"This paper discusses mobility pricing concepts from viewpoint of ecological targets and sustainable development. The current Finnish mobility pricing system is used as a starting point, and then proceeding along the lines of discussion towards its strengths and weaknesses with regard to environmental policy agenda. Since the Finnish practice has a long tradition of internalizing the external costs of ecological and environmental costs, it serves as a good springboard towards eco-pricing. Ifeco-pricing would be adopted, there would be necessary litical and social one: how much are wewilling to pay for ecological mobility? The technological issues are considered in the end, as eco-pricing will require the employment of different technologies. However, the technological challenges are probably easier to tackle than the political, social and institutional ones. Finally, some aspects of advanced vs. developing economies are discussed. "

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai keberadaan Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Terpadu (TPST) Bantar Gebang Bekasi yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap keadaan penduduk wilayah setempat. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dampak dengan metode kualitatif serta analisis biaya - manfaat dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Terjadinya Eksternalitas di lingkungan masyarakat Bekasi terutama eksternalitas negatif yang merupakan bagian dari dampak akibat keberadaan TPST ini tidak bisa diselesaikan oleh satu pihak/pemerintahan saja, kerjasama antar pemerintah daerah dan pihak-pihak yang terkait dinilai dapat mengurangi permasalahan yang terjadi. Selain itu dampak sosial merupakan dampak yang paling dirasakan akibat keberadaan TPST Bantar Gebang baik dari sisi biaya maupun sisi manfaat dan kerjasama antara Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan pihak swasta merupakan strategi kebijakan yang dinilai sebagai yang terbaik.

This Thesis study about the impact of existence of Waste Integrated Process Bantar Gebang Bekasi for local environment. The analysis used in this research Impact Analysis by using qualitative method and Cost & Benefit Analysis by using Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Externalities rise in Bekasi, especially negative externalities, because side effects of the existence of Waste Integrated Process Bantar Gebang cannot be finished by one party - governance only - partnership between government and other stakeholder expected to less the problems. Social impact represent the most effect of the existence of Waste Integrated Process Bantar Gebang either from cost or benefit side and partnership between Government of DKI Jakarta and private sector represent the best policy strategy."

Laporan ini akan menjelaskan tentang batas antara manajemen pendapatan danpelaporan penipuan dan menerapkannya pada skenario WorldCom.
