"Transfer pengetahuan adalah proses untuk memindahkan pengetahuan dari sumber pengetahuan ke penerima pengetahuan. Menurut Nonaka (1995) proses transfer pengetahuan terdiri dariSocialization, Externalization,Combination, Internalization (SECI). International Standard on Auditing (ISA) merupakan standar audit baru yang diimplementasikan di Indonesia pada 1 Januari 2013. Auditor selaku pihak yang melakukan audit atas laporan keuangan seharusnya memilki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai ISA. Penelitian ini menggambarkan SECI yang terdapat di KAP dan tingkat pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh auditor mengenai ISA.Mengajukan kuesioner kepada 120 responden yang merupakan auditor di KAP. KAP telah menerapkan proses transfer pengetahuan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan maupun media-media yang digunakan sebagai upaya menciptakan maupun meningkatkan pengetahuan auditornya. Penelitian ini juga menemukan hubungan yang positif antara SECI dengan pengetahuan auditor mengenai ISA.

Transfer of knowledge is the process of transferring knowledge from the source of knowledge to the recipient’s knowledge.According to Nonaka (1995) knowledge transfer process consits of Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization (SECI). International Standard on Auditing (ISA) is a new auditing standard implemented in Indonesia on January 1, 2013. Auditor as the party thataudit the financial statements should have good knowledge of ISA. This study describes the SECI atAccounting Firm and the level of knowledge possessed by the auditor about ISA. Submit questionnaires to 120 respondents who are auditors at KAP. KAP has applied the transfer of knowledge process through activities and media are used as a creating and improving knowledge of auditor. The study also found a positive relationship between the SECI with the knowledge of Auditor about ISA.."
