"PT Adaro Logistics menyadari akan kebutuhan terhadap implementasi Enterprise Content Management ECM System untuk mendukung berjalannya implementasi sistem manajemen PT Adaro Logistics yang baru saja terbentuk pada pertengahan tahun 2013 dan bertanggung jawab terhadap lima unit bisnis logistik perairan menginginkan adanya tata kelola dokumen yang baik dan terstandarisasi sesuai kebutuhan dari sistem manajemen yang digunakan di masing masing unit bisnis Namun perbedaan tipe karakteristik dan proses dari seluruh unit bisnis dan kurangnya proses penerimaan ECM menjadikan pertimbangan penulis untuk mengusulkan adanya strategi implementasi ECM Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan soft system methodology dalam menyusun strategi implementasi ECM yang dipadukan dengan teori teori pendukung seperti content maturity model dan content audit yang dikembangkan oleh O 39 Callaghan Smiths Penelitian ini menghasilkan 24 aktivitas yang diturunkan dari 14 aktivitas utama di dalam model konseptual 24 aktivitas tersebut menjadi strategi implementasi ECM pada bidang usaha layanan logistik perairan dengan studi kasus PT Adaro Logistics Strategi tersebut dapat dijadikan acuan dasar yang membantu PT Adaro Logistics mengejar pencapaian implementasi ECM hingga akhir tahun 2015.

"Skripsi ini membahas Gambaran Pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Logistik Barang Umum RSUD Kota Depok Bulan April - Juni 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan sistem. Input yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah prosedur, struktur organisasi, SDM dan sarana dan prasarana, sedangkan prosesnya menggunakan siklus manajemen logistik yaitu perencanaan, penganggaran, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan dan pengendalian. Hasil dari penelitian ini unsur-unsur dari input yang memiliki permasalahan paling dominan adalah prosedur, SDM dan fasilitas penyimpanan. Sedangkan, unsur-unsur dari proses yang memiliki permasalahan paling dominan adalah perencanaan, penyimpanan dan pengendalian. Hal tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya permasalahan pada output yaitu berupa kekosongan dan penumpukan barang di gudang umum. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu perbaikan hingga perubahan pada setiap unsur dari masingmasing level.

The focus of this study is Description about Implementation of General Goods Logistics Management System at RSUD Kota Depok in April-June 2014. This research is qualitative research and use system aproach. The input in this research are prosedure, structure of organitation, human resources and fasilities, and for process are planning, budgeting, procurement, storage, distribution, maintenance and controlling.

The result of this research shows elements of input that have the most dominant issue are from prosedure, human resources and storage facilities. Meanwhile, elements of process that have the most dominant issues are from planning, storage of goods, and controlling. This causes problems of stockout and overstock in general warehouse. Therefore, they need an improvement to the change at each element from each level in logistic system at RSUD Kota Depok."

"PowerPoint application has become learning first choice at the presentation session. However, this type of application is not effective enough to be used of the class since the students only know the general point of the learning content. Therefore PowerPoint needs a media to help lecturer present more detail of the learning content. This media is video. Employing video, lecturer records whole session activities, and then play it simultaneously with PowerPoint n presentation and hence, anybody else could review the whole content of learning Video-Multimedia Presentation Synchronization System (ViMPreSS) is a Content Management System (CMS) that uses SMIL to synchronize and integrate PowerPoint presentation and video files. This paper describes ViM'PreSS, its architecture, design, and its performance evaluation. Performance evaluation tests show that the time required to upload presentation and video files does not correlate linearly with the size of the files. One of the factors which influences this result is competition between clients to access the server. User evaluation tests also point out that user acceptance level to the system on average is 75% evaluation."

Pada akhir tahun 2016 ADA memperkenalkan ADA Knowledge Base, sebuah Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan, untuk dimanfaatkan karyawan sebagai wadah bagi untuk saling berbagi pengalaman dan pembelajaran. Namun hingga satu tahun sejak diperkenalkan, angka partisipasi karyawan terhadap ADA Knowledge Base, masih rendah. Hal ini diukur berdasarkan perbandingan antara jumlah artikel dengan jumlah proyek pengeboran sumur lahan minyak dimana Air Drilling Associates (ADA) beroperasi, sesuai instruksi CEO.Untuk dapat menerapkan dan meraih keuntungan dari penerapan Manajemen Pengetahuan, dibutuhkan sebuah strategi Manajemen Pengetahuan. Sebuah strategi dibutuhkan untuk implementasi Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan yang merupakan pendukung Manajemen Pengetahuan.Disusun dengan menggunakan pendekatan Soft System Methodology dan teori Manajemen Pengetahuan, penelitian ini menghasilkan strategi implementasi Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan untuk diterapkan di Air Drilling Accosiates.

