"Lubricant oil has been important part of a vehicle's machine. There had been many brands of lubricant oil since in 2001 government released regulation concerned of supply and service of lubricant oil. As a result, Pertamina's market share of lubricating oil had been decreased. This caused also because competition in lubricant business, not merely seen from its just quality, however seen as a whole through lubricant brand images. The research purpose was to identify the brand image of Meditran lubricant to customer loyalty. In other words, it attempted to observe whether there was the influence of brand image dimensions (attribute and benefit) on the customer loyalty. The research was conducted by collecting the data using the survey method. In order to get the data support this research, the writer distributed 75 questionnaires, consisting 15 questions related to all the indicators. While the samples were selected based on the judgemental sampling method. To find out the effect brand images as the independent variable, to the customer loyalty as dependent variable, writer applied factor analysis, as well as multiple linear regression method. The results came up with a number of hypotheses. Generally, the result suggested that all dimensions that build brand image had a significant positive effect to the customer loyalty."

"Dengan adanya banyak factor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan terhadap Bank Syariah, peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh dari kepercayaan, kepuasan pelanggan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kepada Bank Syariah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepercayaan, kepercayaan berpangaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap citra perusahaan sedangkan untuk kepuasan pelanggan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

With many factors that are affect on Customer Loyalty in Islamic Banking, researchers want to know how Trust, Customer Satisfaction and Image affecting Customer Loyalty in Islamic Banking. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The results show that image has a significant and positive effect on trust, trust has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on image and customer satisfaction does not has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

"Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efek dari Corporate Social Responsibility CSR terhadap Citra Perusahaan dan Ekuitas Merek di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilengkapi dengan contoh studi kasus Bank BRI sebagai perusahaan bank terbesar di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur mana konstruk yang mempengaruhi citra perusahaan dan ekuitas merek dan untuk mensimulasikan langkah strategis yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Convenience sampling digunakan untuk penelitian ini dan sampel terdiri sekitar wilayah Jabodetabek. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan software Statistical Package for Social Science SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memang CSR dan kepuasan pelanggan mempengaruhi citra perusahaan dan ekuitas merek.

The focus of this study is to examine the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility CSR on Corporate Reputation and Brand Equity Role of BRI Peduli in Indonesia. This research is completed with a case study example of BRI as the largest banking in Indonesia. Moreover, this research aims to measure a construct that affect corporate reputation and brand equity and to simulate the strategic move that may be implemented to improve the company rsquo s performance. Convenience sampling was used for this research and the samples consist around Jabodetabek area. The hypotheses are tested using Statistical Package for Social Science SPSS version 23. The results show that indeed CSR and customer satisfaction influences corporate reputation and brand equity."

"Berkembangnya bisnis taksi di Jakarta yang tidak diimbangi dengan system pelayanan yang balk membuat persaingan di bisnis ini hanya dikuasai oleh sedikit merek dari banyaknya merek taksi yang beroperasi di Jakarta. Tingkat persaingan yang tidak imbang membuat pelaku bisnis taksi mencoba untuk merebut pasar dengan Cara-cara yang tidak baik walaupun cara tersebut tidak melanggar hukum, misalnya dengan meniru penampilan fisik dari market leader. Saat ini banyak pengusaha taksi yang hanya meniru ciri fisik penampilan saja tanpa diikuti oleh peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Hal ini bisa dimaklumi karena pada saat ini belum ada standar kulaitas pelayanan yang berlaku dalam bisnis taksi ini. Dengan tidak adanya sistem pelayanan yang standar membuat pelanggan hanya pasrah dan menerima saja baik atau buruk pelayanan yang diberikan oleh penyedia jasa taksi. Bahkan pelanggan cenderung berhati-hati dalam memilih taksi berkaitan dengan buruknya image pelayanan taksi di Jakarta.
Agar bisa bersaing para pengusaha taksi harus bisa memahami apa yang harus dilakukan untuk dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan agar mereka bisa menjalin hubungan yang balk dan bisa menjadikan mereka Ioyal. Aspek ketidak berwujudan dari suatu hubungan merupakan suatu nilai tambah yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi suatu keunggulan kompetitif yang tidak mudah ditiru oleh pesaing. Menjalin ikatan yang kuat dengan pelanggan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kualitas hubungan (Bruggen, Kacker, dan Nieuwlaat, 2001). Tingginya tingkat kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan komitmen pelanggan adalah karakteristik penting bagi kualitas hubungan yang berkualitas tinggi dan berjangka panjang (Anderson dan Narus, 1990; Coleman dan Robicheaux, 1994; Morgan dan Hunt, 1994).
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur dimensi kualitas jasa taksi dengan metode SEROUAL yang kemudian dihubungkan kepada loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan dan komitmen pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui survei terhadap 170 responden pengguna taksi yang tersebar di wilayah Jakarta. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diproses dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan SPSS 12.0 for Windows.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan ternyata dari lima dimensi kualitas jasa yang ada dalam metode SERVOUAL baru dua saja yang memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, yaitu Assurance dan Eniphaty. Penampilan fisik atau tangible yang selama ini menjadi fokus para pengusaha taksi, ternyata tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Walau demikian, kepuasan pelanggan menyeluruh terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepercayaan, komitmen dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dari penelitian ini dapat disusun implikasi manajerial yang bisa dijadikan pedoman bagi pengusaha taksi untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas dimensi jasanya yang saat ini masih belum baik agar bisa bersaing dengan perusahaan taksi yang lain, sehingga pelangganpun mempunyai lebih banyak pilihan merek taksi yang dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik.

