"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan future work self dengan adaptabilitas karir. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah lulusan sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang baru bekerja, sebanyak 202 orang. Pengukuran future work self dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Future Work Self Salience yang dikembangkan oleh Strauss, Griffin, dan Parker (2012), sementara adaptabilitas karir diukur menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas dan Porfeli (2012) dan telah diadaptasi oleh Indianti (2015). Melalui teknik korelasi Pearson, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara future work self dengan adaptabilitas karir (r (202) = .557, p < 0.01, two-tailed). Dari hasil tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa semakin jelas future work self individu, semakin baik pula kemampuannya beradaptasi dalam karirnya.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research was to find the correlation between future work self and career adaptability. The participants of this research were 202 fresh graduates of Universitas Indonesia. Future work self was measured with Future Work Self Salience constructed by Strauss, Griffin, and Parker (2012), while career adaptability was measured by Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) constructed by Savickas and Porfeli (2012) that has been adapted by Indianti (2015). The Pearson correlation indicated that future work self correlated significantly with career adaptability (r (202) = .557, p < 0.01, two-tailed). This finding implied that the more salience one?s future work self leads to better ability to adapt in one?s career.

"Kegiatan organisasi kemahasiswaan adalah salah satu bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Penelitian terdahulu telah membuktikan bahwa dengan terlibat dalam kegiatan ini, individu mendapat pengalaman untuk perkembangan dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan individu dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan dan adaptabilitas karir pada lulusan sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang baru bekerja. Alat ukur Keterlibatan Organisasi digunakan untuk mengukur keterlibatan dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan dan alat ukur Adaptabilitas Karir yang merupakan modifikasi dari Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) digunakan untuk mengukur adaptabilitas karir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa individu yang memiliki pengalaman bekerja bersama selama menjadi anggota pengurus dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan akan memiliki memiliki kepercayaan diri dalam membuat keputusan terkait karirnya, sehingga ketika mereka berhadapan dengan suatu masalah dalam membentuk karirnya, mereka secara mandiri mampu menghadapi dan menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.

Student organization is one of extracuriccular activities in higher education. Past researches has proved the positive outcomes for personal development by participating in this activity. This research was conducted to find the correlation between involvement in student organization and career adaptability in fresh graduates of Universitas Indonesia. Involvement in student organization is measured using Organization Involvement Scale. On the other hand, career adaptability is measured with a modification of Career Adapt-Abilites Scale (CAAS) from Savickas & Porfeli (2012). The result of this research shows that students who has experience as a part of student organization have better control in making career decision, they have the readiness to overcome the problems when encountering their career."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan locus of control dan adaptabilitas karir. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah lulusan sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang baru bekerja sebanyak 202 orang. Pengukuran locus of control dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Internal External Scale atau IE Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Rotter (1966), sedangkan adaptabilitas karir diukur menggunakan skala adaptabilitas karir (Indianti, 2015) yang diadaptasi dari Career Adapt-Abilities Scaleatau CAAS (Savickas & Porfeli 2012). Melalui teknik analisis Pearson, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hasil yang signifikan antara locus of control dan adaptabilitas karir.

"Dalam menjalani peran sebagai mahasiswa baru banyak masalah yang harus dihadapi, sehingga dapat menimbulkan distres psikologis. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan upaya-upaya sistematis untuk menunjang kegiatan dalam perkuliahan, seperti self regulated learning. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara self regulated learning dan distres psikologis pada mahasiswa baru Universitas Indonesia. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 414 mahasiswa baru Universitas Indonesia.
Variabel distres psikologis diukur dengan Self Report Questionaire 20 (SRQ-20), sedangkan variabel self regulated learning dengan Motivated Strategies of Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). Dengan analisis Biserial Correlation, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif (rb = -0.731, p< 0.01, one-tailed) antara self regulated learning  dan distres psikologis.

New college student are faced with several problems that can trigger psychological distress. To overcome such problems, they need efforts that can support daily college life, such as self-regulated learning. Using a sample of 414 first-year students of University Indonesia, study aims to investigate the relationship between self regulated learning and psychological distress in first-year students of University Indonesia.
Psychological distress is measured using Self Report Questionaire 20 (SRQ-20), while self regulated learning is measured using Motivated Strategies of Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). With Biserial Correlation analysis, it was found that self regulated learning negative relationship with psychological distress (rb = -0.731, p< 0.01, one-tailed) between self regulated learning and psychological distress.

