"Background: In the Decree of the Minister of Health on the National Immunisation Movement accceleration Universal Child Immunizaton 2010-2014 (GAIN UCI 2010-2014) stated that the general problems of decline in immunization coverage and quality of service were caused by several things, one of which is the lack of quantity, quality and distribution of human resource. Methods: A cross-sectional mix-method study to investige human resouces in vaccine management had been conductited in two provinces in 2012. Primary data were collection by interviewing stakeholders thorughly, secondary data collectin and observation were also carried out. Analysis was done by scoring for data concerning education, length of employment, training experience and knowledge. Result: The number of Vaccine management officers are still lacking. While the immunization guidelines required minimal two offices for for each health centers. Officers' kwoledge in primary health centers is still inadequate, especially in terms of the vaccine and Coldchain (Ice Lined Refrigerators). Ofiicers at Provincial Helath Officehad been trained in vaccine managemnt, but not all officers at District Health Office and Primary Health Centers ha received training yet. Suggestion: This study suggests the addition of the quantity and quality of human resounce in vaccine management, because the office can affect the quality of the vacine, because vassines need a special handling to mainain the quality to provide immunity and Prevent the occurence of diseases that can be prevented by imunization (PD3I)."

"Seiring dengan adanya tuntutan masyarakat akan penerapan good governance dan tuntutan akan pelayanan pubiik yang berkualitas, demokratisasi dan pengakuan hak hak azasi manusia, serta giobalisasi dan berlakunya era perdagangan bebas akan melahirkan tuntutan terhadap peiayanan yang berkualitas agar supaya tetap eksis dan mampu bersaing, Begitu juga di bidang kesehatan yang merupakan suatu kebutuhan tampak tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan kesehatan telah bergeser kearah yang lebih berkualitas. Pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar yang diperlukan setiap orang maka puskesrnas sebagai penyelenggara pelayanan publik hendaknya dapat memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memenuhi keburuhan masyarakat. Selain itu, saat ini masyarakat semakin menyadari hak-haknya sebagai konsumen kesehatan. Sehingga seringkali mereka secara kritis nempertanyakan tentang penyakit, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, serta tindakan yang akan diambil berkenaan dengan penyakitnya.
Puskesmas yang merupakan ujung tombak terdepan dalam pembangunan kesehatan, mempunyai peran cukup besar dalarn upaya mencapai tujuan pembanguna kesehatan, untuk itu diperlukan suatu penilaian kinerja puskesmas yaitu suatu upaya untuk melakukan penilaian hasil kerja/prestasi puskesmas. Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan puskesmas belum pemah dilakukan di Kota Tangerang, sehingga puskesmas belum dapat mengukur sejauh mana pelayanan yang diberikan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan atau harapan masyarakat. Selama ini penilaian puskesmas baru terpusat pada keberhasilan pencapaian program dart penampilan fisik akan tetapi dari aspek pasien sebagai pengguna jasa pelayanan belum pemah diukur.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah didapatkannya gambaran hubungan antara pemenuhan hak pasien dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan puskesrnas di Kota Tartgerang tahun 2007. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Tangerang dari bulan Mei sampai Juni 2007. Sampel penelitian adalah 270 pasien di 10 puskesmas di Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan penilaian baik terhadap kualitas pelayanann di puskesmas (79,6%). Dari hasil analisis peranan hak pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan di puskesmas terdapat hubungan yang positif, dimana pasien yang tepenuhi halmya memberi penilaian baik terhadap kualitas pelayanan puskesmas. Saran kepada Dinas Kesehatan, agar dalarn penilaian kinerja puskesmas hendaknya memasukkan unsur penilaian pa.sien. Saran unrtuk puskesmas, hasil survey dapat dijadikan evaluasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan.

