"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman konsumen Muslim yang membeli di restoran bersertifikat Halal. Selain itu juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan seberapa besar pengaruh Attitude Toward Repurchase Halal Product, Halal Self Efficacy, dan Halal Literacy terhadap Repurchase Intention di restoran bersertifikat Halal. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Hasil riset 140 responden menyatakan bahwa meskipun konsumen tahu tentang makanan Halal/Haram namun hal tersebut tidak mempengaruhi keinginannya untuk membeli di restoran bersertifikat Halal. Selain itu, hasil riset juga menyatakan variabel Attitude Toward Repurchase Halal Product dan Halal Self Efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention di restoran bersertifikat Halal, sedangkan variabel Halal Literacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan tetapi pengaruhnya secara tidak langsung melalui Attitude Toward Repurchase Halal Product dan Halal Self Efficacy.

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to investigate the understanding of Muslim consumers who purchase their needs at halal certified restaurant. Besides, it also aimed to observe how and to what extent the influence of Attitude Toward Repurchase Halal Product, Halal self efficacy, and Halal literacy toward repurchase intention at Halal certified restaurant. The data analysis was conducted statistically with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Based on research on 140 respondents, it was shown that the consumers’ awareness of Halal and Haraam foods did not affect their interest to buy at halal certified restaurant. In addition, the result showed that Attitude Toward Repurchase Halal Product and Halal self efficacy variable were significantly influential toward repurchase intention at halal certified restaurant, while Halal Literacy variable was not significantly influential yet influenced indirectly through Attitude Toward Repurchase Halal Product and Halal self efficacy."

"Pola konsumsi masyarakat saat ini yang suka makan di restoran telah memunculkan fenomena baru. Masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas muslim membutuhkan sertifikasi halal pada restoran sebagai sarana perlindungan dari mengkonsumsi makanan haram. Namun, perilaku konsumen untuk bersantap di restoran halal tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh adanya sertifikasi halal melainkan juga faktor budaya dan religiusitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk membedah pengaruh faktor perceived value, perceived usefulness, budaya serta religiusitas konsumen terhadap behavioral intention konsumen restoran bersertifikasi halal. Responden penelitian ini adalah masyarakat berusia 18-25 tahun yang pernah mengunjungi restoran bersertifikasi halal dalam satu bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness, horizontal collectivism, dan vertical individualism memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Sedangkan variabel religiusitas terbukti mempengaruhi hubungan perceived usefulness dengan behavioral intention, horizontal collectivism dengan behavioral intention, vertical individualism dengan behavioral intention, dan horiontal individualism dengan behavioral intention.
The consumption pattern of today?s society that like to dine in restaurant has created a new phenomenon. Indonesia, which is a Muslim majority country needs halal certification on restaurant as a protection for consumer from consuming a non-halal food. However, consumer behavior to dine in a halal certified restaurant is not only affected by halal certification, but also by culture and religiosity. This research using a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to analyze the effect of perceived value, perceived usefulness, culture, and religiosity towards cosumer?s behavioral intention to dine in halal-certified restaurant. Respondents of this research are those who are between 18 ? 25 years old and have visited halalcertified restaurant within the last month. This research find that perceived usefulness, horizontal collectivism, and vertical individualism affect consumer's behavioral intention. This research also find that religiosity affect the relationship between perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, horizontal collectivism and behavioral intention, vertical individualism and behavioral intention, and horiontal individualism and behavirola intention."

"ABSTRAK
Tingginya permintaan terhadap produk kosmetik halal memberikan peluang bagi produsen kosmetik, khususnya di Indonesia, untuk memperluas pasar mereka di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri. Saat ini, halal tidak lagi hanya diartikan sebagai kewajiban agama, tetapi sudah dianggap sebagai standar pilihan baik bagi konsumen Muslim maupun non-Muslim di seluruh dunia, sehingga terdapat potensi yang besar untuk menjangkau konsumen non-Muslim sebagai pasar baru untuk produk kosmetik halal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi konsumen non-Muslim dalam melakukan pembelian produk kosmetik halal. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen non-Muslim yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk kosmetik halal di Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan software Lisrel 8.8 untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor persepsi terkait safety pada attitude, dan juga faktor Theory of Planned Behavior (attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) dan 4Ps Marketing Mix (product, price, promotion, dan place) sebagai variabel yang memengaruhi repurchase intention produk kosmetik halal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor safety memengaruhi attitude, dan dari empat bauran pemasaran, hanya product dan promotion yang memengaruhi repurchase intention pada konsumen non-Muslim dalam pembelian produk kosmetik halal.

