"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Maqasid Syariah dalam
proses penyusunan dan evaluasi anggaran Pusat Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya
Manusia Strategis (PPSDMS) Nurul Fikri. Implementasi tersebut diteliti melalui
realisasi komponen Maqasid Syariah yang terdiri dari melindungi jiwa,
memperkuat agama, memperkaya akal, melindungi keturunan, dan mendorong
kesejahteraan dalam proses penyusunan dan evaluasi anggaran PPSDMS. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan dalam melakukan analisis adalah studi literatur, studi
kasus dan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Maqasid Syariah diterapkan
melalui perwujudan seluruh komponennya dalam proses penyusunan anggaran,
evaluasi anggaran, dan mata anggaran organisasi.

ABSTRACT
This reseacrh aims to investigate Maqasid Syariah implementation in the process
of budget formulation and budget evaluation Pusat Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya
Manusia Strategis (PPSDMS) Nurul Fikri. The application is examined through
the realization of Maqasid Shariah which consists of safeguarding human faith
(din), human self (nafs), human intellect (‘aql), human posterity (nasl), and human
wealth (mal) in the process of budget formulation and evaluation within the
organization. The methods used in this reseacrh are literature study, case study
and interview. The results showed that Maqasid Syariah have been implemented
through the realization of all its components in the organization's budget
formulation, budget evaluation, and budget items."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi kewirausahaan pada pengemudi taksi yang dapat digunakan untuk pemberdayaan SDM yang diukur berdasarkan teori Santos et al.(2008) dalam jurnal berjudul ”How to Assess Entrepreneurial Potential”. Kewirausahaan dapat digunakan dalam pemberdayaan SDM berdasarkan beberapa penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah dengan metode survey. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Analisis data terhadap 98 responden pengemudi taksi pada empat perusahaan (Blue Bird, Express Group, Koperasi Taksi, dan Taksi Putra) dianalisis dengan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan gambaran potensi kewirausahaan yang tinggi pada pengemudi taksi di Jakarta (pada perusahaan taksi yang diteliti).

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine entrepreneurship potential of taxi drivers which can be used to human resources empowerment based on Santos et al. (2008) theory in journal “How to Assess Entrepreneurial Potential”. Entrepreneurship can be used on human resources empowerment based on several studies. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sample in this study collected by survey techniques. This study use quota sampling techniques to collect data sample. Analysis of 98
respondents in four taxi company (Blue Bird, Express Group, Koperasi Taksi, dan Taksi Putra) use with frequencies descriptive analyze. The result showed that taxi drivers in Jakarta (at research’s place) have high entrepreneurship potential."

"[Tesis ini membahas kesiapan sumber daya manusia Direktorat Jenderal Industri Kecil dan Menengah dalam menghadapi restrukturisasi organisasi di Kementerian Perindustrian dan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan organisasi untuk mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia Direktorat Jenderal Industri Kecil dan Menengah menghadapi restrukturisasi organisasi. Teori yang digunakan untuk membahas permasalahan penelitian adalah teori kesiapan individu untuk berubah dari Robert Kriegel dan David Brandt serta teori delapan tahap perubahan organisasi dari John Kotter. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian post positivism dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan agar Direktorat Jenderal Industri Kecil dan Menengah memberikan sosialisasi, membangun komunikasi, memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan, memperkuat peranan tim khusus restrukturisasi organisasi, memperbaiki sistem dokumentasi, promosi, penempatan pegawai, serta penanaman budaya baik yang dapat mendukung upaya perubahan organisasi Direktorat Jenderal Industri Kecil dan Menengah;This thesis discusses about the readiness of the human resources Directorate General of Small and Medium Industries in facing organizational restructuring at the Ministry of Industry and the efforts which organization undertaken to prepare human resources readiness in facing organizational restructuring. Theories used to analyze are the theory of individual change readiness from Robert Kriegel and David Brandt and eight-stage theory of organizational change John Kotter. This study is a post positivism research with descriptive design. This study suggested that Directorate General of Small and Medium Industries provides socialization, build communication, providing education and training, strengthening the role of a special team of organizational restructuring, improving the system documentation, promotion, staffing, and bulid good culture that can support the efforts of the organizational change in Directorate General of Small and Medium Industries;This thesis discusses about the readiness of the human resources Directorate General of Small and Medium Industries in facing organizational restructuring at the Ministry of Industry and the efforts which organization undertaken to prepare human resources readiness in facing organizational restructuring.
