"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Direktorat Direktorat Standardisasi Produk Terapetik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang peran dan fungsi Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan dan Deputi I Direktorat Standardisasi Produk Terapetik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga. Tugas dari Direktorat Standardisasi Produk Terapetik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga yaitu melakukan penyiapan perumusan kebijakan, penyusunan pedoman, standar, kriteria dan prosedur, serta pelaksanaan pengendalian, bimbingan teknis dan evaluasi di bidang pengaturan dan standardisasi produk terapetik dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul informasi teknis penilaian uji bioekivalensi obat copy Megestrol Acetate 160mg terhadap obat komparator Megace (megestrol acetate 160mg) produksi Bristol Myers Squibb. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil farmakokinetika, bioekivalensi dan profil disolusi dari obat copy Magestrol Acetate 160mg dibandingkan obat komparator Megace (megestrol acetate 160mg) produksi Bristol Myers Squibb. Informasi teknis yang diperoleh dari penilaian uji bioekivalensi meliputi judul studi, tanggal pelaksanaan studi, tempat pelaksanaan studi, desain studi, informasi obat (sifat farmakologi, sifat fisiko kimia, sifat farmakokinetika), subjek (jumlah subjek, kriteria inklusi, kriteria ekslusi), waktu sampling, metode analisis (alat, obat uji dan obat komparator), nilai parameter farmakokinetika, dan hasil uji disolusi terbanding.
