"Focus groups are extremely effective tools to gather data that aids managers and organization leaders in making critical business decisions. This issue explains how focus groups can be used to identify problems, plan, develop new products, obtain market information, and conduct research. It outlines how to get started with the focus group process, how to recruit participants, and how to facilitate a focus group meeting."

Despite the availability of many comprehensive electronic documents management systems (EDMS) that support the creation of disposition form, many companies still prefer spreadsheet-based office applications like Microsoft Excel for managing their records and/or documents. This study proposes an automated script-based system for spreadsheet-based EDMS to optimise efficiency. This study conducts a usability test on a proposed automated system to assess the usefulness and quality of the proposed automated system. This study uses mixed-methods approach with usability testing method. For the quantitative data, 25 participants from Universitas Indonesia Library and Information Science students are sampled randomly to answer a User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) which assess six scales of user experience (UX) consisting of attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. A user interview involving of 7 participants is also conducted to capture the users’ feelings and feedbacks in a more in-depth manner. The quantitative data are analysed using UEQ analysis tool, while the qualitative data was analysed using thematic coding. The usability testing result shows that the proposed system have a good strength in stimulation and efficiency. However, users still found some flaws when it comes to perspicuity and the design of the system."

"Despite the fact that focus groups are an ideal research tool for studying and employing group communication in action, many research practitioners and scholars have missed the opportunity to utilize them to their maximum benefit. Few researchers have the skills that enable them to approach focus group facilitation and analysis from a communication point of view. In this book, Dr. Christine Davis teaches readers how to take a project from an idea to the design, facilitation, and analysis stages. This book takes a unique communication perspective to apply group communication theories, knowledge of group processes, and a close discourse analysis approach to explain and understand the discursive aspect of focus groups. This book helps readers of all stages of experience - including those with no background in focus group research to those practitioners with more focus group expertise - understand how a communication approach to focus groups takes advantage of this discipline's rich Despite the fact that focus groups are an ideal research tool for studying and employing group communication in action, many research practitioners and scholars have missed the opportunity to utilize them to their maximum benefit.

ABSTRACT
This study aim to know whether condition of self regulatory strength and commitment level affecting one ability to derogate the temptation of attractive alternatives. Participants of this study were individuals at the stage of emerging adulthood, age range 20 28 years old who are in a dating relationship n 81 . This study use experimental design with computerized system to record responses, series of tasks and the fragrance of instant noodle that is considered to be the most alluring fragrance for Indonesian people, to divided groups. Participants divided into two groups of self regulatory strength manipulation, depletion and non depletion condition. The results showed that there is no significant differences between depletion and non depletion condition groups in ability to derogate attractive alternatives. Result found that one ability to derogate attractive alternatives is correlated with commitment level for those whose relationship duration are above 4 years r 0,624 . Later study should emphasize the importance of commitment threat calibration when presenting attractive alternatives to individuals."
