"Hans Pols proposes a new perspective on the history of colonial medicine from the viewpoint of indigenous physicians. The Indonesian medical profession in the Dutch East Indies actively participated in political affairs by joining and leading nationalist associations, by publishing in newspapers and magazines, and by becoming members of city councils and the colonial parliament. Indonesian physicians were motivated by their medical training, their experiences as physicians, and their subordinate position within the colonial health care system to organise, lead, and join social, cultural, and political associations. "Sebuah perusahaan dalam melakukan kegiatan operasionalnya tentu tidak jauh dari yang namanya risiko dimana salah satu penyebab paling besar akan timbulnya sebuah risiko adalah dikarenakan oleh tindakan-tindakan yang dilakukan oleh karyawannya. Tindakan karyawan yang dapat menimbulkan risiko terhadap perusahaan misalnya seperti tindakan tidak jujur, pencurian, penggelapan uang, dan lain-lain. Agar tidak mengalami kerugian akibat risiko yang terjadi, diperlukan adanya manajemen risiko yang baik. Salah satu manajemen risiko yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan memiliki polis asuransi Fidelity Guarantee Insurance. Fidelity Guarantee Insurance merupakan asuransi yang bertujuan untuk dapat melindungi perusahaan dari tindakan-tindakan yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian yang dilakukan oleh karyawannya, seperti pencurian uang, penggelapan uang, atau semacamnya dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan bagi dirinya sendiri. Dalam proses penutupan asuransi ada yang dinamakan polis asuransi atau sebuah kontrak perjanjian kerjasama yang dibuat secara tertulis antara para pihak, yaitu perusahaan penyedia asuransi dan nasabah asuransi. Isi dari polis tersebut merupakan syarat-syarat serta ketentuan asuransi tersebut yang mana nantinya sangat diperlukan apabila ingin mengajukan klaim asuransi. Apabila syarat dalam polis asuransi yang telah diperjanjikan tersebut tidak terpenuhi, maka perusahaan asuransi sebagai penanggung memiliki alasan serta hak untuk menolak klaim tersebut. Skripsi ini akan menganalisis bagaimana penggunaan produk asuransi Fidelity Guarantee Insurance beserta dengan alasan penolakan klaimnya sesuai dengan Putusan No. 126/Pdt.G/2021/PN Mlg. Metode penelitian ini adalah yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, serta menggunakan bahan-bahan kepustakaan seperti bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa agar klaim tertanggung tidak ditolak, maka risiko yang dialami tertanggung harus telah memenuhi seluruh syarat yang tertulis dalam polis asuransi yang dimilikinya. Apabila terdapat 1 (satu) saja syarat atau ketentuan dalam polis yang tidak terpenuhi, maka penanggung berhak untuk menolak pengajuan klaim tertanggung.

One of the risk management that can be used is to have an insurance policy, especially Fidelity Guarantee Insurance. Fidelity Guarantee Insurance is an insurance that aims to protect the company from actions that can cause losses by employees, such as theft of money, embezzlement of funds, or the like with the aim of gaining profit for themselves. In the insurance coverage process, there is an insurance policy or a cooperation agreement contract made in writing between the parties, namely the insurance provider company and the insurance customer. The contents of the policy are the terms and conditions of the insurance which will be needed later if you want to make an insurance claim. If the conditions in the agreed insurance policy are not fulfilled, then the insurance company as the guarantor has reasons and the right to refuse the claim. This thesis will analyze the use of Fidelity Guarantee Insurance products along with the reasons for rejecting the claim by following under Court Judgement Number 126/Pdt.G/2021/PN Mlg. This research method is juridical-normative with a qualitative approach and uses library materials such as primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this study conclude that so that the insured's claim is not rejected, the risks experienced by the insured must have fulfilled all the conditions written in the insurance policy they have. If there is only 1 (one) of the terms or conditions in the policy that is not fulfilled, the insurer has the right to refuse the insured's claim."
