"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara motivasi dan kepuasan wisatawan terhadap destinasi wisata melalui peran experiental-related factors dan destination image yang dipersepsikan oleh para wisatawan selama berwisata di situs warisan. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia yang pernah berwisata ke Candi Borobudur dalam waktu satu tahun terakhir. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan 442 sampel responden. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi dan kepuasan wisatawan melalui peran destination image dan salah satu experiental-related factors. Temuan ini membantu dalam memahami faktor penentu perilaku dan kepuasan dari wisatawan terhadap situs wisata warisan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects between motivation satisfaction of tourists towards the heritage destination through the role of experience related factors and destination images perceived by tourists during a visit to a heritage destination. The sample are Indonesian citizens who had traveled to Borobudur Temple last year. The research is using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for processing data from 442 respondents. The result indicate that there is a significant effect between motivation-satisfaction through the role of destination image and one of the experiental related factors. These findings contribute to understanding the determinants of tourists behavior and satisfaction towards a heritage destination."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai program tata kelola destinasi pariwisata atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Destination Management Organization yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata. Apakah program tersebut berhasil dalam perannya dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerah dan memeratakan manfaat ekonomi dari pariwisata kepada masyarakat lokal. Dengan menggunakan analisis kovarians untuk membandingkan koefisien Gini antara kabupaten/kota dengan program DMO dengan kabupaten/kota tanpa program DMO pada saat sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan program didapatkan hasil bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok tersebut. Namun secara deskriptif terdapat indikasi bahwa program DMO akan mengurangi ketimpangan pendapatan di kabupaten/kota yang mendapatkan program tersebut.

This study aim to analyze whether the Destination Management Organization program conducted by the Ministry of Tourism is successful in its role increasing the local economy and distributing the economic benefits of tourism equally to the local communities. Using analysis covariance to compare the Gini coefficient between districts cities with DMO program with the district city without DMO program before and after the implementation of the program, this study showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups. However descriptively there are indications that the DMO program will reduce inequality in districts cities with the program.

"Studi ini meneliti hubungan antara halal tourism (pariwisata halal), tourist experience (pengalaman wisata), dan constraint (kendala) untuk mengidentifikasi peran khusus dari atribut-atribut dalam membentuk destination image (citra daerah tujuan) dan revisit intention (intensi mengunjungi kembali) ke Lombok. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 330 tanggapan survei dari wisatawan domestik Lombok. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, pemodelan persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan PLS untuk menguji dampak dimensi dan variabel yang mempengaruhi destination image dan revisit intention. Lima dimensi halal tourism attributes (lingkungan sosial, fasilitas, makanan dan minuman, layanan, dan staf), empat dimensi tourist experience (escapism, entertainment, esthetics, dan education), tiga dimensi constraint (avaibility, structural, dan interpersonal), tiga dimensi destination image (scenery, infrastructure, affective dan water sports), dan tiga atribut revisit intention diidentifikasi. Analisis regresi kuadrat terkecil parsial menunjukkan bahwa tourist experience menentukan peran terbesar dalam destination image. Hasil penelitian menentukan apakah keberadaan faktor pariwisata halal dapat mempengaruhi citra tujuan dan membuat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi kembali Lombok di masa depan, oleh karena itu pemasar dapat menciptakan nilai tambah untuk daerah tujuan wisata yang dikelola dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor pariwisata halal.

This study examines the relationship between halal tourism, travel experience, and constraint to identify the particular role of the attributes in forming destination image and revisit intention to Lombok. The study population comprises of 330 survey responses from domestic tourists of Lombok. In order to achieve this objective, structural equation modelling was used to analyze the data using PLS to examine the impact of dimensions and variable that influence destination image and revisit intention. Five dimensions of halal tourism (social environment, facilities, food and beverages, service, and staff), four dimensions of travel experience (escapism, entertainment, esthetics, and education), three dimensions of constraints (avaibility, structural, and interpersonal), three dimension of destination image (scenery, infrastructure, affective, and water sports), and three attributes of revisit intention were identified. Partial least squares regression analysis shows that tourism experience defining biggest roles in the destination image. The results determine whether the existence of halal tourism factors can affect the destination image and make a tourist to revisit Lombok in the future, therefore marketers can create added value for managed tourist destination areas by taking into the factors of halal tourism."

