"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meneliti peran brand community dalam pembentukan brand relationship. Variabel yang diteliti adalah brand community identification, brand community commitment, brand identification, brand commitment, dan brand attachment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anggota komunitas yang memiliki brand community identification dan brand community commitment cenderung untuk memiliki hubungan dengan brand, yaitu brand identification, brand commitment, dan brand attachment. Responden adalah anggota komunitas motor yang berada di wilayah Jakarta dan Depok, dan data diolah menggunakan PLS-SEM.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of brand community in shaping brand relationship. The variables studied are brand community identification, brand community commitment, brand identification, brand commitment and brand attachment. The results showed that members of the community who have a brand community identification and brand community commitment tend to have a relationship with the brand, that is brand identification, brand commitment, and brand attachment. Respondents are members of motorcycle communities who are in Jakarta and Depok, and the data is processed using the PLS-SEM."

"Selama beberapa tahun terakhir perkembangan hubungan konsumen-merek (consumer–brand relationship) telah menjadi fokus teori branding dalam literatur pemasaran dalam rangka mengatasi lingkungan usaha yang semakin kompetitif. Ekuitas merek disebut sebagai alat terbaik yang bertindak sebagai pembeda yang menguntungkan (Aggarwal Sharma et al., 2013) dan kuat untuk menjaga hubungan konsumen-merek (consumer-brand relationship). Selain itu disebutkan pula bahwa pengalaman merek (brand experience) dan ekuitas merek berbasis konsumen (consumer-based brand equity) memiliki kepentingan yang sama untuk menjaga hubungan konsumen-merek (Altaf et al., 2017). Penelitian ini mencoba menyelidiki peran pengalaman merek dalam ekuitas merek berbasis konsumen (CBBE) pada produk perawatan diri halal khusus pria dalam rangka mengidentifikasi komponen penting dari ekuitas merek yang disarankan oleh Aaker (1991) dan Keller (1993) yang mengkombinasikan pengaruh dari loyalitas merek untuk mengelola ekuitas merek secara keseluruhan pada produk perawatan diri khusus pria. Peneliti melakukan penelitian kuantitatif dengan survei hasil olahan 251 responden pengguna produk Kahf di Indonesia yang dipertimbangkan untuk analisis data. Metode analisis yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel dan moderasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM AMOS 26 dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kualitas, citra merek, pengalaman merek, loyalitas merek dan kesadaran merek berhubungan positif dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ekuitas merek secara keseluruhan. Disimpulkan bahwa bahwa persepsi kualitas merupakan variabel penting dalam pengelolaan CBBE pada produk perawatan diri Halal khusus Pria untuk meningkatkan ekuitas merek secara keseluruhan.

Over the last few years the evolution of consumer-brand relationships has become the focus of branding theory in the marketing literature in order to tackle an increasingly competitive business environment. Brand equity is claimed as the best tool that acts as a profitable differentiator (Aggarwal Sharma et al., 2013) and strong for maintaining consumer-brand relationships. In addition, brand experience and consumer-based brand equity were declared have the same importance in maintaining consumer-brand relationships (Altaf et al., 2017). This study tries to find the role of brand experience on consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) in Halal Personal Care for Men Product to identify the importants elements of brand equity suggested by Aaker (1991) and Keller (1993), which combined the effect of brand loyalty on managing overall brand equity in men's personal care products. Researchers conducted a quantitative study with a survey of the results of 251 respondents Kahf products user in Indonesia. The analytical method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to see the relationship between variables and moderation using IBM AMOS 26 and SPSS applications. The results revealed that perceived quality, brand image, brand experience, brand loyalty, and brand awareness; were positively related and had a significant effect on overall brand equity. Perceived quality is claimed an important variable in the management of CBBE on male-specific Halal personal care products to increase overall brand equity."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh citra merek Samsung terhadap minat beli ulang, pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia Depok. Hal tersebut dilakukan karena pada zaman modern ini, sudah banyak jumlah produsen smartphone yang menawarkan produk dengan manfaat yang serupa, hal tersebut menyebabkan para produsen harus bersaing melalui citra merek mereka masing-masing. Dalam penelitian, akan dilakukan pengukuran pada citra merek Samsung dan pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli ulang pelanggan mereka.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 100 orang¸yang merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia, Depok, yang memililki smartphone Samsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling serta teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian, dan hasilnya dianalisa menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap minat beli ulang.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Samsung brand image on repurchase intention on the students of the University of Indonesia, Depok. In this modern era, many number of smartphone manufacturers offer products with similar benefits, it causes the producers to compete through their brand image respectively. This study will measure Samsung's brand image and its impact on the repurchase intention of their customers.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this research were as much as 100 People who are students of the University of Indonesia, Depok, whose has own a Samsung smartphone. This study used a non-probability sampling and purposive sampling technique. This study used a questionnaire as a research instrument, and the results were analyzed using linear regression. The results obtained from this study is that the brand image has a strong influence on repurchase intention.