ABSTRACT
The high demand for halal cosmetic products provides opportunities for cosmetic manufacturers, especially in Indonesia, to expand their markets domestically and global. At present, halal is no longer only interpreted as a religious obligation, but has been considered a standard of choice for both Muslim and non-Muslim consumers worldwide, so there is great potential to reach out to non-Muslim consumers as a new market for halal cosmetic products. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence non-Muslim consumers in purchasing halal cosmetic products. Respondents in this study are non-Muslim consumers who have bought and used halal cosmetic products in Indonesia. The analytical method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Lisrel 8.8 software to analyze the influence of perception factors related to safety on attitude, and also Theory of Planned Behavior factors (attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) and 4Ps Marketing Mix (product, price, promotion, and place) as variables that influence the repurchase intention of halal cosmetic products. The results showed that the safety factor affects attitude, and from the 4Ps Marketing Mix, only product and promotion affect the repurchase intention of non-Muslim consumers toward purchasing halal cosmetic products."

"Saat ini industri halal atau syariah sedang berkembang pesat di seluruh dunia, seperti pada sektor makanan, keuangan, fesyen, farmasi, kosmetik, media dan rekreasi, serta pariwisata. Makanan menjadi salah satu sektor yang paling menarik lantaran istilah makanan halal identik dengan budaya Muslim. Meski demikian, makanan halal telah memiliki tempatnya tersendiri bagi kalangan masyarakat non-Muslim, termasuk di Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam. Makanan halal dinilai sejalan dengan jaminan kesehatan konvensional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor yang memengaruhi konsumen non-Muslim di Indonesia dalam melakukan pembelian kembali makanan dari restoran halal berbahan daging. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat non-Muslim yang berusia lebih dari 17 tahun dan pernah melakukan pembelian setidaknya dua kali dalam setahun terakhir pada makanan berbahan daging dari restoran halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan software SmartPLS 3 untuk melihat pengaruh halal food knowledge, attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control terhadap repurchase intention makanan restoran halal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa halal food knowledge tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap repurchase intention. Sedangkan attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control berpengaruh langsung terhadap repurchase intention. Ketiganya juga memediasi hubungan halal food knowledge dengan repurchase intention.

Nowadays, the halal or sharia industries are developing rapidly throughout the world, such as in food, finance, fashion, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, media and recreation, and tourism sector. Food is one of the most attractive sectors because the term halal food is related to Muslim culture. However, halal food has its place for non-Muslims, including in Indonesia where the majority of the population are Muslims. Halal food is in accordance with conventional health insurance. Therefore, the objective of this study is to determine the factors that influence repurchase intention of non-Muslim consumers in Indonesia for meat-based food from halal restaurants. Respondents in this study are non- Muslims whose age more than 17 years who had purchased meat-based food from halal restaurants at least twice in the past year. This study used SmartPLS 3 software to see the effect of halal food knowledge, attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on repurchase intention of food from halal restaurants. The results showed that halal food knowledge has no direct effect on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control have direct relationship with repurchase intention. The three also mediate the relationship between halal food knowledge and repurchase intention.

"ABSTRAK
Perkembangan tren restoran Jepang merupakan hal penting dan perlu disoroti konsumen Indonesia yang merupakan negara dengan mayoritas penduduk muslim. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat isu-isu seputar tidak halalnya makanan Jepang. Isu-isu terkait tidak halalnya makanan Jepang meliputi isu tentang proses penyembelihan hewan ternak dan penggunaan bumbu-bumbu masakan Jepang yang mengandung sake dan mirin. Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor (halal awareness, religious belief, knowledge, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, halal certification, dan marketing of halal food) yang memengaruhi intensi pembelian terhadap restoran Jepang bersertifikat halal di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religious belief, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control signifikan memengaruhi attitude terhadap restoran Jepang bersertifikat halal di Indonesia. Dari ketiga variabel yang memiliki pengaruh ke variabel attitude, variabel religious belief adalah variabel dengan pengaruh paling besar yaitu sekitar 55,5. Kemudian halal awareness, attitude, subjective norm, halal certification dan marketing of halal food signifikan memengaruhi purchase intention pada restoran Jepang bersertifikat halal di Indonesia. Dari lima variabel yang memiliki pengaruh ke variable purchase intention, variable attitude adalah variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar yaitu sekitar 32,1.

