"This thesis demonstrates a technology that enables pipetting-free high-throughput screening (HTS) on a miniaturized platform, eliminating the need for thousands of one-by-one pipetting and conventional liquid handling systems. This platform enhances accessibility to HTS and enables HTS to be used in small-to-medium scale laboratories. In addition, it allows large-scale combinatorial screening with a small number of valuable cells, such as patients primary cancer cells. This technique will have a high impact for widespread use of HTS in the era of personalized medicine.
In this thesis, the author firstly describes the need and concept of partipetting for pipetting-free HTS platform. It is realized by the one-step pipetting and self-assembly of encoded drug-laden microparticles (DLPs) on the microwells. Next, the technical implementations required for the platform demonstration are described. It includes preparation of encoded DLPs, plastic chip fabrication, and realization of automated system. Lastly, screening of sequential drug combinations using this platform is demonstrated. This shows the potential of the proposed technology for various applications. "

ABSTRACT
Gelatin is one type of protein derived from natural collagen found in the skin and animal bones. The most widely used gelatin is pork gelatin. The use of gelatin with raw materials of pigs on food and pharmaceutical products often causes allergies, as well as not allowed in Islam, so it is necessary to analyze the content in processed foods to be safe for consumption. One of the analysis that can be used is immunosensor method, one of them is Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay ELISA which has high sensitivity level, able to test impure samples, and able to selectively bind antigen desired. This method requires a pig anti gelatin antibody to detect pig gelatin so that the production of polyclonal antibody of pig gelatin antigen using rabbit test animals. In this study the production of polyclonal antigen pig gelatin carried out from pig gelatin antigen by extracting gelatin from pig skin. The yield of gelatin 20.52 and characterized by UV Vis and FTIR spectrophotometers and analyzed by SDS PAGE was found that pig gelatin has 5 separation bands and gelatin can be used as antigen. Polyclonal antibodies of antigen porcine gelatin can be produced with rabbit test animals and antibodies obtained on the 65th day of IgG purification. The purified antibodies can be used as conjugate sensors on immunosensors based ELISA with a concentration of IgG of 0.289 mg mL."

"Quality assurance is necessary to maintain quality and services in the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Quality assurance demonstrates that the logic and practice of problem solving can integrate both program efficacy and regulatory compliance. This title is divided into three parts; the first part discusses the process by which a problem in regulated industry is identified, for example a manufacturing deviation that leads to an adulterated drug product, and reviews the decision-making steps involved in remedying the problem. The second part delves into the staff training requirements of procedures that are thereby revised. The third part expands on this discussion by considering piloting the proposed training module, preparing assessments of trainee proficiency, evaluating the training module, including integrating rigorous evaluative designs with formative program improvement, and documenting the entire effort. Presents a comprehensive view of the field of quality assuranceAn approach grounded in direct experienceUses diagrams and figures to clarify analytical points."

"Wound healing is a biological response that occurs following a trauma or pathologic condition of the oral mucosa. Wounds require proper management so they may heal faster and without complication. The number of fibroblast cells seen in the oral mucosa is a strong indicator of wound healing. In the remodelling phase of wound healing, fibroblast cell proliferation decreases as collagen fibres are synthesized. Noni leaf (Morinda citrifolia L.), a part of the noni plant, is traditionally used to heal soft tissue wounds in Indonesia. The leaves have potential chemical compounds that may be useful in the wound repair process.
Objective: This paper aims to examine the effect of ethanol based pastes of the Indonesian noni leaf on oral mucosa wound healing by investigating visual wound closure and fibroblast cell counts in Wistar rats.
Methods: Rats were divided into 2 control groups and 4 treatment groups. The pastes were formulated in concentrations of 2.5%, 5%, 10%, and 20% and were applied onto wounds of the oral mucosa of the rats. One control group was given no medication and the other control group had an ethanol gel with a concentration of 10% noni leaf extract applied to their intraoral wounds.
Result: Result revealed that all groups treated with noni leaf paste experienced better wound closure (p<0.05) when compared to the control groups. Fibroblast cell counts showed little significance amongst all groups (p=0.143), however fibroblast cell counts of groups treated with noni leaf paste, of all concentrations, were lower than both control groups.
Conclusion: These results suggest that topical application of noni leaf paste promotes better oral mucosa wound healing than gel formulas but shows no significant difference in the amounts of fibroblasts during the remodelling phase."