"Perkembangan teknologi informasi di Indonesia membuka jalan bagi beragam industri bisnis dalam bentuk digital brand. Jakarta Post Travel sebagai salah satu digital brand di Indonesia, menjadi objek penelitian yang diteliti, dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui proses pembentukan corporate brand, brand identity dan brand awareness melalui proses online branding. Penggunaan teori seperti brand, corporate brand, brand identity, brand awareness, online branding meliputi proses-proses branding-nya dipakai dalam penelitian ini. Penemuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses atau strategi online branding yang dilakukan Jakarta Post Travel dilakukan secara bertahap. Hal ini diperlihatkan oleh hasil proses identifikasi konsumen yakni pembaca Jakarta Post Travel sebagai corporate brand. Proses atau strategi online branding yang dilakukan Jakarta Post Travel dilakukan menggunakan teknologi informasi seperti website maupun media sosial. Bentuk-bentuk komunikasi lain seperti partnership dalam rangka membangun corporate brand, brand identity dan brand awareness, juga dilakukan melalui media yang digunakan Jakarta Post Travel. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa brand Jakarta Post Travel sudah cukup dikenal sesuai dengan target dan segmentasi pembacanya, yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan pembaca Jakarta Post Travel di luar Indonesia. Sebagai saran praktis, perlu dilakukan promosi brand secara terus-menerus dan konsisten sehingga dapat bersaing dengan brand kompetitor.

Information technology has make a way for many industries, particularly for digital brands. This research is using Jakarta Post Travel as one of many digital brands in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to know the formation process of corporate brand, brand identity and brand awareness of Jakarta Post Travel through online branding. This research is using theories such as brand, corporate brand, brand identity, brand awareness, online branding and the branding process. The conclusion of this research shows that Jakarta Post Travel has developing the brand step by step and expand their products by using website and social media, to maximize the online branding process. This matter shows that the readers of Jakarta Post Travel still needs support and assistance to identify Jakarta Post Travel. Strategy, such as online partnership with other brands, is also used by Jakarta Post Travel to increase the formation process of corporate brand, brand identity and brand awareness. Furthermore, this research finds that the readers outside Indonesia has notice the Jakarta Post Travel as a corporate brand about travel in Indonesia, but still need a consistency in promoting the brand to compete with competitor brands."

Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis path dalam program Smartpls 2.0.
Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa brand community secara signifikan mempengaruhi brand identification dan brand commitment, brand attachment memiliki peran mediasi yang penting sedangkan efek moderasi perceived community-brand similiariy hanya ada pada satu hubungan sedangkan efek moderasi perceived community-brand similiariy hanya ada pada satu hubungan.

This research discusses about the This research discusses about the effect of Honda Brio’s brand community which consists of brand community identification and brand community commitment on brand identification and brand commitment toward Honda Brio with the mediation role of brand attachment and moderation role of perceived community-brand similarity. Smartpls 2.0 was used to process the data.
The result of this research indicates that brand community has a significant effect on brand identification and brand commitment. Brand attachment play a full mediatin role but perceived community-brand similiarity only moderates one relation.

