"The goal of the project is to provide the polish scientific community with an IT platform based on grid computer clusters, enabling e-science research in various fields. The created infrastructure is both compatible and interoperable with existing european and worldwide grid frameworks. The system ensures scalability and enables the integration of additional local clusters, belonging to universities, research institutions and technology platforms. This state-of-the-art survey describes the experience and the scientific results obtained by project partners as well as the outcome of research and development activities carried out within the Polish Infrastructure for Information Science Support in the European Research Space PL-Grid (PL-Grid 2011), held in December 2011 in Krakow, Poland. The 26 papers are organized in topical sections on : eclipse parallel tools platform integrated with QosCosGrid, the migrating desktop, science gateways based on the vine toolkit, the gridspace experiment platform, and the InSilico-Lab environment."

"Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perindustrian biasanya menerapkan prinsip ekonomi dalam hal yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan industrinya. Efisiensi teknis perlu dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Langkah awal penerapan efisiensi ini pada perencanaan bangunan industri itu sendiri karena merupakan basis utama penerapan efisiensi dalam kegiatan perindustrian. "Tulisan ini membahas upaya Persatuan Bulutangkis Seluruh Indonesia (PBSI) dalam meningkatkan prestasi Bulu Tangkis Nasional Putra pada masa kepemimpinan Ferry Sonneville dalam kurun waktu 1981-1985. Pada masa ini, kondisi bulu tangkis Indonesia mengalami kondisi yang surut. Kekalahan Indonesia pada Piala Thomas 1982 terhadap Republik Rakyat Tiongkok menjadi ancaman supremasi Indonesia dalam bulu tangkis. Persoalan regenerasi, sarana dan prasarana, sertanya kurangnya perhatian terhadap klub bulu tangkis menjadi akibat dari menurunnya prestasi bulu tangkis Indonesia. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, PBSI akhirnya membuat suatu kebijakan dengan memfokuskan pembibitan bagi generasi-generasi muda, melalui pengadaan kejuaran nasional diberbagai daerah, pendirian pusat pendidikan dan latihan, serta penerapan kebijakan collective contract. Dapat disimpulkan, bahwa pembinaan dan pengembangan oleh PBSI era Ferry Sonneville cukup membawa angin segar bagi dunia bulutangkis Indonesia karena keberhasilannya dalam merebut kembali Piala Thomas 1984. Tulisan ini menggunakan kaidah dalam metode tulisan sejarah dengan sumber-sumber yang berasal dari buku, surat kabar sezaman, artikel terkait yang dihimpun secara luring maupun daring.

This paper discusses the efforts of the Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) in maintaining the achievements of Men's National Badminton during the leadership of Ferry Sonneville in the period 1981-1985. At this time, the condition of Indonesian badminton experienced a receding condition. Indonesia's defeat in the 1982 Thomas Cup against the People's Republic of China threatened Indonesia's supremacy in badminton. Problems of regeneration, facilities and infrastructure, as well as lack of attention to badminton clubs are the result of the decline in Indonesia's badminton achievements. In overcoming these problems, PBSI finally made a policy by focusing on breeding for young generations, through the procurement of national championships in various regions, the establishment of education and training centers, and the application of collective contract policies. It can be concluded, that the coaching and development by PBSI in the Ferry Sonneville era was enough to bring fresh air to the world of Indonesian badminton because of its success in reclaiming the 1984 Thomas Cup. This paper uses the rules in the historical writing method with sources from books, contemporaneous newspapers, related articles collected offline and online."