As the public begun to claim the practice of good governance and good quality of public services, democratization, and recognition of human's rights, and also globalization, and validity of free trade era will bear the claim of good quality of service in order to keep exist and able to compete. Also in health aspect, a need of health service is one of basic needs, that is why puskesmas as the public service operator must be able to give service quality which can satisfy the needs of public.
Puskesrnas which is the pioneer of health development have a big role in the effort to reach the purpose of health development, so that, a work evaluation of puskesmas is needed to give the evaluation of puskesmas achievement. The evaluation of puskesmas service quality has never been done before, that is why puskesmas never be able to evaluate how good the service they give to satisfy the public's needs. Until today, puskesmas' evaluations focus on the success of program accession and physical appearance never from the patients as the consumer of service.
The purpose of this research is to get a picture of association between patien's right fulfillment and quality of health care at community health center in Tangerang City,2007. The sample of this research were 270 patients in 10 puskesmas in Kota Tangerang. Descriptive quantitative with cross sectional research design is used as a method in this research.
The result showed good evaluation of the service quality in Puskesrnas. From the result of patient's rights role to the service quality in puskesmas showed a good correlation where patients that got their rights gave good grades to quality of puskesmas service. Suggestion to health Department is to put the patients evaluation in the puskesmas evaluation as the consumer of the service. Suggestion to puskesmas is to use the result of survey as the evaluation to the quality of service.

"Praktik kerja profesi di Puskesmas Kecamtan Setiabudi Jakarta Selatan Periode Bulan Juli Tahun 2018 bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku dan dalam bidang kesehatan masyarakat: memiliki pengetahuan, ketrampilan, sikap perilaku (professionalisme) serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata (reality) untuk melakukan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas; melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas; memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan (problem solving) praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas dan mampu berkomunikasi serta berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. Praktik kerja profesi ini ditunjang dengan tugas khusus yaitu Pembuatan Poster dan Stiker Waktu Penggunaan Obat di Puskesmas Kecamtan Setiabudi Jakarta Selatan. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan terkait edukasi menggunakan obat dengan waktu yang tepat kepada mayarakat, khususnya di Kecamatan Setiabudi.

The aims of intership at Public Helath Center of Setiabudi Districts South Jakarta Month Period of November 2018 to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in Primary Health in accordance with applicable laws and ethics; had the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practice issues to doing profession practices in Primary Health observation and learn the strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice in Primary Health; and being able to communicate and interact with other health care personnel who are on duty at the clinic. Student had internship at Setiabudi Primary Health for two weeks from November 5th, 2018 until November 16th, 2018. In this intership also have a special assignment that was Making Poster and Sticker about Using Drugs in the appropiate time at Public Health Center of Setiabudi. The aims of special assignment are to provide the information to the public especially a peoples in Setiabudi Primary Health abouth Using Drugs in the appropiate time."

"Penyakit COVID-19 memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap berbagai sektor di Indonesia, sehingga dibutuhkan upaya pencegahan seperti vaksin. Agar potensi dari vaksin tersebut tetap maksimal, diperlukan pengelolaan yang tepat agar mutu dan kualitas vaksin COVID-19 tetap terjamin. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengelolaan vaksin COVID-19 di Seksi Kefarmasian Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam. Validasi data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan triangulasi sumber yaitu dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan berbagai macam informan dan triangulasi metode dengan melakukan observasi proses pengelolaan vaksin di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan vaksin COVID-19 di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta sudah cukup baik karena hampir seluruh proses pengelolaannya sudah sesuai dengan pedoman Petunjuk Teknis Vaksinasi COVID-19 yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan.

The COVID-19 disease has had a major impact on various sectors in Indonesia, so prevention efforts such as vaccines are needed. In order for the potential of the vaccine to remain maximal, proper management is needed so that the quality and quality of the COVID-19 vaccine is guaranteed. Therefore, this study aims to determine the description of the management of the COVID-19 vaccine in the Pharmaceutical Section of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office in 2021. The type of research used in this study was qualitative with in-depth interview methods. Validation of the data in this study by triangulating sources, namely by conducting interviews with various informants and triangulating methods by observing the vaccine management process at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office and reviewing documents. The results showed that the management of the COVID-19 vaccine at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office was quite good because almost the entire management process was in accordance with the guidelines for the COVID-19 Vaccination Technical Instructions issued by the Ministry of Health."