ABSTRACT
The emergence of Japanese restaurants in Indonesia is a phenomenon that should be highlighted by Indonesian consumer. Since Indonesia is a muslim majority country, issues regarding Japanese restaurants questionable halalness must be taken seriously. The non-halal issues of Japanese food include the slaughtering process and the seasonings used that may contain sake and mirin. This study refers to previous research about factors affecting purchse intention on halal products in Pakistan. This study discusses the factors (halal awareness, religious belief, knowledge, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, halal certification, marketing of halal food) that affect the intention of purchasing in halal Japanese restaurant in Indonesia. The results showed that religious beliefs, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly affected the attitude towards halal Japanese restaurants in Indonesia. From those three variables, religious belief has the biggest influence on attitude, which is around 55,5. Furthermore, halal awareness, attitude, subjective norms, halal certification and marketing of halal food significantly influence the purchase intention toward halal Japanese restaurants in Indonesia. From the five variables, attitude has the biggest influence on purchase intention, which is around 32,1.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana produk halal memengaruhi keputusan repurchase intention konsumen di restoran halal. Produk halal, yang diproduksi sesuai dengan prinsip syariah Islam, memainkan peran penting dalam preferensi konsumen, terutama bagi mereka yang mengutamakan keyakinan agama dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini fokus pada pengaruh faktor-faktor halal aspek terhadap halal repurchase intention di restoran halal dengan mengambil studi pada restoran Gyu-Kaku. Penelitan ini mengumpulkan data melalu metode survey yang disebar melalui google form kepada 239 responden dengan kriteria berdomisili di Jabodetabek, berusia diatas 15 tahun, beragama Islam, mengetahui tentang aturan syariah Islam terkait halal dan haram, sudah pernah membeli produk direstoran Gyu-Kaku, mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup tentang prosedur kehalalan Gyu-Kaku, mengetahui tentang sertifikasi halal restoran Gyu-Kaku. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui aplikasi SMART PLS4, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara Halal Credence, Halal awareness, Halal certification, need for cognition, effort, dan health consciousness, terhadap satifaction toward halal food. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa religiosity memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap halal repurchase intention, serta religiosity juga berperan sebagai variabel moderasi yang signifikan antara satisfaction toward halal food dan halal repurchase intention.

This study aimed to understand how halal products influenced consumers' repurchase intention decisions in halal restaurants. Halal products, which were produced in accordance with Islamic sharia principles, played an important role in consumer preferences, especially for those who prioritized religious beliefs in making purchasing decisions. This study focused on the influence of halal aspects on halal repurchase intention in halal restaurants, taking a case study at the Gyu-Kaku restaurant. The data for this study were collected through a survey method distributed via Google forms to 239 respondents who met specific criteria: living in Jabodetabek, being over 15 years old, Muslim, knowledgeable about Islamic sharia rules regarding halal and haram, having purchased products at the Gyu-Kaku restaurant, having sufficient knowledge about Gyu- Kaku's halal procedures, and being aware of Gyu-Kaku's Halal certification. The data were analyzed using quantitative methods and Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SMART PLS4 application. The results showed a positive influence of Halal Credence, Halal awareness, Halal certification, need for cognition, effort, and health consciousness on satisfaction toward halal food. Additionally, the study found that religiosity had a positive influence on halal repurchase intention and acted as a significant moderating variable between satisfaction toward halal food and halal repurchase intention."

"Jumlah Muslim di Dunia adalah yang terbesar kedua setelah Kristen, dan di Indonesia, Islam adalah agama mayoritas penduduknya. Dalam memilih produk untuk dikonsumsi, umat Islam memiliki pertimbangan khusus dan menyesuaikannya dengan ketentuan agama mereka, atau apa yang disebut halal. Meski begitu, belum banyak penelitian ilmiah yang mengeksplorasi peran merek halal yang sangat identik dengan umat Islam. Penelitian ini mencoba menguji ulang sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Ali et al. (2017) untuk mencari jawaban atas hubungan merek halal dengan niat pembelian kembali dari konsumen di Indonesia. Di sisi lain, penelitian ini juga berupaya melihat pengaruh Citra Negara yang merupakan produsen produk yang dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini diuji pada 252 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari beberapa Restoran Ramen di Jakarta, Indonesia dari bulan Maret hingga Mei 2020. Kemudian, semua data yang diperoleh diproses menggunakan aplikasi LISREL 8.51. Temuan pada hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa secara umum konstruksi merek halal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Selain itu, citra negara dari Jepang ternyata memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra dari merek halal. Akan tetapi, hal tersebut tidak secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap variabel niat pembelian ulang.

The number of Muslims in the World is the second largest after Christianity, and in Indonesia, Islam is the majority religion of its population. In choosing a product to consume, Muslims have special considerations and adapt it to the provisions of their religion, or what is called of halal. Even so, not many scientific studies that have explored the role of the halal brand which is very identical with Muslims. This study tried to do the same thing with previous research conducted by Ali et al. (2017) to seek answers to the halal brand relationship with repurchase intentions from consumers in Indonesia. On the other hand, this research also seeks to see the influence of the Country Image which is the producer of the consumed product. This study was tested on 252 respondents who were consumers of several Ramen Restaurants in Jakarta, Indonesia from March to May 2020. Then, all data obtained were processed using LISREL 8.51. The findings of this study reveal that in general halal brand construction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. In addition, the country's image from Japan turned out to have a positive and significant influence on halal brand image but not significantly to repurchase intention."

