"Pelecehan seksual menurut Undang – Undang No. 12 Tahun 2022 Tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual didefinisikan sebagai segala perbuatan atau tindakan yang merendahkan dan/atau menyerang dan merendahkan martabat seseorang. Segala tindakan ini termasuk juga perkataan atau verbal dan non- verbal dan dapat dilakukan baik secara perseorangan, kelompok, dan/atau korporasi. Kekerasan seksual ini dapat menimbulkan dampak fisik dan psikologis dari korban. Kekerasan seksual dapat terjadi dimana saja termasuk lingkungan kerja. Oleh karena itu harus dibentuk code of conduct yang mengatur bagaimana alur pelaporan kekerasan seksual ketika terjadi di lingkungan kerja serta anti-retaliatory act sehingga meminimalisir pelaku ketika ingin membalas korban yang sudah melaporkan pelaku. Peraturan ini akan dibuat di PT. Tatarasa Primatama sebagai SOP yang mengatur dari definisi kekerasan seksual, bentuk kekerasan seksual, alur pelaporan, alur investigasi, sanksi serta anti retaliatory act secara komprehensif. Peraturan ini diharapkan dapat diterapan sehingga dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dari tindakan kekerasan seksual baik secara verbal dan non-verbal.

Sexual harassment according to Law no. 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence is defined as any act or action that demeans and/or attacks and degrades a person's dignity. All of these actions include words or verbal and non-verbal and can be carried out individually, in groups and/or corporations. This sexual violence can have physical and psychological impacts on the victim. Sexual violence can occur anywhere, including the work environment. Therefore, a code of conduct must be formed that regulates the flow of reporting sexual violence when it occurs in the work environment as well as anti-retaliatory acts so as to minimize perpetrators who want to retaliate against victims who have reported perpetrators. This regulation will be made at PT. Tatarasa Primatama is an SOP that regulates the definition of sexual violence, forms of sexual violence, reporting flow, investigation flow, sanctions and anti-retaliatory acts in a comprehensive manner. It is hoped that this regulation can be implemented so that it can create a work environment that is safe from acts of sexual violence, both verbal and non-verbal."
