many industries, including the fashion industry, which includes the simple fashion industry. Companies in the industry have changed their way of marketing by focusing more on marketing using platforms on social media. This study will analyze how social media advertising influences the buying behavior of Muslim consumers, especially for Gen M. This study will also examine whether there is a moderating effect of brand image on research variables. This research will combine the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with the S-O-R model. The survey was conducted on 253 respondents using a self-administered questioner method. The results of this study show that aspects of entertainment, credibility, ease of use, and content in social media advertising can positively and significantly influence brand image and buying behavior of Gen M consumers. It was also found that brand image can moderate the effect of entertainment, ease of use, and social media advertising content on Gen M consumer buying behavior."

"Pemasaran yang dilakukan melalui media sosial (social media marketing) telah banyak dimanfaatkan di era digital. Salah satu keuntungan dalam melakukan social media marketing adalah bisnis dapat mengenalkan merek (brand) kepada khalayak. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu juga telah membuktikan bahwa social media marketing memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap brand awareness dan brand image. Tesis ini menguji pengaruh social media marketing (pemasaran media sosial) terhadap brand awareness (kesadaran merek) dan brand image (citra merek) pada HuntStreet.com, bisnis yang bergerak di bidang sustainable fashion. Dimana HuntStreet.com aktif melakukan pemasaran di media sosial instagram, youtube, dan facebook. Namun respon khalayak dapat dikatakan rendah, hal ini dilihat dari hasil penelusuran di search engine Google terkait HuntStreet.com yang masih sedikit dan rating beserta ulasan terkait HuntStreet.com di Google Review yang juga rendah. Hal ini bertolak belakang dari konsep social media marketing dan juga hasil penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh ketika melakukan pemasaran di media sosial terhadap brand awareness dan brand image dari merek tersebut. Menggunakan paradigma positivisme, penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode analisis jalur yang menguji empat hipotesis berupa pengaruh social media marketing terhadap brand awareness, brand awareness terhadap brand image, social media marketin terhadap brand image, dan social media marketing terhadap brand image melalui brand awareness. Variabel social media marketing dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 6 dimensi: entertainment, interaction, customization, electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), trendiness, dan advertisement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ke-empat hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, yakni social media marketing memiliki pengaruh  positif terhadap brand awareness, brand awareness memiliki pengaruh  positif terhadap brand image, social media marketing memiliki pengaruh  positif terhadap brand image, dan social media marketing memiliki pengaruh  positif terhadap adap brand image melalui brand awareness. Kesimpulan bahwa hasil penelitian sejalan dengan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu dan pemasaran yang dilakukan menggunakan media sosial dapat berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan khalayak terhadap merek dan membangun citra merek.

Using social media to do marketing (social media marketing) has been widely used in the digital era. One of the advantages of doing social media marketing is that businesses can introduce the brand to audiences. Several previous studies have also proven that social media marketing has a positive influence on brand awareness and brand image. This thesis examines the effect of social media marketing on brand awareness and brand image at HuntStreet.com, a business engaged in sustainable fashion. HuntStreet.com is actively marketing on social media such as Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. However, audience response can be said to be low, this can be seen from the search results on the Google search engine related to HuntStreet.com which are still low and ratings and reviews related to HuntStreet.com on Google Reviews which are also low. This is contrary to the concept of social media marketing and also the results of previous studies which show that there is an influence when marketing on social media has on brand awareness and brand image of the brand. Using the positivism paradigm, this research is a quantitative study that uses path analysis methods that test four hypotheses in the form of the influence of social media marketing on brand awareness, brand awareness on brand image, social media marketing on brand image, and social media marketing on brand image through brand awareness. Social media marketing variable in this study use 6 dimensions: entertainment, interaction, customization, electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), trendiness, and advertisement. The results showed that the four alternative hypotheses (Ha) were accepted, namely social media marketing had a positive effect on brand awareness, brand awareness had a positive effect on brand image, social media marketing had a positive effect on brand image, and social media marketing had a positive influence positive attitude towards adapting brand image through brand awareness. The conclusion is that the results of this research are in line with previous studies and marketing carried out using social media can influence audience knowledge of brands and build brand images."

"Asian Games merupakan acara olahraga terbesar di Asia dan diselenggarakan setiap empat tahun sekali. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan social media marketing activities terhadap pembentukan brand awareness, brand image, dan brand loyalty Asian Games 2018 selaku acara olahraga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online yang berdasarkan teknik convenience sampling terhadap 400 responden. Berdasarkan analisis faktor yang telah dilakukan, social media marketing activities terbagi menjadi tujuh dimensi, yaitu pleasure of share, interaction, trendiness, customization, advertisement, information, dan word of mouth communication. Setelah dilakukan analisis linier, social media marketing activities terbukti dapat memprediksi brand awareness, brand image, dan brand loyalty secara signifikan. Dimensi yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand awareness adalah pleasure of share dan information, pleasure of share, customization dan information pada brand image, serta pleasure of share, information dan word of mouth communication pada brand loyalty. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa brand awareness memiliki hubungan dengan brand image yang secara bersama memiliki hubungan dengan brand loyalty.

