"

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari kebijakan biaya dan ruang parkir yang diberlakukan pada kawasan Jakarta terhadap pengurangan penggunaan mobil pribadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 2 skenario. Skenario pertama adalah penerapan kenaikan tarif parkir dan skenario kedua adalah kombinasi penerapan kenaikan tarif parkir dan pengurangan ruang parkir sebanyak 50%. Dalam pembuatan kuesioner survei, digunakan metode Stated Preference dan Revealed Preference. Dari kuesioner yang sudah dibuat, dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan cara tatap muka dan juga secara online. Setelah data sudah terkumpul, dilakukan pengolahan untuk melihat persentase responden yang berpindah moda dengan diterapkannnya kenaikan tarif parkir dan juga adanya pengurangan ruang parkir. Kemudian untuk membuat hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan secara lebih luas, dibuatlah model logit untuk setiap kelompok data. Fungsi utilitas dibangun dengan variabel bebas yaitu tarif parkir dan menggunakan metode regresi logistik. Fungsi utilitas kemudian diuji kelayakannya dengan menggunakan uji Omnibus dan uji Hosmer Lemeshow dan kemudian hasil model dibandingkan dengan hasil data survei. Setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap pengolahan data, terdapat kecenderungan bahwa semakin mahal tarif parkir yang diterapkan, semakin banyak responden yang memilih untuk berpindah moda. Selain itu, dengan diterapkannya pengurangan ruang parkir, dampak terhadap pengurangan mobil pribadi lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tidak diterapkannya pengurangan ruang parkir.

 


This study aims to determine the impact of the application of cost and parking space policies imposed on the area of Jakarta on the reduction of the private car uses. This research was conducted in 2 scenarios. The first scenario is the increase in parking rates and the second scenario is a combination of the increase in parking rates and parking space reduction by 50%. In making survey questionnaires, used the Sttated Preference and Revealed Preference methods. Stated Preference and Revealed Preference methods are used to make the questionnaires. From the questionnaire that has been made, data collection is done by ‘face to face’ method and online method. After the data has been collected, processing is carried out to see the percentage of respondents who switch modes with the application of increases in parking rates and also a reduction in parking space. To make the results of this study can applied generally, a logit model is created for each group of data. The utility function is built with the independent variable parking rates, using the logistic regression method. Then, the utility function is tested for its feasibility using the Omnibus test and the Hosmer Lemeshow test and then the model results are compared with the results of the survey data. After an analysis of data processing, there is a tendency that the more expensive parking rates are applied, the more respondents choose to switch modes. In addition, with the reduction of parking spaces, the impact on reducing private cars is greater than not reducing parking spaces.

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang formulasi kebijakan kenaikan tarif retribusi
parkir di tepi jalan umum di Kota Madiun. Formulasi kebijakan tersebut terjadi
disebabkan oleh perkembangan ekonomi Kota Madiun dan dinamika yang terjadi
di masyarakat Kota Madiun. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data secara studi
kepustakaan (library research) dan wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan teknik
analisis data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kebijakan
kenaikan tarif retribusi parkir di tepi jalan umum dilatarbelakangi oleh dorongan
untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), meningkatkan fasilitas dan
pelayanan parkir di tepi jalan umum kepada masyarakat, dan mengurangi
kepadatan lalu lintas Kota Madiun. Permasalahan yang timbul dari kebijakan
kenaikan tarif retribusi parkir di tepi jalan umum di Kota Madiun antara lain
adalah adanya protes dari masyarakat tentang kenaikan tarif dikarenakan sebagian
besar Juru Parkir tidak memberikan karcis resmi, masih terdapat lokasi parkir di
tepi jalan umum yang ilegal, dan kurangnya pelayanan serta sarana dan prasarana
parkir di tepi jalan umum yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Madiun

This study discusses the formulation of policy on the rate increase off-street
parking charges in Madiun City. That’s policy formulation occur caused by
development of the economic and a dinamycs that happen by people in Madiun
City. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to data collection
methods in the literature study and interviews are not structured in a qualitative
data analysis techniques. The results of this study stated that the policy rate
increase off-street parking charges motivated by the urge to raise revenue (PAD)
in Madiun City, to improve the facilities and off-street parking public service for
society, and to reduce the traffic line density in Madiun City. Problems arising
from the policy rate increace parking charge in Madiun include protests from the
public about the rate increase was due to a most of Parker not give the official
parking tiket, there are persistence of the illegal off-street parking zone, and a
lack of services and facilities provided by the Madiun City Government.

