"[ABSTRAKPenulis ingin melihat dan memetakan peran Syekh Maulana Hizboel Wathony pada strategi komunikasi dakwah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Syekh Maulana Hizboel Wathony sebagai seorang dai yang potensial dan berperan dalam mengembangkan ajaran Islam khususnya tasawuf di Indonesia melalui kegiatan komunikasi dakwah.Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan model penjelasan deskriptif-analitis yang berupaya menggambarkan peran Syekh Maulana Hizboel Wathony dalam kegiatan komunikasi dakwah dan berperan aktif dalam mengembangkan ajaran Islam khususnya tasawuf di Indonesia.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Syekh Maulana Hizboel Wathony memiliki kontribusi aktif, khususnya dalam kegiatan komunikasi dakwah dengan menggunakan media sehingga pesan dakwah langsung kepada masyarakat di Indonesia. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ajaran Islam khususnya tasawuf dapat ditanamkan dan diterapkan dengan baik di kalangan masyarakat. Maka tujuan dakwah dapat tercapai sesuai dengan Al Quran dan Hadis.

ABSTRACTThis research looked at and mapped out the role of Syekh Maulana Hizboel Wathony Strategy Communication Dakwah. This research aims to look at the Syekh Maulana Hizboel Wathony potential as a religious teacher and his role in developing the Islamic teachings, especially Sufism in Indonesia on Strategy Communication Dakwah.This research is a qualitative study, with descriptive-analytic models of explanations that seek to describe the role of Syekh Maulana Hizboel Wathony in communication the Religious Dakwah activities and play an active role in the development of Islam Indonesia.This research concluded that Syekh Maulana Hizboel Wathony have an active contribution, especially in religious dakwah communication, and the message directly to the people of Indonesia. Furthermore, this research shows that the Islamic teachings, especially Sufism can be embedded and applied properly in Indonesian society. "Telah dilakukan penelitian pengaruh mutu layanan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka di perpustakaan Pusat UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah bagaimana pengaruh mutu layanan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka di Perpustakaan Pusat UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat mutu layanan, tingkat kepuasan pemustaka, dan pengaruh mutu layanan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka untuk mewujudkan layanan perpustakaan bermutu dan memuaskan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei berbasis kuesioner. Sampel sejumlah 99 responden diambil dari populasi dengan tehnik Simple Random Sampling. Variabel bebas penelitian adalah dimensi berwujud, reliabilitas, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kepuasan pemustaka. Data penelitian diperoleh dari responden menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Ver.16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat mutu layanan Perpustakaan lebih dominan pada penilaian baik, tingkat kepuasan pemustaka lebih dominan pada penilaian puas, dan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dimensi mutu layanan secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan pemustaka. Secara parsial, dimensi empati merupakan dimensi mutu layanan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemustaka dibandingkan dimensi mutu layanan lainnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi mutu layanan menjadi faktor penentu dalam memberikan kepuasan pemustaka.

This research is about influence of service quality on State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang library customer satisfaction. The research questions were how quality service influenced State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang library customer satisfaction. The aims of the research were to analize the level of quality service, to analize the level of customer satisfaction and to analize the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction to contribute to the effort of enhancing library quality service and satisfaction.

The research employed quantitative approach, survey method for data gathering, and questionnaire as research instrument. The 99 research respondents were derived using simple random sampling technique. The independent variables of the research are tangibles, reliabilities, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The dependent one is customer satisfaction. The research data were derived from the respondent using Likert scale questionnaire. Then, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS Ver.16.

The finding indicates that the level of service quality is considered good, the level of customer satisfaction is considered satisfied and there is positive and significant influence of service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Partially, empathy, one of the service quality dimensions, has the greatest contribution to the customer satisfaction in comparison to the other dimension. This shows that the dimensions of service quality become a major factor in providing customer satisfaction."

"Dalam sebuah kendaraan, penting untuk mendesain bagaimana cara agar kendaraan tersebut aman saat digunakan apalagi saat terjadi kecelakaan. Saat ini juga telah banyak dikembangkan desain dan pembaharuan dari penyerap energi, khususnya di bidang crashworthiness. Penyerap energi ini dapat menyerap energi saat tabrakan atau kecelakaan untuk melindungi penumpang serta bagian mobilnya yang beresiko membahayakan penumpang. Selain itu, juga banyak pengembangan tentang struktur berdinding tipis tunggal yang dapat menyerap energi sebagai penyederhanaan sistem komponen yang kompleks. Struktur berdinding tipis ini diibaratkan sebagai front rail pada kendaraan. Front rail ini merupakan komponen utama pada crumple zone yang dapat menyerap kurang lebih 40% dari energy kinetik saat terjadi tabrakan frontal. Front rail ini sengaja dihancurkan dalam penyerapan energi guna menghindari efek tabrakan pada kompartemen penumpang. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas penyerap energi bentuk struktur berdinding tipis yang diberi gaya tumbukan aksial dengan memanfaatkan gaya gravitasi bumi, dengan menggunakan faktor yang disebut crush initiator. Crush initiator ini adalah faktor yang memperluas daerah kurva gaya tumbukan-displacement sehingga meningkatkan penyerapan energi dan juga mengurangi gaya tumbukan puncak pada saat awal tabrakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh posisi dan diameter crush initiator terhadap crashworthiness. Analisa dilakukan dengan cara ekeperimen. Hasil yang didapatkan dari eksperimen adalah ada pengaruh terhadap posisi dan diameter yang signifikan.

In the field of vehicle engineering, it is importat to design how to make vehicle be safe to use especially during an accident. Recent, there are many research to develop and improve energy absopber, particularly in the field of crashworthiness. This energy absopber can absops the kinertic energy during crash or accident in the purpose to protect occupant and part of vehicle that risk to occupant. Furthermore, there are also many development about thin-walled structure as energy absopber that represent front rail component system of vehicle. Front rail is a main component of crumple zone that absopb approximatetly 40% kinetic energy during frontal crash. Front rail is intentional to be crushed in order to avoid the crash effect to occupant compartment. This research will be discussed about energy absopber shaped square tube hollow as thin walled structure that be given axial force impact utilizing the earth gravitation using a factor called crush initiator. The purpose of this research is to find the effect of position and dimension of crush initiator to vehicle crashworthiness. Analysis will be executed experimentally. Result from the experiment, there is a effect of dimension and position to the energy absorpbtion significantly."
