"The Indonesian spatiotemporal cloud cover distribution was quantified with the aid of GMS, Landsat and SPOT data. Iterative interactive factorial analyses grouped pixels with similar profiles into 18 classes for all land areas. For each class, statistics of Landsat and SPOT images, grouped by class, were used to verify, calibrate and improve class profiles. This led to quantified temporal profiles of probability of acquiring remotely sensed data with 10, 20, and 30 percent cloud cover, for any Indonesian land area."

"Penelitian bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pemeriksaan jarak jauh BPK berdasarkan panduan pemeriksaan jarak jauh yang dikeluarkan oleh BPK pada awal pandemi COVID 19 tahun 2020 dan 2021. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi dokumen pemeriksaan, pengamatan atas pelaksanaan pemeriksaan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian pemeriksaan jarak jauh telah direncanakan dan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan panduan, sehingga hasil pemeriksaan tetap berkualitas. Pemeriksaan dengan metode jarak jauh tidak mengurangi ketepatan waktu penyusunan laporan hasil pemeriksaan sehingga prosedur pemeriksaan jarak jauh tetap dapat dipertahankan pada pasca Covid.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the BPK remote audit based on the remote audit guide issued by the BPK at the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021. The analysis was conducted by evaluating the audit document, observing the audit implementation, and interviewing. The results show that the remote audit had been planned and carried out by the guidelines so that the audit results remain of high quality. Auditing with the remote method does not affect the timeliness of preparing audit reports so that remote audit procedures can still be maintained post-Covid."

"Seiring perkembangan teknologi, otomatisasi telah dilakukan dalam berbagai bidang. Hampir seluruh otomatisasi yang dilakukan bertujuan menghemat waktu yang dibutuhkan dan mengurangi human error dalam suatu proses. Registrasi citra merupakan salah satu proses penting dalam aplikasi remote sensing, akan tetapi proses ini masih sering dilakukan secara manual oleh para expert. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dibahas mengenai metodologi dan alogritma-algoritma yang digunakan untuk melakukan registrasi citra secara otomatis. Metodologi registrasi citra yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga tahap. Tahap pertama bertujuan untuk mencari control points(CP) dari suatu citra, tahap ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan algoritma harris corner detector. Tahap kedua bertujuan untuk menemukan pasangan CP, tahap ini dilakukan dengan algoritma template matching dan combined invariants based sebagai similarity measurenya. Tahap ketiga bertujuan untuk menghilangkan pasangan CP yang tidak valid, tahap ini dilakukan dengan melakukan perhitungan Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Metodologi ini telah berhasil diujicobakan pada citra hasil foto udara daerah pedesaan dan daerah suburban serta citra landsat danau Tahoe di Nevada, Amerika."
