"ASBTRAK
Maraknya isu global warming menarik perhatian kalangan umum. Meningkatnya CO2 penyebab gas rumah kaca menjadi pemicu efisiensi energi pada green building. Penelitian ini meninjau proyek bangunan green tersertifikasi oleh Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) berlandaskan greenship v.1.0 dengan target rating GOLD. Hipotesa konstruksi green bulding akan menambah biaya jika dibandingkan dengan conventional. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dan studi kasus proyek Jasa Marga oleh PT.PP Persero (Tbk) terhadap penerapan aspek Energy Efficiency and Conservation. Pada aspek ini faktor dominan perubahan biaya konstruksi terdapat pada measurement energy dengan desain penurunan nilai OTTV. Total perubahan kenaikan biaya berdasarkan studi kasus adalah 3.24%.

ABSTRACT
The rise of the global warming issue attracted the attention of the public. Increased CO2 causes a greenhouse gas trigger energy efficiency in green building. The research was reviewing a green building project to be certified by the Green Building Council of Indonesia (GBCI) which is summarized in version 1.0 with targeted GOLD rating.its hipotized that gren construction needs additional cost than conventional. The method used in this study is survey and case studies on projects Jasa Marga by PT.PP Corporation (Corporation) on the implementation aspects of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation. This dominant factor changed the construction costs is the energy measurement with decrease the value of OTTV.By the case study cost, its changes about 3.24%."

"Bangunan mengkonsumsi 32% dari total energi di dunia. Bangunan komersial di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan konsumsi energi sebesar 0,11% dari 2019 hingga 2020. Pasar tradisional adalah salah satu bangunan komersial yang mendapat perhatian dari pemerintah terkait konsumsi energinya pascarevitalisasi. Revitalisasi pasar tradisional dilakukan dalam pemenuhan indikator SNI Pasar Rakyat untuk pengelolaan pasar yang berkelanjutan. Sejak 2019, konsep bangunan hijau sudah diterapkan pada revitalisasi pasar tradisional dengan efisiensi energi sebagai salah satu aspeknya. Namun, data konsumsi energi pasar-pasar tersebut hingga saat ini belum tersedia begitu juga dengan benchmark Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tentang konsumsi dan strategi konservasi energi pada pasar tradisional yang direvitalisasi dengan konsep bangunan hijau. Benchmarking IKE pasar tradisional yang dihasilkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi tolok ukur bagi pasar yang sedang atau akan direvitalisasi. Strategi konservasi energi dalam penelitian ini mempertimbangkan pemenuhan ketentuan OTTV dan WWR pada parameter selubung bangunan serta tingkat pencahayaan dan densitas daya lampu pada parameter sistem pencahayaan. Pasar Prawirotaman Yogyakarta dan Pasar PON terpilih menjadi studi kasus penelitian ini. Penyelidikan konsumsi dan strategi konservasi energi dilakukan dengan pendekatan Building Information Modeling (BIM) melalui Autodesk Revit untuk modeling 3D dan Green Building Studio untuk simulasi energi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, studi dokumen serta pengukuran dengan Power Quality Analyzer (PQA) dan Amperemeter. Benchmarking IKE dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan luas bersih bangunan, jam operasional, dan jumlah pengguna secara berurutan adalah sebesar 23,11 kWh/m2/tahun; 34,84 kW/tahun; dan 0,70 kWh/orang/tahun. Penggunaan kaca double clear glass dan penambahan densitas daya lampu menjadi strategi konservasi yang diusulkan pada studi kasus.

Buildings consume 32% of the world’s total energy. Commercial buildings in Indonesia experienced a 0,11% increase in energy consumption from 2019 to 2020. Traditional markets are one of the commercial buildings that have received attention from the government regarding their post-revitalization energy consumption. The revitalization of traditional markets is carried out to fulfil the SNI Pasar Rakyat indicator for sustainable market management. Since 2019, the green building concept has been applied to revitalizing traditional markets with energy efficiency. However, data on energy consumption in these markets is not yet available, as well as Energy Use Intensity (EUI/IKE) benchmarks for traditional markets. This study explores energy consumption and conservation strategies in traditional markets, which are revitalized with green buildings concept. The IKE benchmarking of traditional markets produced by this research can be used as a benchmark for markets that are being or will be revitalized. The energy conservation strategy of this research considers the fulfilment of OTTV and WWR provisions on the building envelope parameters as well as the level of lighting and lighting power density on the parameter of the lighting system. Prawirotaman Market Yogyakarta and PON Market Trenggalek were selected as case studies of this research. The study of consumption and energy conservation strategies was carried out using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) approach through Autodesk Revit for 3D modeling and Green Building Studio for energy simulation. Data was collected through interviews, field observations, document studies and measurements with Power Quality Analyzer (PQA) and Amperemeter. This study’s benchmarking of EUI/IKE based on the occupied or net floor area of the building, operating hours, and the number of users are 23,11 kWh/m2/year; 34,84 kW/year; and 0,70 kWh/person/year, respectively. The use of double clear glass and the addition of lighting power density are the conservation strategies proposed in the case study."