The Asian Games is the biggest sporting event in Asia and is held every four years. This study explains the relationship of social media marketing activities to the formation of brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty of the 2018 Asian Games as a sports event. This research is a quantitative research by conducting online questionnaires that discuss convenience sampling techniques for 400 respondents. Based on the analysis of the factors that have been carried out, social media marketing activities are divided into seven dimensions, namely pleasure of share, interaction, trendiness, customization, advertising, information, and word of mouth communication. After linier analysis, social media marketing activities have been shown to significantly predict brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty. The dimensions that influence brand awareness are pleasure of share and information, pleasure of share customization, and information on brand image, as well as the pleasure of share, information, and word of mouth communication on brand loyalty. In addition, it was found that brand awareness has a relationship with brand image related to brand loyalty."

"Seiring dengan meningkatnya tantangan dalam pembentukan consumer brand engagement melalui media sosial, penggunaan media sosial Instagram untuk mencari konten dan informasi terkait suatu merek terus meningkat di Indonesia. Hal ini menjadi jendela peluang bagi bisnis yang dianggap sebagai gaya hidup untuk memanfaatkan pemasaran media sosial sebagai alat untuk mengembangkan consumer engagement dan brand knowledge. Penelitian kuantitatif ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran media sosial terhadap consumer-brand engagement, dan menganalisa lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh consumer-brand engagement terhadap brand knowledge yaitu brand awareness dan brand image pada merek Skincare di Indonesia. Sebanyak 304 responden yang merupakan pengguna Instagram dan pelanggan Scarlett dikumpulkan menggunakan purposive sampling method, dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa elemen electronic word of mouth, trendiness, dan entertainment di dalam pemasaran media sosial Scarlett merupakan kunci utama untuk mempengaruhi consumer brand engagement, dimana consumer brand engagement juga mempengaruhi brand knowledge.

Along with the increasing challenge of forming consumer brand engagement through social media, the use of Instagram as a social media to seek brand-related contents and information has been increasing in Indonesia. This becomes a window of opportunity for businesses that are perceived as a lifestyle to utilize social media marketing as a tool to develop consumer engagement and brand knowledge. This quantitative study is aimed to analyse the effectiveness of social media marketing elements on consumer brand engagement, and further analyse the effectiveness of consumer brand engagement on brand knowledge in the context of Skincare brands in Indonesia. A total of 304 respondents are gathered who are Instagram users and Scarlett customers using a purposive sampling method, which is then further analysed with Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The result reveals that electronic word of mouth, trendiness, and entertainment element in Scarlett’s social media marketing are the key predictors influencing the consumer brand engagement, in return enhancing the brand knowledge.

"Tesis ini meneliti pengaruh brand image yang diwakili oleh lima dimensi merek awareness, perceived quality, uniqueness, dan non-product related brand associations seperti corporate social responsibility (CSR) dan social image terhadap kesediaan membayar harga premium (willingness to pay price premium) dan menambahkan variabel jenis kelamin sebagai variabel moderasi. Setelah dilakukan tinjauan pustaka dan penyusunan hipotesis didapatkan data dari 254 responden yang merupakan konsumen pembeli Air Minum Dalam Kemasan bermerek Aqua di wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling dan dilakukan analisis data menggunakan Regresi Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 21.0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dimensi brand image yang mempengaruhi kesediaan konsumen membayar harga premium pada produk Air Minum Dalam Kemasan bermerek Aqua adalah brand uniqueness, corporate social responsibility dan social image, dan variabel jenis kelamin memoderasi hubungan langsung antara dimensi brand uniqueness dan corporate social responsibility terhadap kesediaan konsumen membayar harga premium.

This thesis examines the effect of brand image represented by the five dimensions of brand : awareness, perceived quality, uniqueness, and non-productrelated brand associations such as corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social image on willingness to pay a price premium and adding the variable gender as a moderating variable. After review of the literature and the preparation of hypothetical, data obtained from 254 respondents who represent the buyer of Bottled Water branded Aqua in Jakarta using quota sampling techniques and data analysis using multiple regression with SPSS 21.0.
The results showed that the dimensions of brand image that affecting consumers willingness to pay a price premium on products Bottled Water branded Aqua are brand uniqueness, corporate social responsibility and social image, and the gender variable does moderate the direct relationship between the dimensions brand uniqueness and corporate social responsibility on consumers' willingness to pay a price premium.