"[Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi kebijakan atas kenaikan tarif retribusi parkir di Kota Batam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implemetasi kebijakan atas kenaikan tarif retribusi parkir di Kota
Batam, menganalisis kendala yang timbul dari kebijakan atas kenaikan tarif retribusi parkir di Kota Batam dan untuk menganalisis upaya apa saja yang dapat dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Batam dalam mengatasi kendala- kendala yang timbul atas kebijakan kenaikan tarif retribusi di Kota Batam. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode
pengumpulan data secara pustaka dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kebijakan kenaikan tarif retribusi parkir dilatarbelakangi oleh dorongan untuk menaikkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Batam dan meminimalisir kebocoran pererimaan dari pendapatan retribusi parkir. Permasalahan yang timbul dari kebijakan atas kenaikan tarif retribusi di Kota Batam ini adalah adanya adanya tanggapan negatif dari masyarakat tentang kenaikan tarif karena kurangnya sosialisasi, adanya parkir ilegal, juru parkir yang tidak jujur, adanya hambatan dari preman dan penguasa lahan parkir dan parkir berlangganan yang tidak berjalan optimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini implementasi kebijakan belum berjalan dengan optimal sesuai yang diharapkan dikarenakan banyak kendala yang
timbul di lapangan. Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi, peningkatan pengawasan, penertiban parkir liar, penataan sistem parkir dan mengoptimalkan parkir berlangganan.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik void terhadap sifat mekanis dari permeable mortar paver, menganalisis pengaruh metode pencampuran dan perawatan yang tepat terhadap sifat mekanis permeable mortar paver, dan memberikan rekomendasi desain dan rencana kerja dan syarat-syarat (RKS) dari permeable mortar paver untuk diaplikasikan pada area parkir. Metode dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membuat benda uji permeable mortar paver berukuran 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm untuk kemudian dilakukan pengujian kuat tekan dari sisi atas dan sisi samping. Untuk rekomendasi desain dan analisis RKS pemasangan permeable mortar paver dilakukan berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian laboratorium dan dari studi literatur. Aspek-aspek yang dianalisis di dalam RKS yaitu pekerjaan pembuatan permeable mortar paver, pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan site development, dan pekerjaan pemasangan permeable mortar paver. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah persentase void yang lebih sedikit menunjukkan besar kuat tekan benda uji lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan benda uji yang memiliki jumlah persentase void yang lebih banyak. Lalu untuk benda uji dengan sedotan plastik sebagai pembuat lubang menghasilkan hasil kuat tekan yang lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan benda uji dengan sedotan bambu. Selain dari material pembuatannya, faktor lain di dalam penelitian ini adalah perawatan benda uji dengan menggunakan air (water cured) akan menghasilkan kuat tekan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perawatan menggunakan plastik (moist cured). Di dalam pengaplikasiannya, bentuk permeable mortar paver yang direkomendasikan berbentuk pre-cast paving block berbentuk persegi berukuran 21 cm x 21 cm dengan 4 buah pipa pvc berukuran 1 ½ inch sebagai pembuat lubang.Dari penelitian ini perlu dilakukan eksperimen lebih lanjut terkait sifat mekanis permeable mortar paver dan diperlukan validasi lebih lanjut terkait rekomendasi desain dan RKS yang telah dibuat.

This study aims to analyze the influence of void characteristics on the mechanical properties of permeable mortar pavers, analyze the effect of mixing methods and curing method of the properties of permeable mortar pavers, and also provide the design recommendations and Work Planning and Requirements (RKS) of permeable mortar pavers to be applied in the parking lot area. This study was carried out by making a permeable mortar paver specimen measuring 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm and testing the compressive strength of the top and the side sides of the specimen. For the design recommendations and analysis of the RKS, the permeable mortar paver installation is carried out based on the result of laboratory testing and from some literature studies. The aspects that analyzed in the RKS are the fabrications of permeable mortar paver, preparatory work, site development work, and the installation of permeable mortar paver. The result of this study indicates that the smaller number of void percentages indicate the greater compressive strength of the specimens compared to specimens that have a higher number of void percentages. Then, for specimens with plastic straws as a void maker, produces a greater compressive strength when compared to specimens with bamboo straws. Another factor in this study is the specimens that using the water cured method will produce a better compressive strength compared to the specimens that using the moist cured method. In its application in the real world, the recommended form for the permeable mortar paver is a 21 cm x 21 cm squared pre-cast paving block which contains four 1 ½ PVC pipes as a void maker. From this research, further experiments are needed relating to the mechanical properties of the permeable mortar paver, and validation is needed related to the design recommendations and RKS that have been made.

"Sistem keamanan parkir merupakan salah satu hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengelola sebuah tempat umum. Sistem parkir yang terdapat saat ini kebanyakan bersifat manual dan masih memerlukan banyak tenaga kerja untuk melakukan proses verifikasi keamanan. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan otomatisasi dalam proses verifikasi keamanan dalam sistem parkir tersebut menggunakan pengenalan terhadap pelat nomor dan biometri yang berupa wajah. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah system keamanan parkir yang dapat digunakan secara mudah dan efisien untuk menjalankan proses verifikasi keamanan dalam sebuah tempat parkir. Sistem ini akan melakukan manajemen keamanan dengan melakukan pengecekan terhadap pengendara yang memasuki sebuah wilayah dengan membandingkan pelat nomor dan wajah ketika masuk dan keluar dari tempat tersebut menggunakan pengolahan citra dan deep learning. Sistem ini akan mengurangi biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat tempat parkir yang aman dan meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dalam proses verifikasi keamanan dalam sebuah tempat parkir pada tempat umum.

