"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh dari interaksi yang terjadi antara pelanggan dengan elemen perusahaan yang memberikan personalized services seperti contact personnel, lingkungan fisik, dan lingkungan pelanggan, terhadap kualitas hubungan yang ditandai dengan kepuasan dan kepercayaan, yang nantinya akan berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode survey dengan total responden sebanyak 150 orang yang merupakan pelanggan Starbucks di Jakarta. Jawaban responden dalam kuesioner merupakan refleksi dari persepsi mereka terhadap interaksi yang terjadi ketika melakukan kunjungan/pembelian. Hasilnya adalah secara simultan, semua elemen perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas hubungan. Secara parsial, lingkungan fisik berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kualitas hubungan, sementara lingkungan pelanggan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Kepuasan dan kepercayaan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Melalui penelitian ini, Public Relations dapat mulai merancang strategi yang tepat sasaran sesuai dengan faktor-faktor kunci dalam rangka meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggannya.

This study discusses the interaction between customer and company elements that provide personalized services such as contact personnel, physical environment, and the customer environment, and their influence on the relationship quality that is satisfaction and trust, and consequently customer loyalty. This research was conducted using survey method with a total of 150 respondents who are customers of Starbucks in Jakarta. Their answers in the questionnaire are a reflection of their perception of the interactions that occur when purchasing. Simultaneously, all elements of the company have a significant effect on the quality of the relationship. Partially, the physical environment of the most significant influence on the relationship quality, while the customer environment has no significant influence. Satisfaction and trust, either simultaneously or partially have significant effect on customers loyalty. Through this research, Public Relations can begin to design strategies that are effective in accordance with the key factors in order to increase customer loyalty."

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain riset konklusif dan jenis riset deskriptif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 280 responden dengan teknik non-probability sampling dan pemilihan sampel secara convenience sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini terbagi menjadi empat (4) kelompok responden. Untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini digunakan metode structural equation modelling analysis (SEM) dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan LISREL. Dalam penelitian ini ditunjukan bahwa diskonfirmasi memiliki pengaruh langsung pada kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen serta kepuasan konsumen yang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

This thesis discuss about the influence of the physical environment and the disconfirmation of consumer loyalty and satisfaction on customer first-timers and repeat customer Starbucks Coffee and Jakarta Coffee House. This research is quantitative research with conclusive research designs and types of descriptive research. The number of samples in the study as many as 280 respondents with non-probability sampling techniques and the selection of samples by convenience sampling. The samples of this study will separate to four (4) groups of respondents. To test the hypothesis, this study used methods of structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis with the data processing techniques using LISREL. This study indicated that disconfirmation has a direct influence on consumer satisfaction and loyalty as well as consumer satisfaction that have a positive influence on consumer loyalty."

"Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh faktor atribut determinan service quality terhadap perceived value konsumen Starbucks yang ada di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dari setiap kelompok menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang konsisten antara Service Quality dan Perceived Value. Terdapat pengaruh antara Service Quality dan Perceived Value dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 145 responden. Coffee Quality, Service, dan Extra Benefits memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai simbolis dan fungsional. Dimana Extra Benefits hanya memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai simbolis. Selanjutnya, Food Quality dan Variety of Food tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai simbolis maupun fungsional.

The focus of this study is researching the influence of determinant attributes factor - service quality - on perceived value of Starbucks' customers in Jakarta. This research uses multiple linear regression method. The study revealed that there is a consistent relationship between Service Quality and Perceived Value, Service Quality has a significant impact on Perceived Value (sample size: 145 respondents). The study also revealed that coffee quality, service and extra benefits has a significant influence on symbolized and functional value; where extra benefits only has a significant value on symbolized value. in the other side, food quality and variety of food don't have a significant influence on nor symbolized neither functional value of Starbucks's customers in Jakarta."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motif pembelian terhadap
loyalitas konsumen Starbucks Coffee. Motif adalah alasan di balik keinginan
manusia untuk melakukan sesuatu yang berbeda dari satu konsumen ke konsumen
lainnya. Motif pembelian perlu dipahami agar dapat diketahui alasan konsumen
melakukan pembelian, sehingga loyalitas dapat dipertahankan. Para pakar perilaku
konsumen membedakan motif pembelian menjadi dua, yaitu motif rasional dan
motif emosional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan
menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 mahasiswa FISIP UI. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa motif pembelian memiliki pengaruh positif yang kuat terhadap
loyalitas konsumen Starbucks Coffee.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to find out the influence of buying motives toward customer loyalty Starbucks Coffee. Motives are the reasons behind the will of people to do
anything different from one customer to another customer. Buying motives need to be understood in order to know the customer reasons of buying, so that loyalty canbe maintained. Customer behaviour?s experts distinguishing buying motives into two: rational and emotional motives.This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 students of FISIP UI. The result shows that buying motives have a strong influence on customer loyalty of Starbucks Coffee."