"Halal lifestyle meluas dari sektor makanan ke sektor non-food. Beberapa produk non-food menjadi pelopor sebagai ‘produk bersertifikasi halal pertama’ dalam kategorinya. Penelitian ini melihat attitude dan purchase intention terhadap halal branding pada produk non-food, dengan menggunakan theory of reasoned action. Penelitian kuantitatif ini diuji pada wanita milenial melalui survei online dan LISREL dengan Structural Equational Model (SEM). Model ini menilai pengaruh religiosity, knowledge, subjective norm, dan product quality terhadap attitude; serta pengaruh attitude terhadap purchase intention. Hasilnya menunjukkan efek signifikan pada attitude terhadap purchase intention, juga efek signifikan pada hubungan antara religiosity, subjective norm, dan product quality terhadap attitude

The Halal lifestyle's prominence extends from food to non-food sectors. Some non-food products become the pioneers as 'First Halal-Certified' in their category. This research investigates purchase intention for halal branding in non-food products using the theory of reasoned action. This quantitative research tested on millennial women via online surveys and LISREL to analyzed Structural Equational Model. The model assesses religiosity, knowledge, subjective norms, and product quality on attitude; and the effect of attitude on purchase intention. The results show significant effect on attitude towards purchase intention, also significant effect for relationships between religiosity, subjective norm, and product quality towards attitude. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor (kesadaran halal, sertifikasi halal, kualitas produk halal, promosi penjualan, merek berlogo halal, komponen pemasaran) yang mempengaruhi niat pembelian konsumen muslim dalam membeli sebuah produk halal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kesadaran halal tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat membeli produk pangan halal. Namun, sertifikasi halal memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap niat membeli produk pangan halal. Lalu kualitas produk halal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat membeli. Promosi penjualan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap niat membeli produk pangan halal, sedangkan untuk merek berlogo halal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap niat membeli produk pangan halal. 

This research is intended to identify the factors (halal awareness, halal certification, product quality, marketing promotion, and brand) in determining halal purchase intention in Jabodetabek. This research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the data analysis technique. The results showed that the role of awareness of halal has no significant influence on Muslim consumer in halal purchase intention. However, halal certification has significant influence on Muslim consumer in halal purchase intentions. Then the quality of the halal product does not significantly influence Muslim consumer in halal purchase intention. Marketing promotion has no significant influence on Muslim consumer in halal purchase intentions, while for the halal brand has a significant influence on Muslim consumer in halal purchase intentions."

ABSTRAK

Makanan halal merupakan aspek terpenting bagi konsumen Muslim. Konsep halal yang diperhatikan tidak hanya masalah bahan baku yang terbebas dari unsur haram, namun juga seluruh aspek mulai dari bahan baku sampai cara memprosesnya yang menentukan halal tidaknya suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat intensi atau minat beli konsumen Muslim terhadap makanan halal. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Theory of Planned Behavior, dimana dari teori tersebut akan digunakan  3  (tiga) variabel independen untuk meneliti minat atau intensi, yaitu sikap terhadap perilaku (attitude towards behavior), norma subyektif dan kontrol perilaku. Selain ketiga variabel tersebut, digunakan juga variabel tambahan yaitu religiusitas dan kesadaran halal. Melalui penelitian ini akan dilihat apakah variabel religiusitas, kesadaran halal, sikap, norma subyektif dan kontrol perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 198 responden, dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan norma subyektif berpengaruh terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal, sedangkan religiusitas, kesadaran halal dan kontrol perilaku tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal

 

 


ABSTRACT

 

Halal food is an essential aspect of Muslim consumers. The halal concept is concerned not only with raw materials that are free from illicit elements but also all aspects ranging from raw materials to how to process them that determine whether or not a halal product. This study aims to look at the intention of buying interest of Muslim consumers towards halal food. The study is built through the Theory of Planned Behavior, in which the author will use three independent variables to examine interests or intentions, namely, attitude towards behavior, subjective norms, and behavior control. Besides these three variables, additional variables are also used, namely religiosity and halal awareness. Through this research, it will be seen whether the variables of religiosity, halal awareness, attitudes, subjective norms, and  behavior control have a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy halal food. The number of samples in this study was 198 respondents, and the data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software. The results showed that subjective attitudes and norms affect the intention to buy halal food, while religiosity, halal awareness, and behavior control do not affect the intention to buy halal food.
