"Formularium nasional didefinisikan sebagai daftar obat terpilih yang dibutuhkan dan tersedia di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sebagai pedoman dalam pelaksanaan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Indikator utama dari penggunaan obat adalah kesesuaian resep dengan formularium dan pedoman terapi. Daftar obat yang terdapat di formularium nasional Puskesmas Kecamatan Palmerah sesuai acuan formularium nasional melalui Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan. Obat-obatan yang telah diseleksi untuk Rencana Kebutuhan Obat (RKO) tahun 2022 dan tahun 2023 diperoleh bahwa terdapat obat-obatan yang termasuk ke dalam RKO 2022 namun tidak termasuk dalam RKO 2023. Leaflet merupakan suatu media penyampaian informasi yang berisi pesan-pesan kesehatan melalui lembaran yang dilipat. Penyuluhan menggunakan media leaflet memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat mengenai edukasi cara penggunaan obat dan vaksin ketika berpuasa.

The national formulary is defined as a list of selected drugs that are needed and available in health service facilities as a guide in implementing the National Health Insurance. The main indicator of drug use is the conformity of the prescription with the formulary and therapy guidelines. The list of drugs contained in the national formulary of the Palmerah District Health Center is in accordance with the national formulary reference through the Decree of the Minister of Health. The medicines that have been selected for the 2022 and 2023 Drug Needs Plan (RKO) show that there are medicines that are included in the 2022 RKO but are not included in the 2023 RKO. Leaflets are a medium for conveying information containing health messages through folded sheet. Counseling using leaflet media has a positive impact on the community regarding education on how to use drugs and vaccines when fasting. "

"[ABSTRAKFornas merupakan daftar obat acuan yang digunakan dalam program JaminanKesehatan Nasional sehingga perlu diteliti penggunaanya dilapangan. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk melihat proporsi penggunaan obat yang sesuai Fornas danmenganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan obat yang sesuaiFornas di Unit Rawat Jalan RSUD Kota Padangsidimpuan. Metodenya adalahmetode kuantitatif (deskriptif analitik dengan 380 data rekam medis) dan metodekualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Proporsipenggunaan obat Fornas hanya 83,2%. Pencapaian yang tidak mencapai 100% inidipengaruhi oleh tidak adanya prosedur internal penggunaan obat Fornas,disfungsi Instalasi Farmasi, Tim Farmasi dan Terapi belum terbentuk, tidakadanya evaluasi dari manajemen rumah sakit, metode pengarahan atau sosialisasihanya bersifat lisan serta terbatasnya dukungan dana dari APBD. Saran daripenelitian ini adalah melakukan metode lain untuk sosialisasi, merevitalisasiinstalasi farmasi, membentuk Tim Farmasi dan Terapi, mempertimbangkan opsiperubahan status menjadi BLUD, meninjau ulang kerjasama dengan Apotek KPNdan menerapkan sistem satu pintu dalam pelayanan kefarmasian serta melakukanadvokasi kepada pemerintah Kota Padangsidimpuan untuk mengembangkanRSUD Kota Padangsidimpuan.

ABSTRACTThe national formulary is list of reference medicines that used in national healthinsurance program. Thus it is important to do research towards its use at thehospital. This research aims to evaluate the proportion of the national formularymedicines used in accordance with the national formulary and analyze the factorsthat influence it at Kota Padangsidimpuan hospital. "ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas kepatuhan dokter dalam penggunaan obat yang sesuai dengan formularium nasional di RSUP Fatmawati Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pada penelitian ini kepatuhan tinggi, informasi dan sosialisasi yang rendah, kepemimpinan yang kondusif, pengetahuan yang rendah, sikap yang baik, adanya peran KFT, pengaruh industri farmasi, serta lingkungan tempat kerja yang baik. Terdapat hubungan hubungan yang bermakna antara informasi dan sosialisasi serta pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan dokter dalam menggunakan obat sesuai formularium nasional.

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the compliance of doctors in the use of drugs in accordance with the national formulary in RSUP Fatmawati Year 2017. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional approach using primary data and secondary data. In this study, high compliance, low information and socialization, conducive leadership, low knowledge, good attitude, the role of KFT, the influence of the pharmaceutical industry, and a good workplace environment. There is a significant relationship between information and socialization and knowledge with doctors 39 compliance in using drugs according to national formulary."
