"This book discusses a number of challenges faced by designers of wireless receivers, given complications caused by the shrinking of electronic and mobile devices circuitry into ever-smaller sizes and the resulting complications on the manufacturability, production yield, and the end price of the products. The authors describe the impact of process technology on the performance of the end product and equip RF designers with countermeasures to cope with such problems. The mechanisms by which these problems arise are analyzed in detail and novel solutions are provided, including design guidelines for receivers with robustness to process variations and details of circuit blocks that obtain the required performance level."

"ABSTRAKTelah dikembangkan sistem magnetic induction menggunakan 12 koil penerima dan pemancar. Eksitasi sinyal sinus dari koil pemancar menyebabkan perubahan medan magnet dan medan listrik pada selang waktu tertentu pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan sinyal sinus dengan frekuensi 2 MHz , perubahan tersebut menyebabkan ggl induksi pada koil penerima. Besarnya ggl induksi tersebut juga dipengaruhi oleh permeabilitas medium anatara koil pemancar dan penerima. Ggl induksi pada koil penerima akan diakuisisi oleh sistem MIT dan dibuat rekonstruksi citranya. Sistem MIT pada penelitian ini yang juga merupakan pengembangan dari sistem MIT dari penelitian sebelumnya yang menggunakan 8 koil. Hasil dari penelitian ini berhasil mendapatkan rekonstruksi citra 2D yang sudah menyerupai bentuk objek sebenarnya namun belum sempurna. Sistem MIT yang telah dibuat menggunakan 12 koil dengan hambatan dalam rata-rata 7 , 100 lilitan, dan panjang koil 4 cm. Jarak antar koil yang berhadap-hadapan adalah 12 cm dan koil disusun melingkar. Objek logam yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa silinder besi kosong dan besi berbentuk kotak.

ABSTRACTMagnetic induction system has been developed using 12 receiving and transmitting coils. The excitation of the sine signal from the transmitting coil causes a change of magnetic field and electric field at a certain time interval in this study using a sine signal with a frequency of 2 MHz , the change causes the induction emf on the receiving coil. The amount of induced emf is also influenced by the permeability of the medium between the transmitting and receiving coil. The induction on the receiving coil will be acquired by the MIT system and its image reconstruction is made. The MIT system in this study is also a development of the MIT system from previous studies using 8 coils. The result of this research succeeded in getting 2D image reconstruction which already resembles the actual object shape but not yet perfect. The MIT system has been made using 12 coils with an average inner resistance of 7 , 100 winding, and 4 cm coil length. The distance between the face coils is 12 cm and the coils are arranged in a circle. The metal objects used in this study are empty iron cylinders and square iron."

"Kepailitan merupakan sita umum atas semua kekayaan debitor pailit yang pengurusan dan pemberesennya dilakukan oleh kurator dibawah pengawasan Hakim Pengawas. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya Kurator memiliki permasalahan saat mengurus harta pailit (boedel) yang diduga dari hasil tindak pidana. Dalam proses penyidikan, penyidik berdasarkan KUHAP berhak untuk melaksanakan penyitaan barang bukti yang akan dibawa kedalam Pengadilan Pidana untuk dibuktikan. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai kedudukan hukum pidana atas sita umum dalam pemberesan harta (boedel) pailit dan kewenangan kurator terhadap harta pailit yang sedang disita dalam perkara pidana. Selama Pengadilan belum mejatuhkan putusan terkait harta pailit tersebut, kurator masih berwenang untuk melakukan tugas pengurusan seperti mendata dan melakukan verifikasi atas kewajiban debitor pailit, maupun melakukan penelitian terhadap aset debitor pailit yang lainnya termasuk terhadap tagihan-tagihan yang dimiliki debitor pailit. Tetapi apabila dari hasil pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh Pengadilan menyatakan harta pailit tersebut benar adanya terbukti mengandung unsur pidana, maka kurator harus menyerahkan harta pailit tersebut kepada penyidik untuk kepentingan perkara pidana maupun untuk kepentingan Negara.

