"Provinsi DKI Jakarta menempati jumlah kasus positif COVID-19 tertinggi di Indonesia bulan Juni 2021. Upaya pencegahan dilakukan melalui kebijakan nomor HK.01.07/Menkes/413/2020 mewajibkan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan. Pasar merupakan tempat berkerumun orang sehingga sangat berpotensi dalam penularan COVID-19. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan perilaku pedagang menerapkan protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 di pasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain cross sectional pada 165 pedagang pasar yang diambil secara acak. Data dikumpulkan dengan pengisian kuesioner mandiri secara online, dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square dan regresi logistik ganda. Sebesar 74 (44,8%) pedagang dengan skor perilaku 56,79 (skala 100) dalam mencegah COVID-19, perilaku tertinggi yaitu mencuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah memasuki area pasar (71,31%), terendah pada upaya untuk meminimalkan kontak di area pasar dengan pelanggan (42,83%). Jenis kelamin, pengetahuan, sikap, ketersediaan sarana merupakan variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pedagang. Sikap merupakan variabel yang paling dominan terkait dengan perilaku pedagang di Pasar Induk Kramat Jati 2021, pedagang yang bersikap positif akan 4,2 kali berperilaku baik dibanding yang bersikap negatif setelah dikontrol oleh pengetahuan, ketersediaan sarana, persepsi kerentanan, keseriusan dan hambatan serta dukungan teman dan kebijakan. Sikap pedagang perlu ditingkatkan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan, pemenuhan sarana protokol kesehatan, kolaborasi antara PD Pasar Jaya, Puskesmas dan Tokoh Masyarakat dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan Pasar

DKI Jakarta Province occupies the highest number of positive COVID-19 cases in Indonesia, June 2021. This study aims to determine the behavioral determinants of traders implementing health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the market. The study used a quantitative approach with cross sectional design on 165 market traders who were taken at random. Data were collected by filling out an online self-administered questionnaire, analyzed using the chi square test and multiple logistic regression. As many as 74 (44.8%) traders have good behavior, skor 56.79 (a scale of 100) in preventing COVID-19. The highest behavior is washing hands before and after entering the market area (71.31%), the lowest is in efforts to minimize contact in the market area with customers using a barrier/plastic/faceshield (42.83%). Attitude is the most dominant variable related to the behavior of traders in the Kramat Jati Main Market 2021, traders who have a positive attitude will be 4.2 times better behaved than those who behave negatively after being controlled by knowledge, availability of facilities, perceptions of vulnerability, seriousness and obstacles as well as support from friends and family. policy. "ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan performa protokol routing dan codec pada aplikasi Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) berdasarkan parameter Quality of Service (QoS). VoIP termasuk salah satu aplikasi yang paling sering digunakan saat ini. Karena berkembangnya berbagai aplikasi yang membutuhkan dukungan bandwidth yang tinggi, maka pengukuran parameter QoS seperti delay, jitter, packet loss, dan throughput pada berbagai aplikasi tersebut juga perlu untuk dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, pengujian ini berfokus pada pengecekan QoS VoIP, dimana dibangun sebuah topologi jaringan dengan berbagai protokol routing yang diimplementasikan. Protokol routing tersebut diantaranya adalah Routing Information Protocol (RIP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), dan Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP). Dengan protokol routing tersebut, nilai QoS dipantau dalam berbagai jenis codec, seperti G.711 dan GSM, dan dijalankan dalam keadaan trafik 0 (tanpa trafik lain), trafik 50 Mbps, dan trafik 100 Mbps, dengan teknik priority queuing diimplementasikan pada router. Hasil dari analisis digunakan untuk membandingkan pada protokol routing, codec, dan trafik seperti apa dihasilkan nilai persentase QoS yang lebih baik, serta performa dari teknik priority queuing terhadap nilai parameter QoS yang diperoleh. Pada penelitian ini, data menunjukkan bahwa EIGRP dan G.711 (u-law) adalah protokol routing dan codec yang terbaik dalam komunikasi VoIP.

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to analyze the performance comparison of routing protocols and codecs on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) application based on the parameters of Quality of Service (QoS). VoIP is one of the applications which are most used nowadays. Due to the growth of applications that require high bandwidth support, then the measurement of QoS parameters, such as delay, jitter, packet loss, and throughput, also needs to be done. Therefore, this research focused on checking the performances of VoIP based on these parameters. The network topology was made with variety of routing protocols and codecs. The routing protocols used were Routing Information Protocol (RIP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), and Enhanced Interior Gateway Protocol (EIGRP). With the routing protocols, QoS values were monitored in various types of codec, such as G.711 and GSM, and were executed in zero traffic, 50 Mbps traffic, and 100 Mbps traffic, with priority queuing techniques were implemented on the router. The results of the analysis were used to compare the routing protocols and codecs as what percentages of the value of better QoS, also priority queuing techniques performances toward the QoS parameters values obtained. In this research, data showed that EIGRP is the best for routing protocol implementation and G.711 (u-law) is the best for codec used in VoIP communication.

"Status Jakarta sebagai kota primat di Indonesia juga berpengaruh terhadap kerawanan kota ini di masa pandemi COVID-19. Hingga akhir 2020, Jakarta menempati posisi tertinggi untuk kenaikan dan jumlah kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia. Pemerintah pun membekali masyarakat dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari yang memprioritaskan kesehatan di masa pandemi, dengan pedoman-pedoman protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19 di tempat dan fasilitas umum, salah satunya adalah di pusat perdagangan yaitu pasar. Penyebaran COVID-19 dan keberadaan pasar, dapat dikaji dalam perspektif kajian perkotaan. Menurut beberapa teori, pasar merupakan objek vital perkotaan dan juga salah satu pembentuk struktur kawasan perkotaan. Meski di tengah kondisi pandemi, aktivitas perdagangan di pasar di DKI Jakarta masih tetap berjalan. Dengan beroperasinya pasar di tengah kondisi pandemi yang belum sepenuhnya pulih, maka risiko penyebaran COVID-19 di pasar adalah nyata. Oleh karena tingginya risiko penyebaran COVID-19 pada kegiatan pasar, dan agar proses jual beli di pasar tetap dapat berlangsung dengan aman, maka perlu dilakukan tinjauan penerapan protokol kesehatan di pasar di DKI Jakarta selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan umengevaluasi kebutuhan fasilitas pemenuah protokol kesehatan dalam operasional pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Amalisis spasial dilakukan dengan menggunakan peranti lunak QGIS untuk menentukan pasar prioritas penanganan. Importance Performance Analysis digunakan dalam analisis kuesioner, sedangkan untuk memperkaya hasil analisis kuantitaitf, dilakukan wawancara mendalam dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pasar sebagai objek vital perkotaan masih belum dapat digantikan. Pengunjung pasar memerlukan fasilitas yang membuat mereka tetap merasa higienis saat berbelanja di pasar. Sementara keterbatasan jumlah personel dan anggaran menjadi salah satu faktor dominan yang dapat menghambat penerapan protokol kesehatan di pasar.

Spatial analysis was carried out using QGIS software to determine the initial market for handling. The importance of Performance Analysis in questionnaire analysis. To enrich the results of quantitative analysis, In-depth interviews were conducted using a descriptive analysis approach.
