"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) di Apotek serta memahami cara pengelolaan apotek, baik secara teknis maupun nonteknis, dengan mempraktikan secara langsung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian, administrasi, dan manajemen di Apotek Atrika. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Rekapitulasi dan Analisis Resep yang Mengandung Obat Wajib Apotek untuk Penyakit Ulkus Peptikum Golongan Penghambat Pompa Proton di Apotek Atrika Periode Juli – Desember 2012. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis obat wajib apotek untuk penyakit ulkus peptikum golongan penghambat pompa proton yang paling banyak diresepkan oleh dokter kepada pasien berdasarkan resep yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode Juli hingga Desember 2012 dan mengkaji peresepan obat untuk terapi ulkus peptikum yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode Juli hingga Desember 2012 dari sisi kerasionalan resep, interaksi obat, dan pemberian informasi.

Pharmacists Professional Practice at Atrika Pharmacy Jl. Kartini Raya No.34 Central Jakarta aims to know and understand the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists pharmacy manager (APA) in pharmacy as well as understanding how to manage the pharmacy, both technical and nontechnical, with direct practice activities of pharmacy services, administration, and management in Atrika Pharmacy. Given special assignments titled Summary and Analysis of Prescription Drugs Containing Obat Wajib Apotik (OWA) for peptic ulcer disease Proton Pump Inhibitor Class at the Atrika pharmacy period July to December 2012. The purpose of this special task is to determine the type of OWA for peptic ulcer disease, class of proton pump inhibitors which are most widely prescribed by doctors to patients who received prescription from Atrika pharmacy during the period July to December 2012 and reviewing prescriptions for peptic ulcer therapy in terms of rational prescribing, drug interaction, and provision of information."

Pharmacists Internship Program at Atrika Pharmacy aims to understand the duties and functions of pharmacists pharmacy manager (APA) in pharmacies and to understand the activities in both technical and non-technical pharmacy activity. The special assignment that is given entitled Recapitulation and Analysis of Prescriptions contains Carbamazepine that is included in National Drug Essential List for Epilepsy Therapy During July-December 2012 at Atrika Pharmacy. The purpose of this special assignment is to know the number of prescriptions at the Atika pharmacy that contains Carbamazepine during July-December 2012 and asses in terms of prescribing rationality, drug interactions, and the provision of drug information."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan memahami tugas pokok, fungsi dan cara pengelolaan apotek dalam kegiatan teknis dan non-teknis kefarmasian apoteker sebagai Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) di sebuah apotek. Melalui praktek kerja ini, apoteker dapat melihat secara langsung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian, administrasi, dan manajemen di Apotek Atrika. Kemudian, tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penggunaan Lodia® di Apotek Atrika Pada Periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Lodia® yang diresepkan sebagai obat diare di Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013 dan menganalisis penggunaan atau peresepan Lodia® di Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013 dari sisi kerasionalan resep dan pemberian informasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran resep, total resep yang diterima atau dilayani untuk pengobatan diare berjumlah 7 lembar atau 0,60 % dari jumlah keseluruhan resep yang diterima selama periode tersebut. Pemberian informasi mengenai obat saat penyerahan obat kepada pasien juga telah dilakukan dengan baik di Apotek Atrika.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker Pengelola Apotek dan memahami cara pengelolaan apotek, baik secara teknis maupun nonteknis kefarmasian, dengan melihat secara langsung aplikasinya di apotek. Tujuan pembuatan tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui persentase jumlah peresepan losartan dibandingkan dengan total resep dan persentase jumlah peresepan losartan dibandingkan dengan total resep terapi hipertensi. Tugas khusus juga bertujuan untuk melakukan skrining resep yang mengandung losartan (kelengkapan administratif, kesesuaian farmasetika dan pertimbangan klinis) pada peresepan untuk terapi hipertensi di Apotek Atrika pada periode Januari – Desember 2011.