"Sekarang ini perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan dengan perilaku kerja inovatif, oleh karenanya sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan karyawan memiliki perilaku ini sejak mereka masih mahasiswa. Penelitian korelasional ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri kreatif dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada mahasiswa. Efikasi diri kreatif diukur dengan alat ukur yang dibuat oleh Tierney dan Farmer (2002). Perilaku kerja inovatif diukur dengan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Janssen (2000) yang kemudian item-itemnya dimodifikasi agar sesuai dengan keadaan responden yaitu mahasiswa. Responden penelitian yang datanya dapat dianalisa berjumlah 539 mahasiswa jenjang sarjana S1 di Universitas Indonesia dan merupakan mahasiswa yang minimal sedang menempuh semester empat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Correlation. Ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri kreatif dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada mahasiswa, r(538) = 0,67, p= 0,00 (p < 0,01, one-tailed). Effect size untuk analisis ini dapat dikatakan termasuk large effect karena r> 0,5. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi efikasi diri kreatif mahasiswa, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku kerja inovatif mereka. Hasil ini dari penelitian ini bisa memberikan manfaat yaitu, menambah literatur tentang perilaku kerja inovatif pada mahasiswa dan memberikan masukan kepada pihak kampus untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri kreatif mahasiwanya agar perilaku kerja inovatifnya bisa meningkat pula, dengan mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan program pelatihan.

Nowadays, companies need employees with innovative work behavior. Therefore, it is very important to prepare employees to have this behavior since they are still in college. This correlational research was then conducted to look at the relationship between creative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior among college students. Creative self-efficacy is measured by a measurement by Tierney and Farmer (2002). Innovative work behavior is measured by a measurement by Janssen (2000), the items were modified to correspond with the condition of college students. The data that can be analyzed were from 539 undergraduate students at Universitas Indonesia and were at least taking their fourth semester. This research is a quantitative study, using the Pearson Correlation statistical technique the researcher found that there is a positive and significant relationship between creative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior among college students, r(538) = 0.67, p= 0.00 (p<0.01, one-tailed). The effect size for this analysis can be included as a large effect, because r> 0.5. Thus, it can be said that the higher the students' creative self-efficacy, the higher their innovative work behavior. These results can provide benefits such as adding literature on innovative work behavior among college students and providing input for the universities to improve the students' creative self-efficacy so that their innovative work behavior can also improve, by joining extracurricular activities and training programs."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dan self-efficacy dengan prestasi akademik. Kecerdasan emosi adalah kemampuan untuk mengenali perasaan kita sendiri dan perasaan orang lain, memotivasi dan mengelola emosi dengan baik pada diri sendiri dan dalam hubungan dengan orang lain (Goleman, 1999). Self-efficacy merupakan keyakinan yang dimiliki seseorang mengenai kemampuannya untuk mengatur dan melaksanakan tindakan dalam mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu (Bandura, 1997). Menurut KBBI, prestasi akademik adalah hasil pencapaian seseorang yang diperoleh dari kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah atau perguruan tinggi yang biasanya ditunjukan dengan nilai angka atau simbol. Kecerdasan emosi diukur menggunakan Emotional Intelligence Inventory (EII) dan self-efficacy diukur menggunakan College Academic Self-Efficacy Scale (CASES). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 178 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia angkatan 2012, 2013, 2014, dan 2015. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Correlation & Multiple Correlation.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dan prestasi akademik, self-efficacy dengan prestasi akademik, maupun kecerdasan emosi dan self-efficacy secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan prestasi akademik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan kepada seluruh sivitas akademik terutama psikologi pendidikan, untuk mempertimbangkan aspek kecerdasan emosi dan self-efficacy demi pencapaian prestasi akademik mahasiswa yang lebih baik.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with academic achievement. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize our own feelings and the feelings of others, motivating and managing emotions well in ourselves and in relationships with others (Goleman, 1999). Self-efficacy is the belief that one has the ability to organize and carry out actions in achieving a particular goal (Bandura, 1997). According KBBI, academic achievement is the achievement of an individual derived from teaching and learning activities in schools or colleges that usually indicated by the value of numbers or symbols. Emotional intelligence was measured using the Emotional Intelligence Inventory (EII) and self-efficacy was measured using the College Academic Self-Efficacy Scale (CASES). This study was conducted on 178 students of the University of Indonesia class of 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. Data were analyzed using statistical techniques Pearson Correlation and Multiple Correlation.
The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and academic achievement, self-efficacy with academic achievement, as well as emotional intelligence and self-efficacy together have a positive and significant relationship with achievement. The results of this study can be input to all academic faculty primarily educational psychology, to consider aspects of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy for the sake of academic achievement of students better.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga (family functioning) dan penyesuaian diri sosial (social adjustment) pada mahasiswa baru di Universitas Indonesia. Kualitas keberfungsian keluarga termasuk di dalamnya kohesivitas dan fleksibilitas membantu proses penyesuaian diri sosial pada mahasiswa baru (Holmbeck, Grayson, & Wandrei, 1993). Pengukuran keberfungsian keluarga menggunakan instrument Family Adaptation and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES II) dan Family Communication Scale (FCS). Penyesuaian diri sosial diukur menggunakan instrument Student Adaptation to College Questionaire (SACQ) dengan item dari dimensi sosial. Total partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 315 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa baru Universitas Indonesia dan tersebar di 14 fakultas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dengan penyesuaian diri sosial (r = 0.05, p>0.01).

