"[The psychological components of a sustainable peace moves beyond a prevention-orientation to the study of the conditions for increasing the probabilities for sustainable, cooperative peace. Such a view combines preventative scholarship with a promotive-orientation to the study of peaceful situations and societies. The contributors to this volume examine the components of various psychological theories that contribute to the promotion of a harmonious, sustainable peace. Underlying this orientation is the belief that promoting the ideas and actions which can lead to a sustainable, harmonious peace will not only contribute to the prevention of war, but will also lead to more positive, constructive relations among people and nations and to a more sustainable planet.

"Peacebuilding Paradigms focuses on how seven paradigms from the Comparative Politics, International Relations, and Policy Analysis subfields - Realism, Liberalism, Constructivism, Cosmopolitanism, Critical Theories, Locality, and Policy - analyze peacebuilding. The contributors explore the arguments of each paradigm, and then compare and contrast them. This book suggests that a hybrid approach that incorporates useful insights from each of these paradigms best explains how and why peacebuilding projects and policies succeed in some cases, fail in others, and provide lessons learned. Rather than merely using a theoretical approach, the authors use case studies to demonstrate why a focus on just one paradigm alone as an explanatory model is insufficient. This collection directly at how peacebuilding theory affects peacebuilding policies, and provides recommendations for best practices for future peacebuilding missions."

Faktor-faktor psikologis tersebut antara lain, environmental concern, perceived knowledge about sustainability issues, perceived consumer effectiveness, perceived marketplace influence, subjective norm, spirituality, attitude towards sustainable purchasing, drive for environmental responsibility, dan supportive behaviors for environmental organizations.

Along with economic growth and increased consumption, environmental problems are arising, especially in Asian countries. At the same time, sustainable products and brands are struggling to gain attention from the market. Unfortunately, sustainability studies are scarce in Indonesia. This research aims to investigate the influence of psychological factors on Indonesian consumers’ sustainable purchase behavior. The psychological factors include environmental concern, perceived knowledge about sustainability issues, perceived consumer effectiveness, perceived marketplace influence, subjective norm, spirituality, attitude towards sustainable purchasing, drive for environmental responsibility, and supportive behaviors for environmental organizations. Using a self-administered online survey, this research took Java Island consumers aged 18-44 as the respondents. The data of 600 young consumers were obtained and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique in Lisrel 8.8 software. The findings demonstrate that perceived knowledge, subjective norm, and supportive behavior for environmental organizations are the significant predictors of sustainable purchase behavior. The result is useful to marketers in persuading consumers to buy sustainable products.

"This article analyses the various factors that caused latent conflict in Balinuraga to be manifest conflict, also how conflict transformation is carried out to change conflictual conditions to be harmonious, destructive to constructive. Indonesian Survey Circle (LSI) noted that Lampung entered into five (5) regions with the worst levels of discrimination after the reformation. So, the researcher feels the need to raise the theme of conflict transformation in Balinuraga as the title and subject matter of this paper. This research was conducted using qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The researcher used several theories and concepts, such as Conflict Theory, Conflict Transformation Theory, Cooperation Theory, Social Identity Theory, ABC Triangle Concept Galtung Conflict, SAT Concept, and Peace Concept. The results showed that conflict in Balinuraga was triggered by juvenile delinquency, extended with the issue of ethnicity and arrogance between groups as an accelerator, and was motivated by transmigration policies and the issue of economic inequality as structural factors. Conflict transformation efforts are carried out in four dimensions, namely personal, relational, cultural, and structural in order to realize sustainable peace and national security."

The growing demand for data center as a location for storing and processing data in the present digital age has elevated the importance of sustainable green data center planning as a significant issue. Nevertheless, data center managers continue to encounter challenges in implementing practical measures. The objective of this study is to assist data center managers in making informed decisions during the planning phase of sustainable green data centers. Previous research has identified seven key components that define a green data center: ICT governance, infrastructure, energy, equipment lifecycle, green technology, benchmarking, and business continuity. Subsequently, the study expanded its analysis by utilizing the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate the perspectives of various experienced experts in the data center industry.
The seven components of green data centers were evaluated against each other with regards to the three sustainability criteria: environmental impact, economic viability, and corporate responsibility. As a result, several components were consistently found to be in a specific priority order in multiple sensitivity analysis scenarios. Therefore, based on the priority rankings, data center managers can allocate resources by prioritizing those components according to their respective order. This study provides a valuable framework for the development of sustainable green data centers, with implications for both industry and policy makers.