"Mengkonsumsi kopi sudah menjadi rutinitas bagi sebagian orang setiap hari, berbagai hal pun menjadi alasan mereka untuk mengunjungi kedai kopi. Hal ini juga terjadi di Payakumbuh, dimana mengkonsumsi kopi sudah menjadi rutinitas bagi masyarakat disana. Intensitas yang tinggi menjadi pemicu industri ini berkembang pesat, untuk memenuhi berbagai alasan tersebut muncullah kedai kopi dengan berbagai konsep. Dalam industri ini, hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah bagaimana membentuk loyalitas dari para konsumennya. Salah satu faktor pembentuk loyalitas itu sendiri adalah kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh kualitas layanan, atmosfer toko, dan kewajaran harga yang memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dan membentuk loyalitas. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah konklusif deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan self-administered questionnaire. Dalam penelitian ini Terdapat 197 responden berusia < 18 - 55 tahun di Payakumbuh yang merupakan konsumen kedai kopi di Payakumbuh dalam 3 bulan terakhir yang berpartisipasi. Data yang berhasil terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 25 dan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan, atmosfer toko, dan kewajaran harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan yang kemudian memengaruhi loyalitas.

Coffee consumption has become routine for numerous individuals, and their motivations for frequent coffee shops vary. This also occurs in Payakumbuh, where coffee consumption has become a habit for the locals. High intensity is the catalyst for this industry's quick growth; to meet these needs, coffee shops with varied concepts develop. The issue that needs to be addressed in this sector is how to establish consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is one of the aspects that contribute to building a foundation of loyalty. This study examines at how service quality, store atmosphere, and price fairness effect consumer satisfaction and loyalty. The study approach employed was conclusive descriptive, with quantitative methodologies via a self-administered questionnaire. In this study, 197 Payakumbuh residents aged 18 to 55 years old who had visited a coffee shop in the previous three months took part. The data was analyzed with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) and processed with SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 4. According to the study's findings, service quality, store atmosphere, and price fairness all influence satisfaction, which in turn influences loyalty.

"ABSTRAK
Pasar kedai kopi berkembang secara global di Indonesia. Saat ini pasar kedai kopi di Indonesia didominasi oleh merek terbesar dan ternama yaitu Starbucks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran dan citra merek kedai kopi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Survei dilakukan dengan responden terpilih yang telah mengunjungi kedai kopi setidaknya sekali dalam seminggu. Analisis regresi dilakukan dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari 174 responden. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa faktor produk dan factor harga merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi citra merek. Faktor orang dan faktor proses memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan sangat terpengaruh oleh faktorharga. Studi ini memberikan dasar untuk strategi pemasaran bagi perusahaan yang akan meluncurkan atau menjalankan merek coffee shop di Jakarta, Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
Coffee shop market is growing globally and in Indonesia as well. Currently coffee shop market in Indonesia is dominated by a giant global chain coffee shop brand, Starbucks. The current study aims to find out the effect of marketing mix and brand image of coffee shop on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The survey was conducted with the purposively chosen customers who have visited coffee shop at least once a week. The regression analysis was performed with the data collected from 174 respondents. The findings revealed that product factor and price factor are important factors affecting the brand image. People factor and process factor had big effect on customer satisfaction. Customer loyalty was affected highly by price factor. This study provides the base for marketing strategy for companies that would launch or run coffee shop brand at Jakarta, Indonesia."

"Skripsi ini meneliti tentang pengaruh outcome quality, interaction quality dan peer-to-peer quality terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty pada industri kedai kopi. Dalam penelitian ini diambil responden dari dua sampel kedai kopi yang berbeda yaitu kedai kopi Florist dan kedai kopi Starbucks yang tersebar di seluruh pulau Jawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa outcome quality dan interaction quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap customer loyalty yang dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction. Sementara peer-to-peer quality tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction namun memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap customer loyalty.

This research is analyze about the effect of outcome quality, interaction quality and peer-to-peer quality on preference, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the coffee shops industry. In this study, respondents were drawn from two different samples of coffee shops, Florist coffee shops and Starbucks coffee shops spread across the Java Island. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study prove the outcome quality and interaction quality has an influence on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. While peer-to-peer quality has no effect on customer satisfaction but has a direct influence on customer loyalty."