"Pulau Bintan merupakan sebuah destinasi wisata yang menghadirkan wisata dengan kekayaan wisata alam bahari. Untuk mendatangkan wisatawan, maka strategi pemasaran loyalitas tercipta akibat adanya kepuasan wisatawan akibat pengalaman perjalanan di sebuah destinasi pulau. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh travel experience terhadap destination loyalty melalui tourist satisfaction dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara travel experience terhadap destination loyalty, melalui mediasi tourist satisfaction. Hasil lain menunjukan bahwa tourist satisfaction menjadi faktor yang memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dalam menciptakan destination loyalty. Terdapat saran dari penelitian ini yaitu perlunya peningkatan untuk pembangunan daerah dalam menyediakan pelayanan dan fasilitas Pulau Bintan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman perjalanan wisata.

To increase tourist visit, destination loyalty is marketing strategy to created tourist satisfaction with the travel experience in an island destination. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of travel experience on destination loyalty with mediation tourist satisfaction with a quantitative approach. The results showed that there was an effect between travel experience on destination loyalty, through the mediation of tourist satisfaction. Other results show that tourist satisfaction is a factor that has a significant direct effect in creating destination loyalty. There are suggestions from this research, namely need for improvement in regional development in providing services and facilities for Bintan Island to improve travel experience in destination."

"[Membangun keterikatan destinasi adalah kunci dalam pemasaran kepariwisataan saat ini Sebuah studi menjelaskan bahwa secara teori model untuk membangun kepuasan dalam berwisata dapat didasari oleh rasa keterikatan pada destinasi yang rasa keterikatan tersebut dapat diciptakan dari kredibilitas suatu informasi dan citra destinasi itu sendiri. Hubungan keempat variabel tersebut diuji pada 187 responden yang mengunjungi Pulau Tidung Hasil olahan data dengan SEM mengindikasikan bahwa kredibilitas informasi dan citra suatu destinasi dengan melalui mediasi keterikatan destinasi dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan berwisata. Studi ini dapat memberikan implikasi manajerial terhadap praktek kepariwisataan.

"Ekspor harus dibuktikan dengan Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB) dan Nota Pelayanan Ekspor (NPE), sedangkan Faktur Pajak merupakan bukti adanya penyerahan Barang Kena Pajak (BKP) atau Jasa Kena Pajak (JKP) di Dalam Daerah Pabean. Tidak dimilikinya PEB dan NPE karena ekspor dilakukan secara tidak langsung, mengakibatkan penjualan ke luar negeri tidak dapat diakui sebagai ekspor, melainkan harus diperlakukan sebagai penyerahan BKP/JKP di Dalam Paerah Pabean sehingga harus diterbitkan Faktur Pajak, dapat dikenakan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) sebesar 10% dan dilaporkan pada Formulir 1111 A2 SPT Masa PPN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sehubungan dengan implementasi destination principle baik pada Undang-Undang PPN (UU PPN), peraturan pelaksanaannya maupun penerapan administrasi perpajakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mencari tahu akar permasalahan sehubungan dengan kesulitan di dalam melaporkan ekspor yang dilakukan secara tidak langsung di dalam SPT Masa PPN. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah Faktur Pajak harus diterbitkan baik oleh karena permintaan petugas bea dan cukai sehubungan dengan ijin pemasukan atau pengeluaran barang di Kawasan Berikat ataupun karena permintaan dari otoritas pajak. Di sisi lain, interpretasi yang beragam sehubungan dengan perlakuan PPN untuk ekspor yang dilakukan secara tidak langsung mengakibatkan beragamnya pengisian Faktur Pajak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah UU PPN telah secara konsisten menganut destination principle. Namun, ketiadaan definisi “penyerahan” di dalam UU PPN mengakibatkan interpretasi dan pelaksanaan UU PPN seringkali tidak dikaitkan dengan kelaziman usaha dan sifat transaksional PPN. Akibatnya, aturan pelaksanaan UU PPN dan administrasi perpajakan tidak memfasilitasi pelaporan ekspor yang dilakukan secara tidak langsung di dalam SPT Masa PPN.

Export must be proven by Notification for Export of Goods (PEB) and Note for Export Service (NPE), while the Tax Invoice is evidence for supply of Taxable Goods (BKP) or Taxable Services (JKP) within the Customs Area. The absence of PEB and NPE for indirect exports, resulting in overseas sales cannot be recognized as exports, but must be treated as supply of BKP/JKP in the Customs Area so that a Tax Invoice must be issued, can be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) of 10% and reported on Form 1111 A2 of the monthly VAT Return. This study aims to analyse the implementation of the destination principle in the VAT Law, its implementing regulations and the application of tax administration. This study uses a qualitative approach to find out the root causes of difficulties in reporting indirect exports in the monthly VAT Return. The findings of this study are that the Tax Invoice must be issued either because of the request of the customs and excise officer in connection with the permit for entering or releasing of goods in the Bonded Zone or because of the request of the taxation authority. On the other hand, various interpretations regarding the treatment of VAT for indirect exports result in various fillings of Tax Invoices. The conclusion of this research is that the VAT Law has consistently adhered to the destination principle. However, the absence of a definition of “supply” in the VAT Law has resulted in the interpretation and implementation of the VAT Law often not being related to the business practices and the transactional nature of VAT. As a result, the implementing regulations of the VAT Law and tax administration do not facilitate reporting indirect export in the monthly VAT Return."

