"Latar Belakang: Ketepatan triase pasien trauma di IGD sangat menentukan keberhasilan pelayanan yang diberikan dan menggambarkan kualitas pelayanan di RS tersebut. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketepatan triase pasien kode trauma di instalasi gawat darurat. Metode: Penelitian kohort retrospektif ini menggunakan total sampling terhadap 22 perawat triase yang melakukan aktivasi kode trauma pada pasien trauma kategori merah di IGD. Hasil: 22 responden menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden (63,6%) berusia kurang dari 33 tahun, secara rata berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuuan (50,0%), sebagian besar responden (68,2%) memiliki tingkat pendidikan DIII, sebagian besar responden (63,6%) memiliki lama bekerja kurang dari 11 tahun, dan sebagian besar responden (54,5%) memiliki ketepatan dalam melakukan triase. Terdapat hubungan yang singnifikan antara lama bekerja dengan ketepatan triase (p 0,002; α 0,05), nilai OR=0,28 yang bermakna bahwa perawat dengan lama bekerja lebih dari sebelas tahun lebih berpeluang 0,28 kali untuk melakukan triase yang tepat. Tidak ada hubungan yang singnifikan atara tingkat pendidikan dengan ketepatan triase (p 0,381; α 0,05), dengan 7 (46,7%) perawat berpendidikan diploma dan 5 (71,4%) perawat dengan Pendidikan ners melakukan triase dengan tepat. Background: The accuracy of triage of trauma patients in the emergency department will determine the success of the services provided and describe the quality of services at the hospital. Objective: To identify the factors that influence the accuracy of triage of trauma code patients in the emergency department. Methods: This retrospective cohort study used a total sampling of 22 triage nurses who activated the trauma code in trauma patients with red category in the emergency department. Results: 22 respondents showed that most of the respondents (63.6%) were less than 33 years old, on average male and female (50.0%), most of the respondents (68.2%) had a DIII education level. most respondents (63.6%) have worked less than 11 years, and most respondents (54.5%) have accuracy in triage. There is a significant relationship between length of service and accuracy of triage (p 0.002; 0.05), OR = 0.28 which means that nurses with more than eleven years of service are 0.28 times more likely to perform appropriate triage. There was no significant relationship between education level and triage accuracy (p 0.381; 0.05), with 7 (46.7%) nurses with diploma education and 5 (71.4%) nurses with nursing education performing triage correctly.