Parking security system is one of the important things that need to be considered in managing public spaces. The existing parking system mostly has a manual system and still needs someone to do a security verification process. One solution that can be done is to automate the security verification process in the parking system using plate number and face recognition. In this research a parking security system will be created that can be used easily and efficiently to do a security verification process in a parking lot in public spaces. This system will do the security management by checking driver that entering an area by comparing license plates and faces when entering and leaving the place using image processing and deep learning. This system will reduce the costs needed to make a secure parking space and increase time efficiency in the process of security verification for a parking space in a public place."

"

Alat ini dibuat untuk memudahkan para pengemudi mobil untuk mencari tempat parkir gedung dan rubanah yang kosong. Alat ini menggunakan System-On-Chip NodeMCU ESP32 Wi-Fi yang diintegrasikan dengan sensor ultrasonic HC-SR04 dan aplikasi android yang dirancang dengan bahasa pemrograman Flutter. Alat utama pada proyek ini adalah sensor ultrasonic HC-SR04 yang bekerja untuk menentukan jarak ke objek mobil dalam ambang batas yang telah ditetapkan dan menjelaskan keberadaan mobil pada parkir mobil yang tersedia. Informasi yang dibaca oleh sensor ditransfer ke NodeMCU ESP32 Wi-Fi, lalu informasi tersebut kemudian ditransfer ke aplikasi android. Aplikasi android diprogram dengan bahasa pemrograman Flutter. Aplikasi akan menampilkan informasi kepada pengguna apakah tempat parkir tersedia atau tidak. Dalam hasil pengujian, perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras pada proyek ini dapat bekerja dengan baik dan dapat membaca keberadaan berbagai jenis mobil dan bukan jenis mobil.


This tool is made to make it easier for car drivers to find an empty parking space and basement. This tool uses the System-On-Chip NodeMCU ESP32 Wi-Fi which is integrated with the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor and an android application designed with the Flutter programming language. The main tool in this project is the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to determine the distance to a car within a predetermined threshold and explain the presence of the car in the car park. Information read by the sensor is transferred to NodeMCU ESP32 Wi-Fi, and then it transferred to the android application. The android application is programmed with the Flutter programming language. The application will display information to users whether a parking space is available or not. In the testing result, This project successfully work either in software and hardware, and can read the existence of various types of cars and not cars.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari kebijakan tarif parkir dan layanan angkutan umum kampus terhadap preferensi mahasiswa/i pengguna kendaraan pribadi roda 2 dan roda 4 di wilayah kampus Universitas Indonesia Depok. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini berbasis pada model pemilihan diskrit logit binomial dengan membangun fungsi utilitas  yang menggunakan pendekatan regresi logistik. Model regresi dan fungsi utilitas dibangun dari data hasil survei stated preference dan revealed preference. Proses pembangunan model diawali dengan uji korelasi spearman, lalu uji kelayakan model yang meliputi 5 parameter kelayakan yaitu hosmer-lemeshow, omnibus test, nagelkerke R square, -2 log likelihood, dan overall percentage, dan uji validasi menggunakan root mean square error. Setelah itu, dilakukan analisis pemilihan model yang berbasis uji kelayakan dan validasi serta uji komparasi mann whitney untuk mengetahui perbedaan dari model-model yang dipilih. Setelah model terpilih, dilakukan analisis potensi perpindahan moda dari kendaraan pribadi ke angkutan umum kampus. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuk 2 model dengan fungsi utilitas yang berbeda untuk roda 4 dan roda 2 dan variabel tarif parkir berpengaruh terhadap preferensi responden untuk pindah moda, sedangkan headway angkutan umum kampus tidak. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan berupa tarif parkir per jam yang merupakan preferensi dari responden untuk jenis kendaraan pribadi roda 2 dan roda 4 adalah Rp2.000 dan Rp3.000, dan jika pihak Universitas Indonesia menerapkan tarif tersebut maka persentase perpindahan ke angkutan umum kampus sebesar 53.3% dan 70.8%.


This research has an objective to analyze the impact of parking fee enhancement and public transportation service enhancement policy in Universitas Indonesia Depok on private transportation users preference. The analytical method in this study is based on a discrete binomial logit selection model by building a utility function that uses a logistic regression approach. Regression models and utility functions are built from the stated preference and revealed preference survey results. The process of building the model begins with the Spearman correlation test, then the feasibility test of the model which includes 5 feasibility parameters namely hosmer-lemeshow, omnibus test, Nagelkerke R square, -2 log likelihood, and overall percentage, and validation test using root mean square error. After that, an analysis of model selection based on the feasibility and validation tests and a mann whitney comparison test to determine the differences of the selected models. After the model is selected, an analysis of potential modal shifts from private vehicles to campus public transportation is carried out. The results of the analysis of this study are formed 2 models with different utility functions for 4 wheels and 2 wheels and parking fee variables affect the preferences of respondents to switch modes, while the campus public transportation headway does not. This study produces a conclusion in the form of hourly parking fee which are the preferences of respondents for the type of personal vehicle 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled is Rp2,000 and Rp3,000, and if the University of Indonesia applies the fee, the percentage of shiftings to campus public transportation is 53.3% and 70.8%.