The growth of the taxi business in Jakarta does not come with the well-standardized procedure of service. Therefore there are only few companies left in the competition. Thus there are only several companies are taking part of this public transportation business base on hundred registered companies. With the rapid growth of the public transportation business have created several taxi services engage to the unfair conduct; Even though, they do not cross any guideline or law. For the example; some companies have created their vehicles similar with the leading competitor such as body appearance. However, they cannot deliver best service to the passengers as their well know competitor. That circumstance can be found because they have lack of knowledge on customer standard quality. All of these conditions have made the passengers intend to select the taxi service very carefully, without the standardized on quality standard often the passenger always get the unpleasant consequences.
The taxi companies need to recognize how to improve their performance to their clients. They need to deliver best quality of service to their clients, in order to satisfy their passengers. The taxi companies have to create good relationship with their customer. 13y delivering the best service and maintained good relationship with their clients, the companies has made their clients loyal to them. All of these aspects above have created the brand image which can not be easily copy by other competitors. In order to have relationship with their customer, the companies need to improve their quality of relationship to their clients (Bruggen, Kacker, and Nieuwlaat, 2001). The highest satisfaction, trust, and the committed customer are characteristic to maintain their best quality of service and long-term relationship with their customer (Anderson and Narus, 1990; Coleman and Robicheaux, 1994; Morgan and Hunt, 1994).
This research is perform in order to measure the quality of dimension of the taxi service based the SERQUAL method in which connected to the customer-loyalty trust and the commitment of the customer. The research is taken by several surveys based on one hundred seventy correspondents which are the customer of the taxi service in Jakarta. All these data are gathered, processed, and analyzed using SPSS 12.0 for windows.
The final result of this research has determined five points the quality of dimension of service. Which is come form SERVQUAL, and it is only can be found of two methods such as Assurance and Empathy, The physical attraction or the tangible which usually become the focus of the taxi service companies does not have any significant relationship to the customer satisfaction. However, the customer satisfactions determine to have the positive impact on trust, commitment, and loyalty to their taxi service. This research can create managerial implication on the taxi service. The necessary action need to be taken by taxi companies in order to give their customer the flexibility to choose any taxi companies as they want and desire.

"ABSTRAK
Pasar kedai kopi berkembang secara global di Indonesia. Saat ini pasar kedai kopi di Indonesia didominasi oleh merek terbesar dan ternama yaitu Starbucks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran dan citra merek kedai kopi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Survei dilakukan dengan responden terpilih yang telah mengunjungi kedai kopi setidaknya sekali dalam seminggu. Analisis regresi dilakukan dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari 174 responden. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa faktor produk dan factor harga merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi citra merek. Faktor orang dan faktor proses memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan sangat terpengaruh oleh faktorharga. Studi ini memberikan dasar untuk strategi pemasaran bagi perusahaan yang akan meluncurkan atau menjalankan merek coffee shop di Jakarta, Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
Coffee shop market is growing globally and in Indonesia as well. Currently coffee shop market in Indonesia is dominated by a giant global chain coffee shop brand, Starbucks. The current study aims to find out the effect of marketing mix and brand image of coffee shop on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The survey was conducted with the purposively chosen customers who have visited coffee shop at least once a week. The regression analysis was performed with the data collected from 174 respondents. The findings revealed that product factor and price factor are important factors affecting the brand image. People factor and process factor had big effect on customer satisfaction. Customer loyalty was affected highly by price factor. This study provides the base for marketing strategy for companies that would launch or run coffee shop brand at Jakarta, Indonesia."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pelanggan merek mobil Toyota di dealer authorized Toyota Margonda Depok dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling serta teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan linear regression. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Citra merek memiliki hubungan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 49.2% dan sisanya sebesar 50.8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

The objective of this research is to analyze how the effect of brand image toward customer loyalty. This research applied quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 100 customers Toyota Brand at dealer authorized Toyota Margonda Depok, collected using non-probability sampling and purposive technique. This research used questionnaire as research instrument and analyzed with linear regression. The result of this research indicate that brand image have a very strong effect toward customer loyalty. Brand image effect customer loyalty equal to 49.2%, and the residue equal to 50.8% effected by some other factor."