"Tesis ini meneliti pengaruh brand knowledge dan brand relationship terhadap behavioral outcome pada Konsumen Remaja di Jakarta. Merk yang diteliti adalah merek sepatu Vans. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey (kuesioner) yang dilakukan terhadap remaja pengguna sepatu Vans di Jakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling menggunakan cluster sampling.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa brand awareness Vans memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand image, brand satisfaction, dan current purchase sepatu Vans, namun brand Awareness tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intention to future purchase dan brand trust. Selanjutnya brand image Vans memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand satisfaction, brand trust dan intention to future purchase, namun brand image tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap current purchase. Brand satisfaction tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand attachment.
Brand trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand attachment. Brand attachment sendiri memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap current purchase dan intention to future purchase. Kemudian terakhir, current purchase memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intention to future purchase.

This thesis examines the influence of brand knowledge and brand relationship toward behavioral outcomes of adolescent consumers in Jakarta: a case study of Vans shoes. The method used in this study was survey using questionnaire targeted to Vans shoes adolescent users in Jakarta. Cluster sampling (probability sampling) method was used for this thesis.
The results of this study showed that Vans brand awareness had positive influence on brand image, brand satisfaction, and current purchase. However, brand awareness did not have positive influence on intention to future purchase and brand trust. Furthermore, Vans brand image had positive effect on brand satisfaction, brand trust and intention to future purchase, but Vans brand image did not have positive effect on customer?s current purchase. Brand satisfaction did not have positive influence on brand attachment.
Brand trust had positive influence on brand attachment and brand attachment itself had a positive influence on the current as well as on intention to future purchase. Finally, the study found that current purchase had positive influence on intention to future purchase."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Social Networking Site (SNS) Brand Community Experience dan SNS Brand Community Commitment terhadap Brand Attitude dan Repurchase Intention dalam konteks BTS Twitter brand community. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan anggota aktif dari komunitas brand BTS di Twitter yang berdomisili di Indonesia, berusia 18-29 tahun dan pernah membeli produk official merchandise BTS dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terakhir. Kuesioner menggunakan platform Google Forms dan disebarkan secara online melalui Twitter. Terdapat sebanyak 419 responden yang berhasil dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini. Selanjutnya, data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi dari SNS Brand Community Experience yaitu Information Experience, Entertainment Experience, Homophily Experience dan Relationship-based Experience memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap SNS Brand Community Commitment dengan pengaruh paling besar dari variabel Entertainment Experience. SNS Brand Community Commitment juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Attitude dan Repurchase Intention. SNS Brand Community Commitment juga memediasi secara positif hubungan antara SNS Brand Community Experience (IE, EE, HE, RE) dengan Brand Attitude dan Repurchase Intention. Selebihnya, Brand Attitude juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Repurchase Intention dan juga memediasi antara variabel SNS Brand Community Commitment dan Repurchase Intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Networking Site (SNS) Brand Community Experience and SNS Brand Community Commitment on Brand Attitude and Repurchase Intention in the context of BTS Twitter brand community. The samples used in this study are active members of the BTS brand community on Twitter who resided in Indonesia, aged 18-29 years and have purchased BTS official merchandise products within the last 3 months. The questionnaire utilized Google Forms platform and was spread online through Twitter. There was a total data from 419 respondents who were successfully collected in this study. The data collected was processed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of the SNS Brand Community Experience, namely Information Experience, Entertainment Experience, Homophily Experience and Relationship-based Experience, have a positive influence on SNS Brand Community Commitment with the greatest influence coming from the Entertainment Experience variable. SNS Brand Community Commitment was also found to have a positive influence on Brand Attitude and Repurchase Intention. Moreover, SNS Brand Community Commitment also positively mediates the relationship between SNS Brand Community Experience (IE, EE, HE, RE) with Brand Attitude and Repurchase Intention. Lastly, Brand Attitude also has a positive influence on Repurchase Intention and also mediates between SNS Brand Community Commitment and Repurchase Intention variables."

"Persaingan dipasar yang sangat ketat, membuat pemasar tidak lagi terpaku memberikan statement kualitas yang terbaik. Untuk dapat tetap mempertahankan posisi dipasar, pemasar harus mampu memberikan sebuah pengalaman yang mampu menarik konsumennya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand experience terhadap brand loyalty, dan ingin mengetahui apakan brand relationship memediasi secara penuh antara brand experience dan brand loyalty. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square dengan variable yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah brand experience, brand relationship quality dan brand loyalty. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan brand experience terhadap relationship quality serta relationship quality terhadap brand loyalty. Temuan lain adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan brand experience terhadap brand loyalty. Terdapat mediasi partial dimana brand experience mampu mempengaruhi brand loyalty tanpa melalui brand relationship quality.