"TikTok digunakan paling banyak oleh remaja akhir. Social Media Engagement (SME) aplikasi TikTok dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi citra tubuh remaja akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan SME dengan citra tubuh remaja akhir pengguna TikTok. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional dan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Responden penelitian ini adalah remaja siswa SMA sebanyak 427 orang (Laki-laki n=187; Perempuan n=240). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Social Media Engagement Questionare (SMEQ), Fear of Missing Out Scale (FoMOS), dan Body Shape Questionare (BSQ-34). Hasil penelitian sebagian besar menunjukkan SME aplikasi TikTok remaja akhir pada tingkat sedang dan citra tubuh remaja akhir yang positif. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan positif antara SME aplikasi TikTok dengan citra tubuh remaja akhir (r=0,138; p=0,004). Dari penelitian ini teridentifikasi jika SME aplikasi TikTok tinggi maka remaja akhir akan semakin merenungkan bentuk tubuhnya. Remaja akhir dapat membatasi diri dalam menggunakan TikTok sehingga tidak mengarah pada kecanduan dan internalisasi informasi yang tidak bertanggung jawab khususnya mengenai gambaran ideal tubuh.

TikTok is used mostly by late teens. Social Media Engagement (SME) of the TikTok application considered as one of the factors that can affect late adolescent body image. This study aims to determine the relationship between SME and the body image of the final adolescent users of TikTok. The research uses a cross sectional approach and the sample is taken using a purposive sampling technique. Respondents to this study were 427 young high school students (male n = 187; female n = 240). The instruments used were the Social Media Engagement Questionnaire (SMEQ), the Fear of Missing Out Scale (FoMOS), and the Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ-34). The results of the study mostly show that the late adolescents of the TikTok application SME are at a moderate level and the body image of late adolescents is positive. The results of the Pearson correlation test showed that there was a positive significant relationship between SMEs in the TikTok application and late adolescent body image (r=0.138; p=0,004). From this study it was identified that if the SMEs of the TikTok application were high, then the late adolescents would increasingly reflect on their body shape. Late adolescents can limit themselves in using TikTok so that it does not lead to addiction and the internalization of irresponsible information, especially regarding the ideal body image."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam melakukan analisis dan pengelolaan data lebih lanjut dalam mengetahui pengaruh antara social media use, employer brand attractiveness, organizational reputation terhadap intention to apply bagi mahasiswa terhadap perusahaan fast moving consumer goods atau FMCG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan positivis, yakni menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dari purposive sampling. Sampel yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari 285 bagi mahasiswa Generasi Z (kelahiran tahun 1995-2012) di perguruan tinggi atau universitas di Indonesia, dengan domisili DKI Jakarta. Pengelolaan data dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak Lisrel dalam menguji hipotesis dan mengetahui hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa intention to apply terhadap perusahaan FMCG dipengaruhi oleh usaha perusahaan melalui adanya social media use, yang dalam hal ini berhubungan secara langsung dengan organizational reputation serta employer brand attractiveness. Keterkaitan dalam penggunaan sosial media oleh perusahaan FMCG menjadi salah satu bentuk digitalisasi sistem sumber daya manusia saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam mengidentifikasi bagaimana intention to apply dapat berhubungan dengan adanya social media use pada perusahaan FMCG, yang juga perlu dipertimbangkan dengan mengusahakan peranan organizational reputation serta employer brand attractiveness yang menarik bagi mahasiswa yang merupakan bagian dari Generasi Z di Indonesia, sebagai acuan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia oleh manajemen di organisasi maupun perusahaan.

This study aims to conduct further analysis and data management to determine the influence of social media use, employer brand attractiveness, and organizational reputation on the intention to apply among students towards fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. The study adopts a positivist approach, employing quantitative research methods with primary data collected through purposive sampling. The sample consists of 285 Generation Z students (born between 1995 and 2012) from universities in Indonesia, specifically located in DKI Jakarta. Data management is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel software to test hypotheses and identify relationships between variables. The research findings demonstrate that the intention to apply to FMCG companies is influenced by the company's efforts through social media use, which directly relates to organizational reputation and employer brand attractiveness. The integration of social media use by FMCG companies represents a form of digitization in human resource management systems today. This study aims to identify how the intention to apply can be related to social media use in FMCG companies, which should also consider the role of Organizational reputation and attractive employer brand for Generation Z students in Indonesia. The findings of this research can serve as a reference for human resource management practices by management in organizationals and companies."
