Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Erra Medika, Depok, bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) di apotek baik teknis dan non-teknis kefarmasian, serta mempelajari cara pengelolaan apotek dalam kegiatan administrasi, manajemen pengadaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, dan pelayanan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan di apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Interaksi Obat pada Resep Pediatri di Apotek Erra Medika Maret 2014. Tujuan tugas khusus PKPA ini adalah Mengetahui gambaran lengkap interaksi obat yang terjadi pada resep pasien pediatri di Apotek Erra Medika. Dalam evaluasi interaksi obat pasien, ditemukan sebanyak 32,29% dari total pasien pediatri berpotensi mengalami kejadian interaksi obat dengan obat dengan total kasus yang mungkin terjadi sebesar 31 kasus. Apoteker dapat berperan aktif memberi informasi mengenai interaksi obat dan penanganannya kepada keluarga dari pasien pediatri sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dan mencegah hal yang merugikan pasien.

Manfaat Pengkajian yaitu untuk membantu pihak Apotek untuk melakukan pembelian atau pengadaan perbekalan farmasi dan memberikan alternatif pilihan mengenai PBF yang mendistribusikan perbekalan farmasi tersebut. Special assignment in Erra Medika pharmacy titled the Analysis of Wholesalers (PBF) in Erra Medika Pharmacy. The objective of this special assignment is to know, record, and study the selection of pharmaceutical wholesalers (PBF) in conducting the procurement or the purchasing of pharmaceutical supplies in the pharmacy. Benefit of the review is to help the pharmacy officers to purchase or procure pharmaceutical supplies and provide alternative choices regarding PBF which distributes the pharmaceutical supplies. The study was carried out based on the data contained in the invoice archive Erra Medika Pharmacy that only done for types of tablets supply."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker Pengelola Apotek, serta memahami cara pengelolaan apotek baik teknis farmasi maupun non teknis farmasi.Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul analisa kesesuaian dosis obat non antibiotik pada resep anak pada bulan September di Apotek Erra Medika. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase ketepatan yang diresepkan oleh dokter kepada pasien anak berdasarkan resep yang diterima Apotek Erra Medika selama bulan September 2012. Data yang dikumpulkan diperoleh dari resep-resep yang diterima atau dilayani oleh Apotek Erra Medika selama bulan September 2012, kemudian dilakukan pencatatan terhadap resep yang ditujukan untuk pasien anak selama bulan tersebut. Berdasarkan resep yang diterima Apotek Erra Medika pada bulan September 2012, resep yang ditujukan untuk anak sebanyak 69 lembar resep. Obat untuk anak yang paling banyak Prednison dengan persentase ketepatan dosis pada satu kali dan satu hari pemakaian adalah 30,55% dan 60,44%.

Data is collected from prescription which is served by Erra Medika Apotek during September 2012, then is performed recording toward prescription which tended for patient child during the period. Based on the prescription which is accepted Erra Medika Apotek during September 2012, prescription which is tended for childrend as many sixty nine of prescription. The most of drugs for childrend which is given by a doctor is Prednisone. Medication for children with the most percentage accuracy Prednisone dose at one time and one day of use was 30.55% and 60.44%."