Tesis ini membahas destination personality Kepulauan Seribu yang dipersepsikan oleh wisatawan lokal dan menganalisis hubungan antara destination personality, self-congruity dan behavioral intentions wisatawan lokal Kepulauan Seribu. Dimensi destination personality yang dimiliki oleh Kepulauan Seribu adalah Experience, Skeptical, Impression, Unique dan Marginalized. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa strategi personifikasi efektif untuk menjadi diferensiasi dan untuk melakukan positioning sebuah destinasi wisata.

This thesis examines the destination personality of Seribu Islands perceived by local tourists and to analyze the relationship between destination personality, self congruity and behavioral intentions amongst local tourists Seribu Islands. "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami area penelitian khususnya bidang leisure dan tourism. Dikatakan dalam studi ini bahwa suatu fandom selebriti merupakan bentuk baru dari kegiatan leisure. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan program LISREL 8.8. Hasil menguatkan hubungan beberapa hipotesis dalam model yang diajukan. Tingkat keterlibatan selebriti positif berpengaruh pada keakraban dengan destinasi dan keinginan untuk mengunjungi destinasi. Citra dan keakraban dari destinasi juga positif terkait dengan keinginan untuk berkunjung. Hubungan positif antara citra afektif dan kognitif secara empiris mendukung. Namun, bertentangan dengan harapan, hubungan antara keterlibatan selebriti dan citra dari destinasi tidak didukung secara empiris.

This research was conducted to help understand this under-researched area particularly in the field of leisure and tourism. It is argued in this study that the celebrity fandom is a novel form of leisure/tourism activity, which should be understood in relation to other leisure and tourism constructs. Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.8 program has been used to process the data. The results corroborated several hypothesized relationships within the proposed model. The level of celebrity involvement positively affected destination familiarity and visitation intention. Destination images and familiarity were also positively related to visitation intentions. The positive association between affective images and cognitive images was empirically supported as well. However, contrary to the expectation, the posited relationship between celebrity involvement and destination images was not empirically supported."

"[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh perkembangan
pariwisata terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan penduduk di 10 Kabupaten/Kota yang
ada di NTB pada kurun waktu 2007 - 2012. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk
menjawab tujuan tersebut adalah regresi data panel dengan pendekatan fixed effect.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan pariwisata (SHTour)
tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan penduduk
Kabupaten/kota di NTB, ceteris paribus. Adapun variabel yang berpengaruh
terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan adalah jumlah penduduk tingkat Pendidikan
tinggi (Pend_tinggi) dan rata-rata lama belajar, dengan hubungan negatif terhadao
ketimpangan pendapatan penduduk Kabupaten/kota di NTB, ceteris paribus.
Variabel pendapatan per kapita juga berpengaruh signifikan dan memiliki hubungan
positif terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan penduduk Kabupaten/kota di NTB, ceteris
paribus.
Untuk menekan ketimpangan pendapatan penduduk melalui sektor
pariwisata pemerintah daerah perlu mengurangi kebocoran ekspor dan impor di
sektor pariwisata antara lain melalui peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat lokal serta
kualitas dan kuantitas produk lokal agar dapat bersaing di pasar lokal, regional, dan
global.

ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to identify the effects of tourism development to income
inequality in 10 cities in NTB during 2007-2012. Research methods used in this
study is panel data regression with fixed effect approach.
The results showed that
development of tourism didn?t significantly affect to income inequality at cities in
West Nusa Tenggara. Variables that significantly influence income inequality is
high education level of population and year of school population. Its has negative
correlation to income inequality, ceteris paribus. Income per capita is the other
significant variable that affect income inequality in Cities in West Nusa Tenggara,
ceteris paribus.
In order to reduce population income inequality in Cities in West Nusa
Tenggara through tourism development, local government and other stakeholders
should reduce import and export leakages by increasing the capacity of local
community, also increasing quality and quantity of local product to be competitive at
