However in the implementation of democratic ontology is mostly affected by the values of the truth and also the attitude of human being to the others in the society. It tends to follow the normative language which relates to the meaning of the truth and attitude of the human being obeyed by a certain society."

"Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan konsepsi demokrasi agonistik Mouffe dengan menjejakkan ontologi dari dimensi politikal secara posfondasional. Demokrasi agonistik yang dicanangkan oleh Chantal Mouffe menjadi oponen utama dari demokrasi deliberatif. Mouffe menuduh para pemikir demokrasi liberal, baik dari Rawlsian atau Habermasian, luput dalam melihat dimensi politik (political) yang otonom. Hal ini dikarenakan kerangka demokrasi liberalisme melucuti politik dengan menyeretnya ke ranah perdebatan antara ekonomi atau moralitas. Gagasan politik yang dipahami Mouffe adalah dimensi antagonistik yang selalu ada saat bermasyarakat. Dimensi antagonistik adalah kemungkinan akan terjadinya gesekan sosial dalam bentuk kekerasan. Maka, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan refleksi filosofis terhadap definisi politik yang diajukan oleh Mouffe. Refleksi filosofis ini berupa pemeriksaan koherensi antara konsep-konsep dasar demokrasi agonistik Mouffe. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa gagasan Mouffe atas dimensi politik yang berkelaluan (ever-present) di dalam sosial merupakan penunjang kuat, dan bahkan boleh dikatakan inti dari, praktik demokrasi. Meski demikian, solusi praktikal yang ditawarkan ini mempunyai kelemahan secara teoritis: 1) Kontribusi agonisme dalam mendalami kembali apa yang dimaksud dengan politikal, 2) kritik melihat demokrasi agonistik hanya sebagai komitmen etiko- politis dan sebagai sekadar teori normativitas, 3) dimensi ontologi politik yang tidak kuat dan tumpang tindih dengan ekonomi, moralitas, atau rasionalitas. Maka dari itu, artikel ini akan berargumen bahwa ontologi dari demokrasi agonistik Mouffe harus dijejakkan secara posfondasional untuk menjawab keraguan dari para skeptis.

This article aims to strengthen Mouffe's conception of agonistic democracy by putting the political dimension in postfoundationalism ontology. The agonistic democracy that is advocated by Chantal Mouffe to be the main opponent of deliberative democracy. Mouffe argues liberal democratic thinkers, whether from Ralwsian or Habermasian, of missing the point to see the political dimension as autonomous field. This is due to the liberalism demoractic framework strips political out its dimension into matter of economics or morality. The political idea that Mouffe has in mind is an ever-present antagonistic dimension whenever society comes into play. Then, antagonistic dimension is a possibility of social friction manifested as violence. Thus, this article aims to provide a philosophical reflection on the definition of political proposed by Mouffe. This philosophical reflection takes the form of an examination of coherency between the basic concepts of Mouffe's agonistic democracy. This article finds that the idea Mouffe on the ever-present political dimension in society is a strong foundation, and one might even say the essence of, democratic practice. However, this practical solution has theoretical weaknesses: 1) Re- examining the contribution from agonism on what it means by political, 2) critics see agonistic democracy only as an ethico-political commitment and as a mere theory of normativy, 3) the dimension of political ontology is not strong enough in itself and overlaps with economics, morality, or rationality. Therefore, this article will argue that ontology of Mouffe's agonistic democracy should be based on postfoundational to answer its doubts."

"E-Learning content being a barrier for e-learning is no longer true on today's Internet. The current concerns are how to effectively annotate and organize the available content (both textual and non texrual) to facilitate effective sharing, reusability and customization. In this paper, we explain a component - oriented approach to organize content in an ontology. we also illustrate our-3tier e-learning content management architecture and relevant interfaces. We use a simple yet intuitive example to succussfully demonstrate the current working prototype which is capable of compiling personalized course materials. The e - learning system explainedt here used the said ontology."

"Klasifikasi dokumen adalah sebuah metode untuk menentukan suatu dokumen termasuk ke suatu kategori secara otomatis berdasarkan isi dokumen. Metode Naïve Bayes dan ontologi merupakan metode klasifikasi dokumen teks yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa artikel berita berbahasa Indonesia dari situs http://www.kompas.com. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lima kategori dalam domain olahraga untuk melakukan klasifikasi dokumen, yaitu kategori bulutangkis, basket, otomotif, sepakbola, dan tenis. Klasifikasi dokumen dengan menggunakan ontologi dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai kemiripan diantara dokumen dan sebuah node yang ada di ontologi. Sebuah dokumen diklasifikasikan ke sebuah kategori atau node, jika memiliki nilai kemiripan paling tinggi diantara semua node yang ada di ontologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ontologi dapat digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi dokumen. Nilai recall, precision, dan f-measure untuk klasifikasi dokumen menggunakan ontologi berturut-turut adalah 97.03%, 91.63%, dan 94.02%.

Document classification is a method for determine document category automatically based on contents of document. In this research, we use Naïve Bayes and Ontology method for document classification. Mass media in Bahasa Indonesia is used as data in this research. Data is taken from http//www.kompas.com. We uses five category in sports domain for document classification that comprise with bulutangkis, basketball, automotive, soccer, and tennis category. Document classification uses ontology can be done with compare similarity value between document and a node in ontology. A document can classified to a category or node, if a document has highest similarity value between all node in ontology. In this research indicate that ontology can used for document classification. Recall, precision, and f-measure value for document classification using ontology in a row are 97.03%, 91.63%, and 94.02%."
