"This study is motivated by two purposes, first of all it is to observe various analysis of accountability intended to public sector of government and business, while expert's analysis of civil society including non government organization (NGO) is rare. Secondly , to observe the increasing demand of accountability to civil society, in particularly NGO. This study is intended to discuss how the local NGO accountability , YLPMD of Lampung in the perspectives of governance, based on reviewing literature and documentation. This study viewed YLPMD from perspectives of administrative accountability and political accountability."

"This study aims to describe the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Indonesia and its implications to the study of public administration. This paper ia based on reviewing literature. This study shows implementations of CSR in Indonesia is mostly emphasized on charitable activities, which are not based on a long -term corporate strategy. Implementation of CSR has made the locus of public administration studies are no longer specific to the government bureaucracy, but all institutions - the state, business, or non - profit organizations - as a long as their activities are performed on behalf of and impact on the public interests. In order to support the effectiveness of CSR, public bureaucracy needs to to maximize their role as providers of "enabling environment" or as a motivator of CSR. Governments do not act as the implementing agency of CSR, but government should be neural. This state of affairs must be met to avoid collusion between business and state officials."

"Procurement of public goods/services is a routine of government activity which has most prone to corruption, however with minimum control. It is essential to prioritize the agenda of governance reforms of procurement of public goods/services. Up to now, government has not yet found a proper formulation. Although the regulation outlining this subject is always updated. This paper attempts to examine some elements of the procutement of publics goods/service as an alternative solution to improve the process of procurement of public goods/services in Indonesia. The most important reform is in the pre-procurement cycle (stages of planning). Planning on budget and procurement as well as aspects of integrity and accountability are elements that must be better conducted in the procurement of public goods/services in Indonesia"