Intense competition in the market making marketers no longer stick to provide the best quality. In order to maintain position in the market, marketers must be able to provide an experience that capable to attract the customer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand experience towards brand loyalty, and also want to find out if brand relationship quality fully mediate or partial mediate between brand experience and brand loyalty. This study uses Partial Least Square method with brand experience, brand relationship quality and brand loyalty as variables and construct. result from this study showed that there are significant effect from brand experience towards relationship quality, and also brand relationship quality towards brand loyalty. Another finding is, there is significant effects of brand experience towards brand loyalty. There is a partial mediation where the brand experience can influence brand loyalty without going through the brand relationship quality."

"Tesis ini membahas proses penciptaan nilai pada suatu brand community yang menggunakan produk-produk Android. Berkembangnya cara pemasaran baru yang dibangun melalui brand community di Indonesia, yang terdapat manfaat bagi bisnis-bisnis dengan melihat bagaimana suatu brand community menciptakan suatu nilai tambah pada komunitas itu sendiri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain riset konfirmatori dan deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa suatu perusahaan perlu lebih memperhatikan keberadaan brand communtiy, tidak hanya secara fungsional namun juga secara simbolis untuk menciptakan service aftermarket, dikarenakan peran brand community turut berperan dan serta berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan proses konsumen agar aktif membesarkan nama suatu produk.

This thesis discusses the process of value creation in a brand community that uses Android products. Development of new ways of marketing a brand is built through the community in Indonesia that there are benefits for businesses, to see how a community to create a brand added value to the community itself. The study was a quantitative research design with confirmatory and descriptive research. The results suggest that a company needs to pay more attention to the existence of brand communtiy, not only functionally but also symbolically to create the service aftermarket, because the role of brand community and contribute to and affect the continuity of the process of actively customer to encouraging brand a product."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran employer brand dalam memperkuat hubungan brand personality dan employer brand attractiveness. Responden dalam riset kali ini melibatkan 415 sampel mahasiswa aktif S1 dari Universitas Indonesia (Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis serta Fakultas Ilmu Komputer) serta mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Bandung (Program Studi Teknik Informatika). Syarat responden riset adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau pernah magang setidaknya satu bulan. Pengujian data dilakukan secara simultan dengan metode Structural Equation Method (SEM). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa brand personality sincerity, competence, excitement, dan sophistication secara signifikan mempengaruhi employer brand attractiveness. Pengaruhi tersebut dimediasi oleh employer brand affect serta employer brand trust, dimana efek employer brand affect juga dimediasi oleh employer brand reputation. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, berikut masukan kepada GO-JEK bahwa untuk dapat menarik minat calon pegawai. GO-JEK harus menciptakan perasaan positif pada pegawai potensial, pesan-pesan tersebut adalah pesan yang mencerminkan kejujuran serta adanya janji kepastian kerja.

The purpose of this research to examine the role of employer brand in strengthening the relationship between brand Personality and employer brand attractiveness. Data was collected from 415 registered students University of Indonesia (Faculty of Economic and Business as well as Faculty of Computer Science) as well as Bandung Institute of Technology (Information Engineering), specifically final year students or students with at least one-month internship experience. The data was tested using Structural Equation Method (SEM). The result shows brand personality traits sincerity, competence, excitement, and significantly and positively impact employer brand attractiveness. The effect is mediated by employer brand affect and employer brand trust, where employer brand affects effect is mediated by employer brand reputation. Based on the findings, the author would like to propose a few strategies to GO-JEK to maximized its employer brand effort. GO-JEK should able to create positive messages which highlights honesty as well as job certainty. Potential employee are interested to work at GO-JEK due to the fact that GO-JEK brands are able to convey youthfulness, honesty, as well as a brand that is successful which in turn elicit a positive response from university students. Thus, the university students feel that GO-JEK is a trustworthy employer and that job certainty at GO-JEK. It can conclude that those are the reasons potential employee are interested to work at GO-JEK."