Just as companies in the oil and gas industry, Air Drilling Associates (ADA) also feel the urgency to utilize Knowledge Management to facilitate resilience in a dynamic and competitive business environment. By the end of 2016 ADA introduces the ADA Knowledge Base, a Knowledge Management System, for employee to be utilized as a platform for sharing experiences and learning. However, up to one year since its introduction, the employee participation rate against ADA Knowledge Base is still low. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko sampai dengan pemilihan strategi perlakuan risiko pada tahap implementasi sistem ERP di Perum BULOG. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone diagram serta pemeringkatan risiko menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP. Penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasikan sembilan belas faktor risiko pada tahap implementasi sistem ERP di Perum BULOG. Berdasar hasil evaluasi risiko, diperoleh dua faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak tinggi, lima belas faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak sedang, dan dua faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak rendah. Analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone diagram berhasil menemukan lima akar masalah, yaitu perencanaan strategis yang tidak efektif, rekayasa ulang proses bisnis yang tidak memadai, keahlian dan pengetahuan yang terbatas, sistem yang kompleks, dan sosialisasi yang terbatas.

The objective of this research is identify risk factors to selection of appropriate risk treatment strategies in the ERP system implementation in Perum BULOG. This research uses a qualitative approach with causal analysis using fishbone diagram and risk rating using the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP . This research has identified nineteen risk factors of the ERP system implementation in Perum BULOG. Based on a risk assessment, there are two risk factors with high impact rating, fifteen risk factors with moderate impact rating, and two risk factors with low impact rating. Causal analysis using the fishbone diagram success to find five root of the problems, namely an ineffective strategic planning, inadequate business process reengineering, limited skills and knowledge, complexity of the system, and limited socialization."

"Laporan magang ini berisi pembahasan mengenai evaluasi terhadap penerapan manajemen proyek terintegrasi pada proyek implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning di PT HOPE, sebuah perusahaan penyedia jasa keuangan berbasis teknologi digital di Indonesia. Proyek ini melibatkan PT INFO sebagai konsultan teknologi dan pengembang sistem ERP PT HOPE. Tujuan proyek adalah mengintegrasikan sistem informasi akuntansi PT HOPE dengan WISH Holdings Inc. sebagai entitas induk. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian terhadap kelengkapan komponen dan kesesuaian dengan tujuan setiap proses pada manajemen proyek terintegrasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen proyek terintegrasi telah diterapkan pada keseluruhan proyek. Namun, terdapat ketidaksesuaian pada proses pemantauan dan penutupan proyek yang berdampak pada kelancaran operasi sistem setelah Go-Live dilakukan, sehingga dirumuskan rekomendasi yang bisa diterapkan pada proyek-proyek lainnya. Bagian akhir laporan magang ini berisi refleksi diri berdasarkan pengalaman yang dijalani selama magang karya akhir serta rencana pengembangan diri usai laporan magang ditulis.

This internship report contains discussion over the evaluation of project integration management practice within the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system at PT HOPE, a digital technology-based financial services provider in Indonesia. This project involved PT INFO as the technology consultant and developer of the system for PT HOPE. The objective was to integrate accounting information system between PT HOPE and Wish Holdings Inc. as its holding entity. Evaluation is performed through an assessment over component completeness and conformity with the objective of each project integration management process. The result showed that project integration management had been practiced throughout the whole project. Though a number of discrepancies were identified in the monitoring and closing processes of the project that impacted system operation after Go-Live, thus recommendations were formulated to be applicable in other projects. The last part of the report contains self-reflection based on the experiences gained during the internship accompanied by a self-development plan to be carried out after this report is completed."

Langkah-langkah yang dipakai sehingga menghasilkan prioritas proses manajemen pengetahuan adalah dengan menggunakan solusi manajemen pengetahuan yang melihat faktor kontingensi yang ada di organisasi sehingga dapat teridentifikasi kebutuhan manajemen pengetahuan yang spesifik untuk organisasi saat ini dan fasilitas untuk pengembangan sistem manajemen pengetahuan.

Proses pengembangan setiap modul myCargo saat ini hanya memikirkan bagaimana modul tersebut berjalan tanpa memperhatikan proses keberlanjutan bisnis dimasa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur enterprise myCargo sehingga proses pengembangan setiap modul di dalamnya berjalan sesuai dengan strategi bisnis dan memiliki standarisasi baik. Arsitektur enterprise dibangun dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah desain arsitektur enterprise yang dapat menggambarkan kesenjangan yang dimiliki oleh ILCS saat ini sebagai evaluasi untuk merencanakan dan menetapkan sasaran kerja selanjutnya.

PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) has a vision to become a leading digital service provider in the field of logistics and maritime. One of its missions is to connect the logistics community through trusted digital platforms and processes. Therefore, ILCS developed myCargo as an integrated platform with all Information Systems owned by each logistics community entity. The number of related entities causes the integration process between IS to be more complex. The development process for each of myCargo modules is only thinking about how the module works without paying attention to the business sustainability process in the future.

This study aims to design the enterprise myCargo architecture so that the development process of each module in it runs in accordance with the business strategy and has good standardization. Enterprise architecture is built using the TOGAF framework. The final result of this study is an enterprise architecture design that can describe the gap that the ILCS currently has as an evaluation for planning and setting the next works."
