"Manajemen risiko adalah aktivitias mengetahui, menganalisis, serta mengendalikan risiko  dalam seluruh kegiatan perusahaan dengan tujuan memperoleh efektivitas dan efisiensi yang lebih tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah House of Risk (HOR). HOR diadopsi dari metode perhitungan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan model korelasi Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Pada penelitian ini, manajemen risiko dilakukan pada kegiatan operasional after-sales service PT XYZ. Analisis risiko pada HOR 1 diawali dengan identifikasi risiko melalui diskusi dengan expert dan studi literatur, kemudian dilakukan penilaian terhadap nilai severity dari risk events dan nilai risk agents dari risk agents. Hasil dari HOR 1 menunjukkan 14 risk events dan 22 risk agents. Berdasarkan perhitungan Pareto, didapatkan 10 risk agents prioritas. Risk agent dengan nilai terbesar adalah sparepart inden lama dengan nilai ARP sebesar 1071. HOR 2 mengidentifikasi 13 langkah preventif untuk mitigasi risiko prioritas. Berdasarkan pengolahan data HOR 2, didapatkan bahwa langkah preventif yang paling efektif untuk dilakukan adalah diversifikasi vendor, yaitu mengembangkan hubungan dengan beberapa vendor untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada satu vendor saja. dengan nilai ETDk sebesar 2493,8.

Risk management is the activity of knowing, analyzing and controlling risks in all company activities with the aim of achieving higher effectiveness and efficiency. The method used is House of Risk (HOR). HOR is adopted from the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) calculation method and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) correlation model. In this research, risk management was carried out in PT XYZ's after-sales service operational activities. Risk analysis in HOR 1 begins with risk identification through discussions with experts and literature studies, then an assessment of the severity value of risk events and the risk agents value of risk agents is carried out. The results of HOR 1 show 14 risk events and 22 risk agents. Based on Pareto calculations, 10 priority risk agents were obtained. The risk agent with the largest value is old pivot spare parts with an ARP value of 1071. HOR 2 identifies 13 preventive steps to mitigate priority risks. Based on HOR 2 data processing, it was found that the most effective preventive step to take is vendor diversification, namely developing relationships with several vendors to reduce dependence on just one vendor. with an ETDk value of 2493,8."

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi kendala terkait dengan aspek waktu dan keseimbangan rencana dan aktual terhadap biaya proyek. Kendala?kendala tersebut menyebabkan deviasi negatif yang signifikan terhadap waktu dan biaya proyek. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan analisa risiko, analisa SWOT dan simulasi dengan Pertmaster Software. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan suatu strategi pelaksanaan berbasis risk yang sesuai dengan kapasitas perusahaan dan melakukan simulasi agar tercapainya penyelesaian proyek pada waktu dan biaya akhir proyek yang sesuai dengan perencanaan.

This study aims to obtain risk-based implementation strategies that complement with the company capacity and by doing the simulation in order to accomplish project completion in accordance with time and cost that appropriate with the planning."

"Komposisi pegawai Instansi XYZ yang sebagian besar berasal dari mahasiswa ikatan dinas, memunculkan potensi risiko berupa kerugian Instansi jika pegawai tersebut berhenti sebelum masa ikatan dinasnya berakhir. Dengan demikian, Instansi XYZ perlu memberikan perhatian yang khusus atas risiko yang berkaitan dengan sumberdaya manusia. Berhentinya pegawai merupakan salah satu risiko operasional yang berkaitan dengan sumberdaya manusia. Pengukuran risiko yang merupakan salah satu tahapan dalam manajemen risiko dan akan digunakan sebagai salah satu langkah bagi Instansi XYZ dalam menerapkan manajemen risiko. Penelitian yang dilakukan menyimpulkan bahwa (1) dengan Chi-Square goodness of fit test, frequency of loss distribution pemberhentian pegawai sebelum masa ikatan dinasnya berakhir pada Instansi XYZ mengikuti distribusi Poisson karena hasilnya signifikan pada tingkat keyakinan 95% maupun 99%; (2) dengan Chi-Square goodness of fit test, distribusi severitas kerugian pemberhentian pegawai mengikuti distribusi Lognormal pada confidence level 95% maupun 99%; (3) Pengukuran OpVaR dengan menggunakan Loss Distribution Approach - Actuarial Model memperoleh nilai Operational Value at Risk (OpVaR) pada tingkat keyakinan 95 % sebesar Rp 220.683.463,00 dan untuk tingkat keyakinan 99% sebesar Rp 348.157.546,00; (4) pengujian validitas model dengan Kupiec Test untuk confidence level 95% dan 99% menunjukkan Loss Distribution Approach - Actuarial Model valid untuk digunakan dalam pengukuran Operational Value at Risk (OpVaR) atas pemberhentian pegawai sebelum masa ikatan dinasnya berakhir pada Instansi XYZ.

The composition of XYZ Institution's employees who mostly come from the students bond department, raises the potential risk of loss when the employee quit before the end of his official bond. Thus, XYZ Institution should give particular attention on the risks associated with human resources. Dismissal of employees is one of the operational risk associated with human resources. Risk measurement is one of the stages in risk management and to be used as one step for the XYZ Institution in applying risk management.

Research carried out the conclution that (1) by Chi-Square goodness of fit test, the frequency of loss distribution on dismissal of employees before the period ends on his official bond in XYZ Institution follows a Poisson distribution because the results are significant at a confidence level of 95% or 99%, (2) with Chi-Square goodness of fit test, the distribution of loss severity on dismissal of employees follows the lognormal distribution at the confidence level of 95% or 99%, (3) Measuring OpVar using the Loss Distribution Approach - Actuarial Models obtained value of Operational Value at Risk (OpVar) at the confidence level of 95% amounting IDR 220,683,463.00 and for the confidence level of 99% amounting IDR 348,157,546.00, (4) test on validity of the model with the Kupiec test for the confidence level of 95% and 99% indicated that Loss Distribution Approach - Actuarial Models is valid for the usage in measuring Operational Value at Risk (OpVar) over the dismissal of employees before the period ends on his official bond in XYZ Institution."

"Penelitian ini membahas analisa faktor- faktor penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan pada pekerjaan tanah dan pondasi serta bagaimana tindakan koreksi dan pencegahan yang diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara terhadap pakar untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi tindakan koreksi terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi. Analisa yang digunakan untuk menguji variabel didalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP) dan analisa untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi tindakan koreksi adalah metode Delphi. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan factor dominan penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan pada pekerjaan tanah dan pondasi dan rekomendasi tindakan pencegahan serta tindakan koreksi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi.
