"Harga minyak bumi yang mahal menjadikan subsidi pemerintah untuk PLTD menjadi sangat besar. Namun untuk beberapa propinsi tertentu di luar P. Jawa, PLTD masih menjadi andalan untuk menyuplai energi listrik, padahal masih banyak sumber daya alam di Indonesia yang berpotensi sebagai sumber energi alternatif belum dimanfaatkan, salah satunya adalah energi angin. Studi ini akan menentukan tinggi menara yang optimal untuk PLTB bila dibangun di Kupang, NTT yang akan digunakan untuk menghitung biaya produksi sistem hybrid Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB) dan PLTD di Kupang, NTT dan penghematan tahunan yang dapat diperoleh dari sistem hybrid tersebut.

High oil prices lately have made huge government?s subsidies for diesel electric generating plants. However, certain provinces outside Java island still rely on diesel electric generating plants to supply their electricity, while, a lot of natural resources in Indonesia which has a potential as alternative energy resources weren?t been developed yet, amongst them is wind energy. This study will determine the optimal tower's height for wind turbine in Kupang, NTT. The result will be used to calculate the production cost of wind turbine generating plant and diesel electric generating plant hybrid system in Kupang, NTT and the amount of annual savings from the hybrid system."

"Studi ini membahas tentang seberapa besar pengaruh biaya operasional keseluruhan rumah sakit yang dikhususkan dengan biaya operasional listrik terhadap pelayanan 24 jam dengan pemakaian daya listrik terbesar yaitu instalasi radiologi. Serta di lihat dari besarnya daya listrik yang terpakai pada instalasi radiologi berdasarakan peralatan yang dimiliki oleh instalasi radiologi tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif retrospektif dengan membandingkan pemakaian biaya listrik rumah sakit dengan bagian radiologi berdasarkan jumlah kunjungan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunderdari laporan keuangan serta dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi pada bagian terkait. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan perhitungan daya listrik yang dihasilkan pada instalasi radiologi pada tahun 2014 apakah sudah sesuai dengan IKE (Intensitas Konsumsi Energi) pada bangunan rumah sakit.

This study discusses how big the overall operational cost of the hospital is devoted to the operational cost of electricity to the 24 hour service with the largest power consumption is the radiology installation. And seen from the amount of electric power used in the installation of Radiology based on equipment owned by the installation of Radiology. This research is aretrospective quantitative study by comparing the cost of hospital electricity with radiology based on the number of visits. Data collection in this study using secondary data from financial statements as well as with interviewing and observation techniques in related sections. The results of this study obtained the calculation of electric power generated at radiology installations in 2014 with IKE (Intensity of Energy Consumption) in hospital buildings."