Bankruptcy is a general confiscation of property the debtor's bankruptcy, which is arranged and settlement by the receiver under the supervision of the Supervisory Judge. In carrying out its duties and responsibilities, curators have problems when taking care of bankruptcy assets that allegedly came from the proceeds of crime. In the process of the investigation, the investigator based on the Criminal Code is entitled to carry out the confiscation of evidence that will be brought into the Criminal Court to prove. Issues to be discussed in this research is about the position of a general criminal law on confiscation in bankruptcy assets settlement and curator authority on bankruptcy assets being seized in a criminal case. During the court has not yet made a decision related to the bankruptcy assets, curators are still authorized to perform arrangements tasks such as record and verify the obligations of insolvent debtors, as well as conducting research on assets of the debtor bankrupt the other includes the bills owned by the debtor bankrupt. But if the results of the examination conducted by the Court declare bankruptcy assets are true shown to contain criminal elements, then the curator must submit to the investigator of the bankruptcy assets for the sake of a criminal case or for the interest of the State."

"ABSTRACTPenelitian ini membahas hubungan konsep reciprocitydengan pemberian sampel produk gratis, khususnya pemberian sampel produk gratis secara online melalui situs Home Tester Club. Konsep reciprocitydalam penelitian ini diturunkan kembali menjadi tiga variabel yaitu generosity, menghindari pesan penjualan avoid sales message, dan giving gift. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara reciprocitydengan respon penerima sampel gratis secara online, terutama respon secara langsung direct reciprocity. Meskipun begitu, tidak semua usaha yang dilakukan untuk memicu reciprocitymendatangkan dampak yang sesuai dengan keinginan. Dari penelitian diketahui bahwa usaha untuk mengurangi paparan pesan penjualan tidak berpengaruh dalam memicu reciprocity.

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the relationship between reciprocity concept and free product sample, especially free online product sampling through Home Tester Club website. The concept of reciprocity in this study is reversed into three variables namely generosity, avoid sales messages, and giving gift. This research is quantitative research. The results suggest that there is a correlation between reciprocity with free sample recipient response online, especially direct response direct reciprocity. However, not all attempts made to trigger reciprocity bring the desired effect. From the research note that efforts to reduce exposure to sales messages have no effect in triggering reciprocity."

"Peran gender telah membuat perempuan memiliki tanggung jawab lebih dalam merawat lansia. Di sisi lain, perempuan memiliki tanggung jawab lain sebagai seseorang yang mengurus urusan rumah tangga dan bekerja. Kondisi tersebut dapat memicu konflik peran yang dapat berdampak pada persepsi dan emosinya selama merawat lansia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antara persepsi caregiver terhadap status kognitif lansia dan kekerasan psikologis oleh perempuan bekerja yang merawat lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Cognitive Status Scale milik Pearlin (1990) untuk mengukur persepsi caregiver terhadap status kognitif lansia. Sementara itu, kekerasan psikologis akan diukur menggunakan dua instrumen, yaitu Elder Abuse Scale-Verbal Abuse milik Lin (2020) untuk mengukur kekerasan verbal dan Elder Abuse Scale-Communication Neglect milik Lin (2020) untuk mengukur pengabaian komunikasi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 189 partisipan perempuan yang sudah merawat lansia minimal selama 12 bulan dengan minimal durasi merawat sebanyak 2 jam perminggu, dan bekerja dengan durasi minimal 20 jam perminggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara persepsi caregiver terhadap status kognitif lansia dan kekerasan verbal. Namun, ditemukan hubungan antara persepsi caregiver terhadap status kognitif lansia dan pengabaian komunikasi.

The emerging gender role has made women have more responsibility in caring for the elderly. On the other hand, women still have other responsibilities to take care of household affairs and work. This condition can trigger conflicts of roles that can impact their perceptions and emotions while caring for the elderly. This research examines the relationship between caregivers' perception of older care receivers' cognitive status and psychological abuse by working women caregivers. This research used Pearlin's Cognitive Status Scale (1990) to measure caregivers’ perception of older care receivers’ cognitive status. Meanwhile, psychological abuse will be measured using two instruments, namely Lin's Elder Abuse Scale-Verbal Abuse (2020) to measure verbal abuse and Lin's Elder Abuse Scale-Communication Neglect (2020) to measure communication neglect. This research consists of 189 female participants caring for the elderly for at least 12 months, with a minimum duration of caring 2 hours per week, and working with a minimum duration of 20 hours per week. The result shows no relationship between caregivers' perception of older care receivers' cognitive status and verbal abuse. However, the researcher found a relationship between caregivers’ perceptions of older care receivers’ cognitive and communication neglect."
