The increasing of age, population, morbidity and mortality rates and difficulty to access health services, these make the demands of Public Health Center (Puskesmas) are complex to support. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is an information system recommended by policy makers to meet the demands of Public Health Center services. Based on this statement, the Public Health Center in DKI have required the use of EMR in their services. However, there are some issues faces, such as a network errors/jams, incompleteness of EMR, low usage, and lack of literacy about EMR which make it necessary to evaluate. MMUST is a model used to evaluate the EMR in a mandatory environment. This study aims to evaluate the EMR for improving the benefits and use of information systems in DKI Jakarta Public Health Center. This research method used a quantitative approach with the research design of cross sectional by using primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to doctors, nurses, and midwives with the number of samples obtained 125. Technical analysis used univariate and multivariate with Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results revealed that there were significant influences between the quality of information and information satisfaction, information satisfaction and performance expectations, performance expectations and attitudes/feelings, attitudes/feelings and overall satisfaction, and overall satisfaction and net benefits with p-Value <0.05. However, there were no influences between the quality of the system and performance expectations, social influence and performance expectations, facilitators ' conditions and usage behavior, usage behavior and net benefits. EMR can basically provide some benefits in terms of information, especially can present more complete information/thorough to increase the speed of work Besides, it is also related to the doctors' satisfaction, nurses, and midwives in the work. So, it will increase adoption and behavior in using EMR which in turn the benefits will also be obtained by Public Health Centers located in DKI Jakarta. The basic support from the system, the available facilities, and especially the management make these were the requirement that must be strictly observed to improve the benefits and the use of EMR."

"This book helps readers gain an in-depth understanding of electronic health record (EHR) systems, medical big data, and the regulations that govern them. It analyzes both the shortcomings and benefits of EHR systems, exploring the law's response to the creation of these systems, highlighting gaps in the current legal framework, and developing detailed recommendations for regulatory, policy, and technological improvements. Electronic Health Records and Medical Big Data addresses not only privacy and security concerns but also other important challenges, such as those related to data quality and data analysis. In addition, the author formulates a large body of recommendations to improve the technology's safety, security, and efficacy for both clinical and secondary (such as research) uses of medical data."
