Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Laporan Risk Assesment Cleaning Validation Line Effervescent di PT. Bintang Toedjoe Pulomas. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tujuan dari cleaning validation, mengetahui kriteria dan spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan dalam cleaning validation serta mengetahui fungsi dan cara perhitungan MACO pada cleaning validation.

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Laporan Quality Control (QC) Vendor Release Bahan Kemas Pack Extra Joss Active B7 Ex PT MJSG. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan menilai dan menentukan hasil penilaian PT MJSG sebagai supplier bahan kemas pack Extra Joss Active B7 dalam sistem analisa vendor release di PT. Bintang Toedjoe.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Laporan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker Di PT. Bintang toedjoe bertujuan mempunyai peranan dan tanggung jawab penting untuk menerapkan aspek–aspek yang tercantum dalam CPOB tersebut, antara lain sebagai penanggung jawab produksi, penanggung jawab pengawasan dan pemastian mutu. Tugas khusus tentang validasi metode analisis sediaan effervescent menggunakan Moisture Analyzer dan Karl Fischer. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan mempelajari tentang aplikasi validasi metode analisis terhadap produk effervescent. Validasi metode analisis sampel effervescent dengan alat Moisture Analyzer dan Karl Fischer dilakukan sesuai parameter validasi yaitu presisi dan linearitas. Pada dasarnya penerapan pengujian menggunakan alat Moisture Analyzer dan Karl Fischer sama, parameter linearitas perlu adanya pemaparan udara pada suhu ruang. Pada pengujian validasi metode analisis sampel effervescent menggunakan alat Moisture Analyzer lebih sederhana pengujiannya dibandingkan Karl Fischer yang perlu adanya preparasi sampel. Dari pengujian dapat disimpulkan, aplikasi validasi metode analisis analisis sampel effervescent untuk pengukuran kadar air, bahwa setiap parameter validasi metode analisis itu tidak dapat diterapkan pada setiap alat. Hal tersebut tergantung dari kesesuaian alat tersebut.

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Analisis Root Cause pada Penjualan Jasa Pemeriksaan Farmakogenetika Molekular KalGen Laboratory Tahun 2013 dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran umum penjualan jasa pemeriksaan farmakogenetik molekular KalGen Laboratory pada tahun 2013 dan mengidentifikasi isu kunci dan akar penyebab yang terdapat dalam penjualan jasa pemeriksaan farmakogenetik molekular KalGen Laboratory pada tahun 2013.

A pharmacist is key in all aspects of the application that is listed in the GMP. Pharmacists not only requires theoretical knowledge, but also direct experience in Pharmacist Internship Program ( PKPA ) performed on September 2 to October 31, 2013 at PT Aventis Pharma to provide supplies for prospective pharmacists to apply the knowledge they have learned during the lectures practical and direct in the pharmaceutical industry . The PIP activities provide direct knowledge of the role and functions of pharmacists in implementing aspects listed in the GMP."