This research was conducted to find the correlation between family functioning and social adjustment among freshmen in University of Indonesia. The quality of family functioning including cohesiveness and flexibility helps the process of social adjustment among freshmen (Holmbeck, Grayson, & Wandrei, 1993). "Memasuki dunia perkuliahan bukanlah hal yang mudah yang harus dialami oleh remaja. Banyak perubahan dan tantangan yang harus dialami, seperti tantangan akan akademis, lingkungan sosial dan attachment terhadap pilihan jurusan. Untuk dapat bertahan dalam menghadapi berbagai perubahan dan tantangan yang terjadi, mahasiswa baru perlu melakukan penyesuaian atau biasa disebut college adjustment. Salah satu adjustment yang penting di universitas adalah academic adjustment. Dari berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi academic adjustment, faktor keluarga dinilai sebagai faktor yang penting. Faktor keluarga yang akan diteliti adalah family functioning atau keberfungsian keluarga mengenai cara keluarga menjalankan fungsi-fungsinya.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara family functioning dengan academic adjustment pada mahasiswa baru Universitas Indonesia. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 315 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang tersebar dalam 13 fakultas dan program vokasi. Family functioning diukur dengan mengunakan Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES) yang dibuat oleh Olson, Bell, dan Joyce tahun 1978 dan Family Communication Scale (FCS) yang dibuat oleh Olson dan Barnes tahun 1982, sedangkan academic adjustment akan diukur dengan Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire oleh Baker dan Siryk.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara family functioning dan academic adjustment pada mahasiswa baru Universitas Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan ada faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin lebih memiliki hubungan dengan academic adjustment mahasiswa baru seperti motivasi internal dan peran peer.

Starting a new life in college is never an easy thing for adolescents. A lot of changes and challenges must be experienced, whether it is academic matter, social environment, or attachment to the chosen major. In order to survive, new college students need to do some adjustments which is usually called college adjustment. One of the important adjustments in college is academic adjustment. From various factors that might influence academic adjustment, family has an important role.
The purpose of this research is to identify relationships between family functioning and academic adjustment among the freshmen students in University of Indonesia. The participants are 315 freshmen from 13 faculties and Vokasi program. Family functioning is measured by Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES), made by Olson, Bell, and Joyce in 1978 and Family Communication Scale, made by Olson and Barnes in 1982. Academic adjustment is measured by Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire, made by Baker and Siryk.
The result of this research showed that there is no significant relationship between family functioning and academic adjustment among freshmen students in Universitas Indonesia. This is caused by other factors which might have stronger corelation and need further examination such as internal motivation and peer.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara optimisme dan bersyukur pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan metode kuantitatif untuk mengukur dua variabel yakni optimisme dan bersyukur. Alat ukur optimisme menggunakan Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) yang dibuat oleh Scheier, Carver, & Bridges (1994) dan alat ukur bersyukur menggunakan Gratitude Questionnaire-Six Item Form (GQ-6) yang dikembangkan oleh McCullough, Emmons, dan Tsang (2001) dan diadopsi dari Amanda (2014). Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 257 orang mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi angkatan 2011, 2012, 2013, dan 2014. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara optimisme dan bersyukur pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara gaya pengambilan keputusan karier dengan adaptabilitas karier di dunia kerja. Keputusan karier yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini pun berfokus pada keputusan individu saat memilih pekerjaan. Penelitian ini juga ingin melihat di antara lima gaya pengambilan keputusan, yakni rational, intuitive, dependent, avoidant, dan spontaneous yang mendukung keterampilan adaptabilitas karier. Pengukuran gaya pengambilan keputusan karier menggunakan alat ukur General Decision Making Scale (GDMS). Selain itu pengukuran adaptabilitas karier menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale. Sebanyak 170 lulusan sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang sedang bekerja berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisa memperlihatkan semua gaya pengambilan keputusan berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan adaptabilitas karier. Lalu, hanya gaya pengambilan keputusan rational yang berkorelasi positif dan mendukung adaptabilitas karier di dunia kerja.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study aimed to find the correlation between career decision
making style and career adaptability in workplace. The focus of career decision in
this research is a decision when individuals choose a job. This research wants to
find between five career decision making style, that is rational, intuitive,
dependent, avoidant, and spontaneous which support career adaptability. The
measurement of career decision making style uses General Decision Making Scale

participate in this research. The result shows that five career decision making style
have a significant correlation with career adaptability. Then, only rational career
decision making that have positive correlation and support career adaptability., The purpose of this study aimed to find the correlation between career decision
making style and career adaptability in workplace. The focus of career decision in
this research is a decision when individuals choose a job. This research wants to
find between five career decision making style, that is rational, intuitive,
dependent, avoidant, and spontaneous which support career adaptability. The
measurement of career decision making style uses General Decision Making Scale
(GDMS). Besides that, the measurement of career adaptability uses Career Adapt-
