Fetal heart activity or Fetal Electrocardiogram (FECG) can be used to detect potential abnormalities in the fetal heart. FECG recording is done using an Electrocardiogram (ECG) on the abdominal of pregnant women. However, the recording results obtained do not immediately provide a value for the fetal heart rate per minute, because there are various kinds of noise that interfere with the reading of the FECG. The noise signal is obtained from the presence of the Maternal ECG (MECG) which dominates the reading, the movement of the uterus, and so on. So that an expert doctor is needed in manual reading of the Abdominal ECG results which slows down the diagnosis process. Therefore, it is necessary to have a method for separating FECG with Maternal Electrocardiogram (MECG). The purpose of this research is to design a new method using Fast Fourier Transform and Moving Average Filter then compare the results with the current available method to separate FECG from MECG. The results obtained are the data for pregnant women, the Mean Average Error (MAE) using the Moving Average and FFT Filter methods, is 0.727 which is smaller than the Metonia et al., (2020) method which is 1.939. In Maternal data, the Mean Average Error (MAE) using the Moving Average and FFT Filter methods is -0.5490 which is smaller than the Metonia et al., (2020) method which is -0.3275."

BACKGROUND The assessment of maternal physical activity during pregnancy is crucial due to the close relationship between the PA levels and the health status.1 The potential relationship between daily physical activity and pregnancy outcome remains unclear because of the wide variation in study designs and physical activity assessment measures.2OBJECTIVES This study was aimed to evaluate the pregnancy daily activities at third trimester and its association between methods of delivery, the fifth minute APGAR score, and birth weight. This study could be used as a basic recommendation for society about daily activities during pregnancy. METHODS This study was a cross sectional study evaluating the association between pregnant women daily activities and maternal and perinatal outcomes by doing systematic and accurate observation.RESULTS Among 100 mother who had delivery, the average of age was 27 years old, and the median of the parity was 2. Based on the assessment of PPA questionnaire, we got the median value of weekly daily activities was 346 MET hours per week which mild activities had the highest point median 143 MET and household activities median 131 MET . However, physical exercises were done infrequently, with median value of 1.63 MET hours per week. There was no significant relationship between age, parity, the amount and intensity of physical activities and methods of delivery. In numerical analysis, we got the median value of physical activities among subjects who had vaginal delivery was 341 MET, and for cesarean section was 347.5 MET. This difference was either not statistically or clinically significant p 0,696 . Physical activities and age had p value below 0,25, therefore they could be included in multivariate analysis. However, both of them were not statictically significant with birth weight. There was no statistically significant association between fifth minute APGAR score and the intensity of physical activities, age, and parity. Meanwhile, babies with fifth minute APGAR score below 7 were mostly delivered by mother having minimal physical activities and there was no significant association between them.CONCLUSION There was no significant association between age, parity, the amount and intensity of physical activities and methods of delivery. And, there was no significant association either between physical activities or age and birth weight.

Coronavirus 2 or SARS-Cov-2, which is still growing rapidly and has an impact on society, including pregnant women. The large-scale social restrictions imposed by the Indonesian government as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic have caused several challenges for pregnant women, one of which is anxiety. The prenatal period with anxiety may affect the attachment relationship between mother and fetus which may manifest in the form of emotions and behavior. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way the world community interacts from face-to-face to online. Prenatal yoga is a non-pharmacological intervention that is beneficial in improving physical and psychological health during the pregnancy period. Prenatal yoga is a suitable strategy for pregnant women to improve health during the COVID-19 pandemic which can be done in the form of online classes. The research design was carried out using a quasi-experiments approach, which was divided into an intervention group of 56 respondents and a control group of 56 respondents. The group was given online prenatal yoga intervention for 4 sessions and the control group was given pregnancy exercise for 3 sessions. The research instrument is the researcher himself as a prenatal yoga teacher, PRAQ-R2 (pregnancy-related anxiety question-revised 2) and MFAS (maternal-fetal attachment). The results of this study showed MD (95%CI) = 0.256; 0.637 and p value = 0.000 which is statistically significant difference in pregnancy anxiety before and after being given prenatal yoga online in the intervention group. In the control group, the results of MD (95% CI) = 0.629 and p value = 0.532 statistically there was no difference in pregnancy anxiety before and after being given pregnancy exercise. Furthermore, for maternal-fetal attachment the results obtained MD (95%CI) = -0.448; -0.195 and p value = 0.000 which statistically significant difference before and after being given prenatal yoga online in the intervention group. In the control group, MD (95%CI) = -0.525; -0.261 and p value = 0.000 which is statistically significant difference before and after being given pregnancy exercise in the control group. Online prenatal yoga is part of complementary therapy which is also part of a non-pharmacological approach in nursing care that may be applied by clinical maternity nurses."
